Denim Express is my go to stop for Levi's. The service is great, Mikey helps me find exactly what I'm looking for at a great price. This Levi's shop does custom alterations on any jeans or jackets in order to fit you just right. Denim express also has an impressive collection of streetwear items such as t shirts and hoodies and a rad collection of fitness wear. Hats and accessories collection is full of options as well, Highly recommend this shop. #SupportSmallBusinesses

TravisMathew recently held its 3-day warehouse sale in Huntington Beach from Feb 26 to Feb 28,…read more2026, running from 8:00am to 2:00pm each day. The sale was held behind its headquarters building. If you walk straight along the side of the building and turn left at the end, you will see the entrance marked off with yellow tape. There is also more parking available in the back, so you can park closer and walk a shorter distance. I went on the 27th. When you enter the sale, staff hand everyone a large plastic bag and a price sheet. If items sell out, they cross them off the list. If you see something you like, you can just grab it and put it straight into your bag. Discounts vary depending on the item, but some deals were surprisingly good. For example, all belts were just $1 each. The sale was organized into men's, women's, and youth sections, and sizes were pretty well stocked. There was also a full-length mirror in the back left corner where you could quickly try things on. I ended up picking up a beach hat and a T-shirt that I really liked. However, I came in this morning (a rainy Thursday at around 11am) and had an unsatisfactory experience. The store was very slow so I enjoyed being able to browse leisurely without crowds. When I got up to the counter (there was no one else in line) I expected to get through my transaction quickly. However, the young lady behind the counter asked me to wait. She proceeded to work with hangers behind the counter while I, being the only customer in line waited for about 3-5 minutes just watching her organize clothing. Totally bizarre and really unprofessional customer service. I was surprised that the employee made a solo customer in line wait so she could fiddle with a task behind the counter (which she could have easily done after my quick transaction since there was no one else behind me). The manager may need to retrain associates about their priorities on the job. Then this location would be a more likely option for shopping for me.

No one came to ever ask of you needed help finding anything. No one on the floor to assist. I want to give my highest praise to Karen, the manager at Bella Terra Kohl's on 12/24 before 2pm,…read morefor her exceptional help, friendliness, and kindness in resolving an issue I had with a dual discount promotion of 40% and 25%. From start to finish, Karen was exceedingly patient, a great listener, and genuinely understanding, taking the time to carefully listen to my situation both over the phone and in person, ensuring that the original requests from different associates were honored. What truly amazed me most was her patience, kindness, equanimity, even temperament, and her genuine intent to listen throughout this situation. Those are the marks of a great leader. Her ability to multitask--managing the situation with me while also running the store--was also impressive, but it was her calm, understanding, and empathetic approach that really stood out. During the process, my Kohl's card was having trouble being accessed due to the large amount of the transaction. While I was on the line with Capital One, Karen was very patient and understanding of the entire situation. I truly appreciated that she did not rush me despite the challenges in accessing the account. Even till the end, she reminded me to keep my Kohl's Cash and continued to be patient and kind throughout. Karen was also very knowledgeable about Kohl's procedures, including accessing my Kohl's credit card account, and was incredibly helpful in ensuring that the process honored the intended discounts while providing excellent customer service. She even apologized for the inconvenience, assuring me that she would make the situation right and take care of both me and the issue. Regarding the policy adjustment, Karen did state that the 25% discount technically should not have been added. However, considering the different factors and misrepresentation by prior associates, she was able to honor it. For me, this is what excellent customer service looks like--she takes ownership for the company's misrepresentation, and instead of shaming anyone, she works to train, figure out what went wrong, and make things right. Making this exception earned Kohl's a loyal customer, knowing there are great managers like Karen who are understanding of miscommunications and misrepresentations and seek to resolve them for an excellent customer service experience. This experience was in stark contrast to a male manager with glasses and gray hair who was in charge on December 23rd from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. He was very unfriendly and mean, and I was close to returning all of my products and closing my Kohl's card due to this poor interaction. Thanks to Karen, however, I am happy to continue shopping at Kohl's because her positive service made me feel valued, seen, and genuinely listened to. I also want to give recognition to the worker who helped me plug in the return. She had brown hair and brown skin and was very nice and understanding throughout the process. She did not seem annoyed or rude at any point, and while I didn't get her name, she was also great. Karen's patience, empathy, friendliness, knowledge, and expertise completely transformed what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. I sincerely wish her continued success and promotions within the Kohl's company and give her a 10 out of 10 for her remarkable service. Great leader, great listener, great customer service, great manager. Kohl's is fortunate to have her on their team, and I truly appreciate all of her help!

Stopped by to make an Amazon return. The line was long, but it moved rather quickly. I had my QR…read morecode ready to go and was all set. When it was my turn to move up, Vickie ( the employee) called out "can I help you?" In a not so friendly tone. I proceeded to walk up to her counter and her frown felt through her face mask. I asked her how her day was and no answer. So I repeated myself again and no answer. I guess she wasn't having a good day, then I proceeded with the awkward interaction of showing her my QR code and giving her my Amazon return. I can't help but feel bad for her. Anyway, I love this location at Bella Terra. There's plenty of parking on the Edinger lot. The store always seems clean and uncluttered. They're always having sales and you feel like you're getting a great deal.
