Let me preface by saying "I don't do cardio" - I don't run and I most definitely don't spin. I've tried it in the past a various different studios, big chains, smaller neighborhood ones, even ones like Barre Cycle or Yoga Cycle where you split the workout. By this point I felt like I gave it enough chances and it just wasn't for me. And that's ok. *Enter BeSpoke* I chose to try this studio because I work nearby and if you're like me, once I get home from work, I probably am not going to leave again to be active. Sign up was easy (online) as well as check in once you actually got to the studio. I don't know what I'm doing so I asked for him to set up my bike and even to clip in the shoes and the person at the desk that day (sorry I don't remember your name!) was super helpful. Class at any new studio, especially a workout you don't normally do, is intimidating, but I made it through my first class. And then my second class. And then after that I thought my office would enjoy the torture, err I mean cycling, so I ended up booking a private class! OMG TATYANA WAS THE MOST AMAZING HUMAN BEING. She helped me with every detail and made us feel extremely welcome the day of the class. She even had some refreshments for us! So sweet. Ok basically what I'm trying to say is GO TO THIS STUDIO. Even if you don't cardio or spin, give it a shot! All of the instructors I've taken so far have been great, Lynsey and Orlando to name a couple. I feel stronger and more confident only after a few classes. I don't do all the "moves" just what I can and I still have fun and get a great workout. The studio is located at Fig&7th, bottom level near the food court and across from Gold's. They have cubbies for your shoes and lockers in the restroom (this can get crowded for the after work people just FYI). They even have showers and some toiletries. I should mention that shoe rental is included as well as a sweat towel. They also have a water filling station or water for purchase if needed. No excuses! I've taken a few different classes here now and i've loved all of them! First of all, the facilities are great. They're clean, well maintained, and have tons of amenities. The best part is THEY HAVE TOWELS. When you go into the bike room every single bike already has a clean rolled up towel on it for you to use during class, and when you leave the room there's a basket of moist cool towels to wipe down with, and in the shower there's clean shower towels to use if you want to shower. If you've never taken a spin class before, you will sweat and you will sweat A LOT, so having towel service and not have to bring your own towels every single class is a HUGE bonus. Especially if you're coming often, if you had to bring your own towels every time you'll be constantly doing laundry just to wash your towels. The restroom/locker rooms have everything you need, including showers fully stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and by the sink there's deodorant, lotion, and other toiletries you might want to use. Secondly, they rent out cycling shoes included with the class! Here's the amazing part: after you've taken your first class, they remember your shoe size and the next time you sign up for a class they'll have your shoes waiting for you in the little numbered cubbies by the front desk when you get there! So you just show up and see what bike number you are and your shoes will be in the cubby that correlates with your bike number. Lastly, the spin instruction is great! The classes are super high energy and motivating and an amazing workout. They incorporate various positions on the bike as well as an arms workout using some light weights, so even though you're technically taking a spin class you're getting a full body workout. For those who have taken a spin class before but at a 24 hour fitness or something, this something entirely different. This place is also great if you're new because at the beginning of every class they actually have an assistant come into the room and help you get set up on your bike. Every segment of the class is set to music that correlates with the bike riding, as well as lighting in the room. It really is a whole experience and the time really flies by even while you're getting an amazing workout. For those who have taken Soul Cycle, I'd say this is very comparable though the facilities are not as nice as a soul cycle. All of the teachers I've taken are great but I have to make a mention of OT, who teaches the Thursday evening 6:30pm class. I was blown away by her energy and enthusiasm and motivation. Like I literally felt like I was riding into battle with her leading the charge and I felt so pumped up both physically and emotionally. She also had an amazing playlist. Lastly, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful, and THEY VALIDATE PARKING. The facility is on the first floor of Fig @ 7th across from the gold's gym. The only thing I don't like about the studio is that the music is a bit on the loud side. They have a free jar of earplugs right before you go into the spin room so there's always that option if it's too loud. read more

