We went for a fun class to Bespoke. The women's locker room was a bit run down. Also there were only two showers for a lot of women leaving a spin class. The bikes were great, loved the high sound quality, awesome lights that go to the music, and a room that gets totally dark to amp up the good vibes. FIG at 7th is a cool little shopping center. Awesome parking lot with ample parking ($5 all day parking on weekends), Target, Nordstrom Rack, lots of food spots, and great people watching :) www.ForGoodnessSeyks.com IG: www.instagram.com/ForGoodnessSeyks IG: www.instagram.com/ForGoodnessSeyks_Foodie

The Booty ride workout got me drinking two of these!

I been here twice and the workouts are amazing! The music and intense workouts make me want to come back! The second time I came here for the Booty Ride workout and wow! I was sore afterwards! Honestly getting on those bikes with those cycling shoes are the hardest thing to get used to! The magnet of the shoes has to click with the pedal, otherwise you won't be able to have a good cycling experience. Usually the people there can help and teach ya! They have lockers in the women's restroom and showers. For the lockers, you have to create your own code so there is no need to bring an actually lock. Also, if you forgot to fill up your water bottle, they got you! You can fill up your bottle there with some cold water. Parking is validated but for a certain amount of time. Usually it's a good amount of time 'till the class ends. Otherwise, if you do go past that free validated time, you do have to pay. There is a lot of eateries and stores to shop at the Fig so it can be tempting.

I came to Bespoke using a Classpass credit and I wasn't particularly pleased with my visit here because they were very UNaccommodating for Classpass members. My friend and I had been wanting to do a spin class together and found Bespoke DTLA through Classpass. We made our reservations and showed up very early, about 30 minutes early, for our class so that we could request to sit together. When we arrived, we signed in and asked the lady at the front desk if it was possible to be moved just ONE seat so we could sit together. I believe my friend was assigned bike #13 and I was assigned bike #15. I asked the lady and she was very adamant about not letting us switch bikes. She was saying that people make reservations for these bikes and that their members are each assigned their own personal bikes and they can't accommodate for Classpass people because according to her, Classpass signups get the "leftover bikes" that are not requested by their members. This was a bit condescending because she was almost saying it like I was a low-class citizen since I was enrolling through a third party, Classpass. She was strict about not even letting me, on my own, ask the person sitting next to me if they'd be willing to switch one bike over. I told her that I didn't have a problem kindly asking the person that would be between my friend and me on bike #14, but she was so firm on saying they don't allow this.. She then said that she'd go with me before class and see if there were two leftover bikes that we could be switched to or she would ask the person in between us. Unsurprisingly, she didn't do this and I didn't want to bother because of the interaction that we already had. The lady that ended up sitting in between my friend and me on bike #14 was friendly and even offered to help me with my seat adjustment. I wanted to ask her if we could switch (which I'm more than positive she would've been willing to judging from her kind demeanor) but I didn't ask for fear that the lady at the front would come and kick me out or something.. lol.... Another minus about this studio is that it's extremely crowded and you're almost rubbing elbows with the people near you. It's way too stuffy and way too cramped in there. On the flip side, one thing that I really did enjoy about Bespoke DTLA was the instructor of that night, Elady. She was intense and I got a great workout out of it, but I just can't shake the fact that they were so strict on the bike assignments...

Tried their express class during lunch time. $59 for unlimited classes for 2 weeks is a good deal. It's my first time too, the staff was very friendly. Patrick helped me get settled in my bike. He taught me the basics, I hope I remember, lol. It's tricky to remove the shoes from the bike, so you just remove the strap and leave your shoes. The session with David was really good. He's very motivating. I'm pretty sure I will be sore tomorrow. I thought cycling is easy, but with all that we did, I will come back to be able to get better with my pace. The bathroom is really nice, you can take a shower and they have a digital locker.

Absolutely love BESPOKE! A genius combination of HIIT and yoga vibes!

