The store…read morecan feel a little chaotic and cramped, which makes finding what you're looking for a bit of a treasure hunt. Some aisles are well-stocked, while others look picked over, so it can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. On the plus side, the prices are hard to beat, and you can occasionally find some solid deals if you're willing to dig. The staff is okay--polite enough, but you can't always count on getting much help when the store is busy. Overall, Ross is fine if you're hunting for a bargain and don't mind the effort, but it's not the most consistent shopping experience. Three stars because it's average: some wins, some misses.

1 Star (less than if I could)…read more I've been a regular customer at this Burlington branch for year!! The extended hrs are convenient for those of us who work long shifts. Always recommended friends/fam to this branch specifically. On May 28, 2026, 11:25PM I arrived after a double shift to quickly buy a bday gift. Around 11:35 PM, an older associate with gray hair approached me in the shoe department and told me they were clearing the areas? I confirmed the store closed at midnight, she said yes but still stood from a distance to watch me. Uncomfortable as heck, I rushed to grab a pair of shoes & immediately headed to checkout. While waiting in line I decided to grab a gift bag in-front of the registers, from across the floor - I see the same associate sprinting over towards me loudly saying, "Ma'am, you have to go, we're closed." I checked my watch, clarifying that it's 11:45, leaving a mere 15 minutes before it's actually 12am ..? What's funny is I was literally next up in line. She rolls her eyes and walks away leaving me and the kind cashier at an awkward silence? The problem is the store wasn't closed. There were still multiple customers lingering on the floor while I was already waiting in line to pay. I understand employees wanting to go home, but customers shouldn't be rushed out before the posted closing time. but this interaction made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. SUGGESTION -- If customers are expected to leave before midnight, then Burlington should post an earlier closing time. Don't advertise midnight hours if customers are going to be followed around the store asking us to leave before 12am. This will be my final visit at this branch due to the little-to-no customer service and poor time management from 1 single associate. The LITTLE TO NO UNTRAINED customer service recieved today will 100% be shared for community awareness with family/friends. Also have reported this on the main Burlington website to ensure corrective actions are taken to avoid this from happening to future consumers.

This store is not a return seller so once you buy something you can not return it. Also the store says it is closing so they have a lot of product. The shoes that were close to the windows were sun damaged, and the seams and adhesives looks to be coming undone. The guy who was in the store greeted me, didn't say have a good day and did not check up on me when I was in the store. Although he did tell me about the deals. The store was clean and had a good selection of styles but I did not see what sizes they had maybe they had more in the back. The shoes I was interested in he said were about originallly 180 so I was able to get them for 79 with the discount. This is where I was able to see that the prices were high even for the "super" discount items. That is the reason for the one minus star was the prices and the customer service.

They also offer jewelry near the front. Even then, I felt like my choices were very limited. I know they cant offer everything trendy and it's based on whatever's been donated, but I wish they had more modern clothes. Everything seemed vintage and not in a way that's my vibe -- lots of stuff that screamed hippie or grandma If they DID have trendy brands, then it's very inflated. Saw a Zara skirt for $35. In fact, a lot of stuff dont seem to make sense in terms of pricing. I saw a bunch of stuff for $20 and $25 with dents/creases, and I saw something with a Marshalls and Ross tag left on (Im sure they inflated that, too). Pretty weird Dont expect the prices to be super accurate, either. Theres a lot of discount signs throughout the store and sometimes you might not even notice. I guess I cant complain, my $9.99 skirt turned out to be $7.50 lol