My only other spin experience is at Soul Cycle and I felt like my one class here definitely paled in several facets. First, the rental shoes that were handed to me were particularly dank. I figured it was normal and I did see the workers apply some spray on the other shoes, so I figured it'd be ok. Nope, later that night my foot was swelling up and I apparently contracted a serious skin infection that resulted in a visit to my doc and then the urgent care since it was getting worse. I'm sitting here still healing (not limping as apparently) and my only advice to your business is to make sure you air out your rental shoes and really disinfect them. The bathrooms and waiting area was nice. The class itself started off too intense for a room mostly full of beginners. Also the speakers were way too loud or just low quality because I had trouble making out what the instructor was saying, although she was friendly and energetic. read more

We went for a fun class to Bespoke. The women's locker room was a bit run down. Also there were only two showers for a lot of women leaving a spin class. The bikes were great, loved the high sound quality, awesome lights that go to the music, and a room that gets totally dark to amp up the good vibes. FIG at 7th is a cool little shopping center. I been here twice and the workouts are amazing! The music and intense workouts make me want to come back! The second time I came here for the Booty Ride workout and wow! I was sore afterwards! Honestly getting on those bikes with those cycling shoes are the hardest thing to get used to! The magnet of the shoes has to click with the pedal, otherwise you won't be able to have a good cycling experience. Usually the people there can help and teach ya! They have lockers in the women's restroom and showers. For the lockers, you have to create your own code so there is no need to bring an actually lock. Also, if you forgot to fill up your water bottle, they got you! You can fill up your bottle there with some cold water. Parking is validated but for a certain amount of time. Usually it's a good amount of time 'till the class ends. Otherwise, if you do go past that free validated time, you do have to pay. There is a lot of eateries and stores to shop at the Fig so it can be tempting. read more

Bespoke Cycling Studio - The Booty ride workout got me drinking two of these! - Cycling Classes Near Me - Los Angeles, California

If you're looking for a good quad burn, this is the place! I just took a class with instructor Amanda and she was great! She gives you the perfect amount of oomph and motivation to get you past that fatigue right when you feel like giving up. It's a quick 45 minute class that gives you the perfect amount of energy to tackle on the day. The use of weights is also something I've never done in a spin class which added to the feeling of a full body workout. I'm definitely looking forward to the next class...that is if I can recover in a week. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to walk for the next few days. Lol read more

I've been home(studio)less for some time since my usual cycle studio in WeHo closed down. I've done Aura, Soulcycle, Flywheel, Cyclehouse, Sync LA and aside from my 209 class stint with Aura this is my new fave. (I also gave peloton a shot because not driving in LA is always a plus but it really isn't the same as being in a class.) I gave this place a shot because of the proximity and free parking and pleased to report after the 3 class intro, and 2 week unlimited pass, I'm loving it! Enough that I signed up for an unlimited pass. I love to rhythm ride, do tap backs, sprint out of the seat, climb heavy hills and get all of that and more here. The environment is friendly, encouraging and you really get an awesome workout. I've mostly taken classes with Elady and Orlando, one with Hector and all are awesome. All are badass, push and support you and make the classes so fun. The equipment though not the newest seems well maintained and is good, I've never had issues with a shaky handlebar which is the most annoying. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. They have separated sex bathrooms that have lockers and two showers inside. I've never taken a shower here but they also provide towels. Another great amenity that is new for me is cold eucalyptus towels after class. Soooo refreshing and great for calming down my blood red face after nearly bursting my heart for 45-60 minutes. Parking is a huge plus as they validate for 90 minutes at the Fig and 7th structure. If by any chance you do go over 90 minutes it's fairly cheap for another hour, I believe $1 or so. A bummer is that there is significant construction right next door to Fig/7th so you have to park in the structure, park in levels 1, 2, or 3, take the elevators up to the 8th floor, walk, take another elevator down from plaza level to M1 and then you finally arrive at Bespoke. It's right next to Nordstrom Rack and faces Gold's Gym. Unfortunately there are some lazy and/or disoriented people who take the elevator and stop at every single level which slows you down majorly so I always allocate at least 10 minutes from my car to get to the studio, adjust my bike, etc. Would highly recommend, so excited to make this my new home! read more