The mat towels smelled fresh, everything felt sanitized, and the space was clearly well taken care of. My instructor, Jimmy, delivered an amazing workout, he incorporated moves I've never seen before and actually walked around correcting form, which is rare in larger fitness classes. He was fun, energetic, and really set the tone. Playlist was baddie certified! LOVED him! I also appreciated how well maintained everything was, soaps fully stocked, cozy studio rooms, and an overall vibe that felt intentional and inviting. I think this might be my new go to location. Everything from the instruction, the location, and the equipment reflects that the team here really cares about providing the best quality possible at an accessible price point. The workout combines cardio pushes, strength training, and emphasis on form. The end result is a well rounded full body workout. I love that they don't just emphasize the lower body but work out the upper body as well. There's also a lite version that is slower and emphasizes mobility, stretching, and breath. My only complaint is that I wish they offered this class on the weekends. I really like that class but the class times are a little inconvenient for me. For the instructors, I can't say enough good things about them. They are super patient and invested in giving you the best workout at your level. They really create a welcoming environment here by checking in and empowering you throughout the workout. Each instructor has their own style and playlist so it never gets repetitive. The studio itself is clean, spacious, and conveniently located. Parking is free and easy. The reformers are appropriately spaced out. The handle bars have removable liners for easy cleaning. They offer plenty of wipes after class for cleaning. There are complimentary towels and other small touches to make sure you're comfortable in your workout. There's also a huge mirror in the front to help you with form. Lastly, this class is hard but doable. Plan to arrive a little earlier to stretch. Bring plenty of water to hydrate because you will sweat in class! However after you're done, you'll feel very empowered and accomplished.

I've been a member since the Gold's Gym days, and I'll be honest--the first 10 photos uploaded don't really reflect the current downtown location. Maybe one or two, but I definitely don't recognize "The Yard" since this gym doesn't have that much space, and those photos look like they were taken at a different place. Also, I've noticed a decline in membership since the changeover. At least to me, it feels like a lot fewer people are coming here. I remember when it used to be packed during peak hours, but it doesn't seem as busy anymore. I can't speak too much to the machines since I mostly use the swimming pool area, but in that regard, I'm actually happier with EOS than I was with Gold's Gym. Under Gold's, I felt like they didn't maintain the pool floor well or keep the water temperature consistent. There were days when the pool was freezing cold, but people still had to swim through it just to get their workout in. Other days, the water was cloudy with debris, which wasn't great. But it's been much better temperature-wise and how clean the pool has been under the new ownership. On a more minor note, the jacuzzi could use some attention too. It looks a bit grimy, with buildup on the tiles, and I'm not sure if it's being cleaned regularly. Hopefully, the management will see this review and do something about it. Otherwise, I still use the Jacuzzi after a good swim, but it's pretty off-putting seeing how it's not as maintained as the lap pool. Overall, it's still a bit early to fully judge the gym, so I'm sticking with a 3-star rating for now. It's just "OK" at this point. But I'm hopeful they'll prove me wrong and improve things moving forward.

I truly appreciated that part of my membership. However, my main concern is customer service, specifically the front desk and contract cancellation process. I signed up for four months of personal training and was fully aware that cancellation requires notice one month prior to the end date. I followed that policy. Unfortunately, actually canceling was unnecessarily tedious and time-consuming. I repeatedly called at 8:00 AM -- the time I was told the "specialists" who handle cancellations begin work -- only to hear that they were running late, with a client, in a meeting, etc. Each time, I was told my name and number would be taken and I'd receive a call back. That call never came. After multiple attempts, I finally reached a specialist on December 8, 2025, who confirmed over the phone that my personal training was canceled and that I was "all set." It is now February 27, 2026 -- and I am still being charged for personal training sessions. When I called to resolve this ongoing billing issue, the front desk receptionist was rude and dismissive. I understand she does not have authority to cancel contracts, but her response of "I just answer the phones. I can't help you," was unacceptable. Customer service is not just about authority -- it's about ownership, communication, and helping direct the issue to someone who can resolve it. People work. People have responsibilities. No one has unlimited time to continuously call a business to fix an error that should have been handled months ago. Because of the repeated billing issue and the lack of professionalism in how it has been handled, they have officially lost me as a client as of today. I work hard for my money. I respected their policies and procedures, yet I was treated as if my time, my money, and my membership didn't matter . It's okay. I'll go -- and I won't be looking back. I'm also taking the three friends I recommended with me. #DoBetter
