Because of the wonderful experience we had with my daughter, my youngest child and I have now started our own braces journeys with Dr. Vadecha and his team! My daughter's teeth look amazing--just in time for her senior pictures--and we could not be happier with her results. I also want to give a special thank-you to Martha. She is incredibly caring, helpful, and always makes sure we are comfortable during our follow-up appointments. We truly look forward to having her as our tech whenever possible. Even when it is not my appointment or my son's appointment, she checks in on us, asks how our treatment is going, and gives helpful tips for dealing with wire discomfort or making the process easier. Arci also deserves recognition for always being so accommodating with our busy schedules. As a working mom, it means so much when she keeps us in mind for cancellations or openings and calls to let us know. It helps us avoid missing work or having the kids miss school. She was also extremely helpful when our insurance changed, making sure we did not miss appointments and patiently answering all of my questions. Overall, this office is always clean, welcoming, and has such a great atmosphere. The entire staff is amazing, friendly, and professional. We will always recommend Dr. Vadecha and his team!

Like others have said, the staff is very kind and I had no issues with scheduling appointments in a timely manner. The ONLY area of improvement I would like them to work on is educating patients on what exactly long term treatment can look like at the very beginning. I didn't know about the need for my permanent retainer until the end of my aligner treatment, so it felt kinda sprung on out of nowhere.