Need to know: shoe rentals are included in class price, lockers and showers available, parking available in private structure. The room is large and bikes are set up in a semi-circle around the instructor podium. I think there is a good amount of space between each bike so you don't need to worry too much about bumping your neighbor or smelling them, either. The studio staff helps set up your bike so no worries if you're new. Bespoke is a race-style spin studio. This means we spend more time in the saddle (sitting down) vs rhythmic (dance-style) spin studios. I got a good workout in, but I felt like it was mostly in my quads. I have quads that develop, even if I just think about working them out. So Bespoke's workout isn't for me. However, I think Bespoke is a great option for those who enjoy race-style spin! read more

If you want to get your butt kicked, you've found the spot! I've taken the 45-minute classes with Christina and 60-minute Power Ride with Elady. Both instructors really know how to push you to work hard. It is 45 or 60 minutes of high intensity, rhythmic cycling. Of all the cycling studios I've been to, Bespoke is probably the nicest in terms of amenities. They have a nice and clean locker room with showers and toiletries. They also provide cycling shoes! Parking is also validated. One downside is that they don't seem to be as welcoming to newbies. They let you enter the cycling room right when the class starts so there's really no time to set up the bike, let alone if you're a new rider. I came once with my friend for her first time and no one offered to help her with her bike until we asked the worker at the front. read more

PROS: Friendly coaches, validated parking, they give you shoes for free every time. That's about it for my pros, thus my 2 stars. CONS: inadequate locker room space (only one person can fit on the bench at a time, needs to be more spread out!), you can't book for the week until Sunday, not friendly front desk staff, OUTRAGEOUS PRICES--$21 cancellation/no show fee?! That's exactly how you don't get people to come to your studio. This is my first time at Bespoke, and there has been no acknowledgement of that whatsoever. The front desk didn't even bother to welcome me (or even say hi), or show me where anything is. They really need to get some friendlier service if they want people coming back. Would likely recommend SoulCycle over Bespoke, as they are a franchise and at least have their business model under control. read more

I came to Bespoke using a Classpass credit and I wasn't particularly pleased with my visit here because they were very UNaccommodating for Classpass members. My friend and I had been wanting to do a spin class together and found Bespoke DTLA through Classpass. We made our reservations and showed up very early, about 30 minutes early, for our class so that we could request to sit together. When we arrived, we signed in and asked the lady at the front desk if it was possible to be moved just ONE seat so we could sit together. I believe my friend was assigned bike #13 and I was assigned bike #15. I asked the lady and she was very adamant about not letting us switch bikes. She was saying that people make reservations for these bikes and that their members are each assigned their own personal bikes and they can't accommodate for Classpass people because according to her, Classpass signups get the "leftover bikes" that are not requested by their members. This was a bit condescending because she was almost saying it like I was a low-class citizen since I was enrolling through a third party, Classpass. She was strict about not even letting me, on my own, ask the person sitting next to me if they'd be willing to switch one bike over. I told her that I didn't have a problem kindly asking the person that would be between my friend and me on bike #14, but she was so firm on saying they don't allow this.. She then said that she'd go with me before class and see if there were two leftover bikes that we could be switched to or she would ask the person in between us. Unsurprisingly, she didn't do this and I didn't want to bother because of the interaction that we already had. The lady that ended up sitting in between my friend and me on bike #14 was friendly and even offered to help me with my seat adjustment. I wanted to ask her if we could switch (which I'm more than positive she would've been willing to judging from her kind demeanor) but I didn't ask for fear that the lady at the front would come and kick me out or something.. lol.... Another minus about this studio is that it's extremely crowded and you're almost rubbing elbows with the people near you. It's way too stuffy and way too cramped in there. On the flip side, one thing that I really did enjoy about Bespoke DTLA was the instructor of that night, Elady. She was intense and I got a great workout out of it, but I just can't shake the fact that they were so strict on the bike assignments... read more

