Just picked up a couple suits I needed for some upcoming weddings. I knew little to none about formal-wear, but the owner, Muhammad, was very educational and personal about everything in the industry. I didn't need to ask questions because he felt it was part of his obligation in his line of work to be informative and as helpful as possible toward the customer. Although his suits and other product are well worth the $, it's clear to me that his business prospers because of his passion for the industry and love for his customers. All in all, I would highly recommend Muhammad's Milano Galleria as great introduction point into formal attire. Thanks again, Milano Galleria! read more

My assumption was that I would walk in, grab a suit and leave. I was pleasantly proven wrong. Mohammed taught me and my friend more than just picking a suit- but how to wear it, use it, and other case by case applications such as sitting and folding. But beyond that, he teaches you how to carry yourself like a gentleman and behave like a gentleman! Not only did he make a sale but he made a friend. read more

My husband completly transformed with his classic black tie suit!! Each one of our guys were complimented again and again by the cast members at Disneyland. They really stood out in their suits in all the best ways possible! Thank you again Mohammed for all of the effort you put into our wedding party! They looked absolutely amazing read more

We came here after my husband started hunting for a suit jacket at the last minute before flying out for the wedding. We had gotten the boys' their suits just the week before and we were scrambling a little because my husband was struggling to find something suitable for his size. That, and we still needed to find shoes for the boys and my husband. I'm incredibly grateful that we stopped here because this store ended up being a great place to go. My only regret is that we hadn't found this place sooner. Mohammed, the owner, was the one who helped us and definitely went above and beyond - he could already tell what size would fit my husband best: jacket, shirt, pants, shoes, etc. if he could do that so perfectly, he would've known the best fits for my boys too! Oh, the regret! We did arrive very close to closing time, and he stayed open just to finish helping us. He didn't try to oversell, he only made recommendations that we honestly wish we had gotten so much sooner - and he made it as affordable for us as he could because, dude, suit stuff can definitely cost a pretty penny. He made sure you didn't just take his recommendations at face value - he made sure you tried it on so that you had no regrets and you were happy with what you were getting. His efforts made the purchases more worth our while and we definitely had no regrets. We did leave with more than what we originally came for - a full suit, dress shirt, ties and shoes - but at the same time, some of these extras we were thinking of getting at different places, and we ended up getting it all in one place instead. And the full suit cost less than one of my sons' suits that we got at Nordstrom Rack? I'll have to ask what store we got them from, but I know that it was less, thank goodness! Thank you, Mohammed, for everything! The wedding was a lot of fun, and the hubby not only looked good, he was happy with how he looked for the wedding as well. So worth it! read more

First visit: My bf and I stopped by to get him a suit for a wedding that was coming up. We had met the owner Mohammad who was so friendly and kind to us. Which makes sense why this place has good reviews. Shortly after we entered his business, four other parties came by and unfortunately Mohammad was by himself on the floor. Despite being the only worker to attend to all, he was able to manage greeting and attending to each client while remaining calm. He strives for customer satisfaction and guarantees each client to leave his door with a smile. There are many selections and styles of suits that accommodates every need possible. Prices are amazing here! They are great and reasonable prices. One stop shop from top to bottom suit needs. Second visit: We met Song to pick up pants we had purchased to get altered to shorten the length. He is just as friendly and kind to us. He had my bf try on the pants to make sure everything went well and made himself personable. read more

I came to Milano Galleria in urgent need of a suit for my friend's wedding. The tailor wasn't available so Mohammad drove in last minute to help me size and fit the suit perfectly. They even rushed the tailoring so that I could have it in time for the ceremony. Super friendly and helpful service from both Mohammad and his young assistant at the desk. Thanks to them I was able to attend the wedding looking very sharp and returned the ill-fitting suit I bought from Zara. Thanks Mohammad! read more

I came here looking for a suit that would become a signature look for me. I was desperate for one that I needed for prom, portraits, and in general. The moment I walked in I was greeted and helped straight away. The lady at the front desk was so nice and she helped me find my perfect size and fit I needed, and gave me a lot of nice suggestions. It didn't take me long to find the perfect suit, and they even had a beautiful selection of accessories. When I saw myself in my new suit I felt like a million dollars! Update (Aug 2020): I was in desperate need of new slacks; and though I knew the store (and mall) was closed due to COVID-19, I contacted Mohammed at Milano Galleria in hopes he could somehow help...AND HE DID! Once again it was the epitome of high-touch customer service! read more

I came in here and purchased a tie for $27.99. Came back because it wasn't the right fit for the attire and asked if I could return it. Store policy is no refunds. The worker there offered to switch out a tie for me instead. I agreed and asked if I can get my 3 dollars back since the tie he offered to trade me for was of lesser value at $24.99. The worker said, "oh yeah, we can't give you your money back, it's store policy". Me: "right, but the tie you're offering me is $24.99 and the tie I purchased was $27.99. Can't I just get the 3 dollars to cover the difference?" Worker: "Yeah, but we can't give you your money back, it's store policy". Me: "cool. I'll just take the other tie then". I'm not one to usually complain over a mere 3 dollars, but holy cow that was the worst customer experience I've ever had. The guy offered to put me on the phone with his boss, which I get. It's not his policy, he's just there to follow rules, but I don't think this is a good way to run a business. You know it's bad when I leave a Yelp review because I almost never review anything. I'm barely on Yelp to begin with. TLDR: I lost 3 bucks at this place lol read more

I started coming to see Mohammad about 17 years ago. I am bad at posting reviews. So this is long overdue. I stopped in today to pick up my suit one of many I have bought over the years here. I am so reminded of how much Mohammad cares about his customers. He always takes time with me. Ensuring best fit, color, matching tie, shoes , shirt the works. I could never even consider buying a suit elsewhere. I work at a job that requires a suit. I know with Mohammad I will always look my best. He also takes the time to talk to my wife and my daughter. Asking questions about school and life. He is a true gentleman. read more

Mohammad is the MAN! My husband purchased his suit here for our wedding. Mohammad (the owner), is super helpful and very friendly. Along with helping us purchase the right suit, he even gave us some much-needed advice on how to properly care, fold and store the suit. Each time we visited, he treated us like old friends (or as he would say, "you're like my own children"). He is not pushy at all. He will give you his two cents, which is very helpful considering how knowledgeable he is in the suit department. I even referred my dad here to purchase a new suit for the wedding too. Same great experience. The price is incredible, especially for the quality! You can't go wrong. I will continue to refer anyone and everyone looking for a suit to come here first. read more