I think I've found my favorite spin studio and instructor thanks to ClassPass! To think that I also went to the 6:15AM class too - completely insane. *gasps* Bespoke may not have the frills of FlyWheel which come in handy such as the torq board but it does have a shower (with L'Occitane products), hassle free parking and free shoe rental unlike Aura Cycle. They also have Nicholas, who is full of energy and soooo motivating. Trust me, it ain't a joke to be in the third position with a ton of resistance and, usually you'll see me in my little corner trying to cheat the system (and myself, LOL) but, Nick always manages to find the athlete in me - which is so hard to do and, pushes me to overcome the climb. Ugh, I love you BeSpoke and Nick. I wish I had more than 3 visits per month (ClassPass rules)! read more

It kind of hurts me to give this place a 3 star review, but after taking about 3 classes, I realized it wasn't going to be nearly as close as the intense spin classes that I've been taking at another studio (will not name names, but you'd be able to figure that out if you read my other reviews). PARKING: The Figat7th Plaza offers free validated parking for 90 minutes, so if you time it right, you can get there, ride the 45 min (or even 60 min) ride, hop in the shower, get your validation and leave...for free. The 2 entrances are on 8th Street and 7th Street between Figueroa and the 110 freeway. When you get in, follow the signs for "Shopping, Food, etc"...it'll lead you to the lower levels (4, 3, 2, 1) so you're closer to the main shopping areas. THE RIDE: I respect all fitness instructors because I for one will never be able to run an entire class, prompting moves, and stay so energetic multiple times a day. Two of the 3 instructors that I had were pretty good. They were friendly and had lots of enthusiasm. They did a little more tapping back and up/downs, etc. but none of the classes I took (sculpt and endurance) were intense at all! I think it was that there was just so much riding either in or out the saddle, and not enough high intensity movements. I also believe this has everything to do with the bike itself. It's not created to have so much movement. The music in one of my classes was definitely NOT riding music. There was almost no beat as I'm used to riding to a beat, and that class also had almost no movement other than riding. I think the weights/arms part of the ride were kind of ridiculous as well. First off, they were SHORT! I was expecting about 3 minutes of arms, and for my arms to feel like jello by the time I was done, but they felt like 1-2 minutes as most and were so simple that I felt like my arms didn't do anything at all...yes, even with 5 pound weights. THE GEAR: If you have your own cycling shoes, bring those. They also have free rentals, which is great! I personally think it feels much more secure than regular shoes. If you have your own water bottle, bring it. You can refill your water at their refill stations by the restroom. If you forget water, don't worry, just check-in on Yelp and you can get a free bottle. Their restrooms are somewhat equipped. They have L'OCCITANE shampoo, conditioner, body and hand wash as well as some hair ties, blow dryers, brushes (eww...), deodorant and hair spray. They have towels for use in their 2 showers as well. I wish they had face wash and q-tips, but that's okay. I'm still impressed by the L'OCCITANE, haha! FINAL VERDICT: This is definitely cheaper than my favorite riding studios, but once I took the classes here, I understood why the other studio was more expensive. This place, although can become great in the future, is just not there yet. It's still a workout for many people as I was able to break a small sweat, but until I read that it's gotten super intense, I don't think I'll pay to battle the traffic to get here any time soon. I really hope that this place's workouts get better because it's not a bad place as it has so much potential! Hopefully this will be soon! read more

Tried their express class during lunch time. $59 for unlimited classes for 2 weeks is a good deal. It's my first time too, the staff was very friendly. Patrick helped me get settled in my bike. He taught me the basics, I hope I remember, lol. It's tricky to remove the shoes from the bike, so you just remove the strap and leave your shoes. The session with David was really good. He's very motivating. I'm pretty sure I will be sore tomorrow. I thought cycling is easy, but with all that we did, I will come back to be able to get better with my pace. The staff is friendly and they will walk you through how everything is set up, they will help set up your bike. Orlando is AMAZING! I took two classes with him, he's very warm and inviting! That 5:30 Monday class IS WHERE IT IS AT, YO! The last time I went to one of his classes I had all of this balled up frustration and I just let loose in the class. It was fantastic! Corneil is AMAZING TOO! He pushed us to do our best while celebrating everyone in the room. The energy was lit on a Friday morning. It felt like going to church. Do yourself a favor, go to a class. I am a regular at Bespoke. I spin there about 2-3 times a week (sometimes 4 if my schedule allows it). This studio is such a pleasant place to work out. There's an energy here that gets you motivated the minute you walk in. The staff is super kind & knowledgeable, they'll often help set up your bike without you even asking. I normally take Elady or Jackson's class. Elady will be more hip hop driven, think bad ass bitch beats (which I love) and Jackson will be more Lady Gaga & Madonna House (which I also love). Elady doesn't play, she will work you in her weeknight classes. I love Jackson's booty hour class Sunday mornings too, that one will kick your butt. This studio has 2 refillable water fountains if you bring your bottle. They also sell electro light water for $3. Another huge plus, they validate an hour parking just remember to bring your ticket. They also supply spin shoes for FREE y'all. This is where it's at. Any other studio like Soul Cycle or Aura will charge you $3-$5. The locker rooms are clean, stocked with all essentials to freshen up before or after class. They've got face wash, deodorant, hair ties, etc. I also love that after your class, they have ice cold eucalyptus towels. Classes are around $23. I use Class Pass or buy a pack of 5-10 classes separately from the studio & go between both. A pack is usually $90 on sale for 5. Figure $190 for 10. I have taken nearly a hundred classes here, and even though it's changed over the past couple of years, it's still a great alternative to other spin studios. While I love [unnamed studio chain], Bespoke's prices are more reasonable and if your other cycling experiences have been group classes at a gym, you'll be blown away. The more intimate classes and down-to-earth instructors give an opportunity to grow and develop your form. There are cool eucalyptus-scented towels for after your workout and the bike seats are more comfortable than others I've tried. I went to Hector's candlelight ride last night and totally fell in love with him. He's darling and the new format is lovely; I'll definitely be going back. I hope Bespoke continues to be an anchor in the Fig/7th space (which, by the way, has super easy parking and Bespoke validates). read more

The studio is clean, with free rental shoes, towels and water. The locker room is well stocked with l'occitane products, nice plus! Now about the class I took Elady's Express 30 minute class perfect for a quick but intense workout. The music was good and kept me interested as I sweated it out. Bespoke Cycling Studio - Cycling Classes Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I have been to Bespoke 4 times now, and there are many pros and a few cons about coming here. THE PROS 1. The instructors - Erica and Jackson are positive, energetic, and highly motivational. I haven't taken a class with Jeff or Steve yet, but they have been in class, and they are both very friendly. 2. The shoes - They are included (free) with your class, and they are placed in your cubby prior to arrival. 3. The facility - It is clean and modern. There is no mold, mildew, or mess in the bathroom/locker rooms. THE CONS 1. The parking - In order to make it to class with enough time to put on shoes, etc., you need to arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior. You enter the parking lot on P7, but the spaces that you are allowed to park in are on P1-P3. Even if you park on P3, you need to take the elevator down to P1 and then go through the lot and walkways to the studio. 90 minutes free parking is not enough time, especially if you need to shower/change to go back to work after class. Often times riders pick up lunch or a snack from the food court before going back to work too. The nearest cycling studio offers 2 hour free parking, which gives their members enough time to grab a bite to eat after class. Bespoke can't control the parking lot situation, but they could accommodate by offering more time. 2. The amenities - On my first visits there was a can of shaving cream in the locker room but no razors. I asked the owner whether Bespoke provided razors, but she said, "no, it's not a spa." After I said thank you she added, "the shaving cream isn't supposed to be there." The shaving cream remained there for the next week. The website reads, "BESPOKE Cycling Studio is designed to build positive experiences by providing you with custom classes and luxury amenities." If SoulCycle offers razors and shaving cream, then Bespoke riders shouldn't be given grief about the razors. However, there are plenty of clean towels, plastic bags for sweaty clothes, and large lockers. 3. The audio - 3 of 4 times that I have visited, the music went out in the middle of class. The instructors were AMAZING though and worked through the strange silence; they were troopers! But I really hope they fix this soon because the music is the best part of class! Overall, it is a great cycling studio. It is worth checking out. Most instructors and receptionists are super friendly, and it's in a great location if you work or live Downtown. They even offer theme rides; Jackson led a Star Wars ride earlier this week; perfect for your inner geek! read more

I have been taking classes for over 10 years and Orlando's class was by far one of the best classes I have ever taken. Energy, music, positivity and motivation was at an all time high. Bespoke is my must-visit Cycling spot in downtown LA. The studio is located on the ground level of the mall at Fig & 7th. Very easy to find and convenient to most DTLA businesses and hotels. If you need anything before class (water, workout gear)- there's a Target upstairs! The studio is clean, organized, and well-appointed. The bikes are modern and easy to customize and set up. Upon arrival, your Cycling shoes are waiting for you in a cubby, organized by bike number. As one previous review noted, some of the Cycling shoes are starting to show a lot of wear and should be replaced. The locker rooms are clean and spacious. Locker rooms provide showers, towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair products, and plastic laundry bags. They use the digi-lock system so you don't need to bring a lock of your own. The instructors are fantastic-- each one is different but all are energetic and the music selections are perfect. All use a great combination of sprints and hills, as well as choreography aimed at toning your arms and core- and they all motivate in their own way. I had the most fun in Jackson's class-- if you get a chance to take one with him, don't miss it! During class, I like to be in the front row. The 2nd row of bikes seems a little more tight, so you really have to be mindful of your neighbor when working arms. The back row also seems to have a bit more space. Cold towels at the end of class are heavenly. The sessions at this studio are reasonably priced and they run specials frequently on their website. When I first came to this studio, I was so excited and nervous at the same time because I didn't have a good experience at a different cycling studio, which scarred me for life. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed at the fact that they have your shoes ready for use in your assigned cubby. I love that everything is provided - shoes, cubbies, lockers, towels, showers and products. So you don't really have to bring anything except for your clothes and some motivation. I've only been to one other spin studio and literally, all we did was pedal to some edm music. It was really difficult to get through the hour. But here at bespoke, is a whole other story. The instructors made the class SO fun. Asides from pedaling, we do push ups on the bars, we ride to the left, we ride to the right, we jump out of the saddle. I love this studio! It's very clean. They provide shoes and towels. The bikes are great and the sound system is loud to keep the crowd motivated and pumped. The room is mirrored and the lights in the cycle room are also well above your standard. The restrooms are chic albeit, a bit small around the locker area but the showers are nice. They provide le'occitane shampoo, conditioner and body wash! I enjoy it at this studio. My favorites in the Dtla area! Highly recommended! read more

Spin just got fancy and it's name is Bespoke! That's right, Bespoke is the Ritz Carlton of spin gyms. Very swanky and cool with an upscale vibe. Fun and vibrant instructors, new spin bikes, flashy lights to provide a club like atmosphere during your workout...what more can you ask for? This Bespoke is also very clean and doesn't smell like stale sweat. Ya feel me? They even provide spin shoes free of charge and a nice, Eucalyptus smelling cold towel after your workout. Ahhhhh, refreshing!!! It is pricier than your typical spin gyms but it's worth it. Ask about their promos and specials, they always have something going on. I just finished my first class at Bespoke and the class itself was good. I'm giving 3 stars though because the website asks that new riders come in 15 min early to get help with the bikes, clipping in the shoes, etc. I showed up early and didn't get any sort of assistance. I had no idea how high to adjust my seat, and especially struggled with clipping my shoes in. I had to ask for help from another rider and he came over and adjusted my seat for me. However, at this point, class had already started, the lights had dimmed, and I was still struggling to clip my shoes in. He was so patient and was adamant that I get my shoes clipped in. Only then did an employee notice and come over. I didn't receive any instructions regarding unclipping my shoes either. Again, the same rider helped me. Overall there should have been some basic instructions regarding the bike, it's settings (I did not know there was a brake or that you could adjust the resistance until class was basically over), and clipping the shoes in. A class like this is intimidating enough for a new rider. read more

This studio is right across from Golds Gym. The parking structure is attached and they validate for 90 minutes! The staff is super friendly!! My instructor was Elady and she was so much fun! She was a great teacher and if I come again, I'll definitely want to take her again! She pushes you hard and out of your comfort zone but doesn't make you feel intimidated or inadequate. It seems like all these pricey spin places cant afford a receptionist! ******************UPDATED REVIEW*********************** Tried this place, I liked it. especially the cold towels upon exiting but they're prices are INSANE. 20 spin sessions for almost $500.00! That or monthly unlimited for $300.00 a month. They must think that if SoulCycle can do it, they can. Everyone I know that started in SoulCycle eventually bails. You can spin at a gym with your $68.00 membership. (some even lower!) I think this is one of those places you go for the 2week membership and never go back. Really....$500 for 20 classes...LOL. This is one of my favorite places to spin-the location is great (validated parking in Fig at 7th complex), the staff is friendly, and the amenities are nice (they provide shoes and towels and have nice shower/locker room area). The instructors are great! The style of the classes I've been to has been very much out of the saddle - not a lot of sitting and spinning your legs but more standing, or going back and forth from siting to standing, and incorporating other upper body movements as well. First, the studio is great. Everything is new and it's very clean. Convenient parking. I'm all about it. Second, the most important part of this review is their instructor, Peter. I have taken classes at all the other studios out there and he is the best. I would follow him anywhere to have him lead my spin class. After the first class I took with him, multiple people told him that he was the best. Peter has a gift to make the class fly by with his warm personality and humor. He has so much energy and it is contagious when you're on the bike with him. He dances on his bike adding just that extra bit to your workout. He encourages you to challenge yourself in the most positive way. If you want to have a great time, sweat a lot, laugh a lot, smile, dance (optional) and leave your workout feeling like you just had the best night ever with friends, then go to Peter's class. read more

The group classes are really good. The instructors are really , really amazing and give you a great cycling. The locker room are always clean . Plenty of clean towels. Bespoke is absolutely my favorite cycling studio I've been to--and I've now been to quite a few around the downtown and South Bay Area. I was completely new to cycling, and this was the first studio I tried. It is now one of my favorite workouts and I attribute all of that to my experience at Bespoke. Their staff and instructors (especially Kelly!) are extremely supportive, helpful and genuine, creating a positive and motivating space to workout in. I take class every week, and leave feeling energized, uplifted and accomplished each and every time. And the facility is unbelievable. Everything about it is of the highest quality, from the bikes to the shoes to their locker rooms. Their locker rooms are stocked with anything you could possibly need and has a peaceful "spa like" ambiance. If you haven't been to bespoke yet, make sure you make your way over here because you're missing out! read more

This studio is gorgeous, everything is brand new, and the staff was super nice. It was a great workout on beautiful bikes, with a real cutie pie instructor;) And the location is pretty awesome. There's all those brand new places all around, so if you get there a little early, you can shop or get a snack or coffee- even run to Target. Haha. I strongly suggest you do that beFOre though... You'll be drenched and sweaty when you're done. ;) read more
