It was an okay store. Their prices are high. Ideally the outlets that are close by have better prices and deals and you can return them if you have issues. This store is not a return seller so once you buy something you can not return it. Also the store says it is closing so they have a lot of product. The shoes that were close to the windows were sun damaged, and the seams and adhesives looks to be coming undone. The guy who was in the store greeted me, didn't say have a good day and did not check up on me when I was in the store. Although he did tell me about the deals. The store was clean and had a good selection of styles but I did not see what sizes they had maybe they had more in the back. The shoes I was interested in he said were about originallly 180 so I was able to get them for 79 with the discount. This is where I was able to see that the prices were high even for the "super" discount items. That is the reason for the one minus star was the prices and the customer service. read more

Lived out here my whole life, Edwards Cinema right across the street. Unfortunately, this is not the skate shop it used to be.. Seems like it turned "main stream." sells a variety of non-skate items and I don't recall even a skate board in the store now that I think of it! lol Prices are the exact same as if bought the brand from the Official website/store. I've been going here for years now. I've recommended it to all of my friends and family. The casual shoes are a very treasure, but I come here for the running shoes. Their Asics and Brooks selection is awesome. They really are cheaper than online. If you are a serious runner and/or athletes then you'd appreciate the selection here. You can find Nikes cheaper somewhere else, but those are just for fashion. Cornell (the owner) is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Copped a limited edition pair of Captain America Vans Sneakers. Dope. Vibrant colors. Shop is very clean and service is great. AC was running and felt very comfortable inside the building. Very nice sales persons and quick to return with correct size shoes to try on. They were a little pushy on selling me shoes off the discounted wall. If I wanted them, I'd let you know. I wanted my other Vans but they kept trying to push the discounted wall. Lol quit it... I'll most likely return for another pair of sneakers. The right side of the store is where I'll be. Although I had to go back three times to return my shoes because of a manufacture defect in the shoes itself. With a name like "Deck N Shoes", I was expecting...well, ya know...a skate shop that sold skateboard decks and skate shoes. When I arrived at their store, it became immediately clear that this was not going to be the case. It's just a generic shoe store...which is not bad if you're looking for work boots, walking shoes, basketball shoes, fashion sneakers, or whatever. They had a couple of tiny racks right inside the door with a handful of skateboard decks...and that was it! And their entire selection of shoes contained like three or four pairs of skate shoes. And when I say "skate shoes", I mean ACTUAL skate shoes, and not those crappy, flimsy canvas sneakers that so many stores and shoe companies are attempting to pass off as "skate shoes" these days but which wind up getting shredded after only a few weeks of use. Don't get me wrong, original Vans and Chuck Taylors and the like are really cool shoes (I even own some myself), but these types of shoes were not what I was looking for. Anyway, this place only had a couple of pairs of Vans skate shoes and a few pairs from Osiris. And in their entire inventory, they only had ONE of them in my size (unfortunately, they weren't very comfortable, so it ended up being a no-go). They had no DC, no Emerica, no DVS, no Etnies, etc, etc. Finally, out of sheer desperation, I figured maybe I should just settle for a pair of the classic Adidas Campus shoes -- I mean, they've got good soles and they are at least an all suede upper, and not that thin, wimpy canvas. But the staff told me they were out of every color except black, and that they may not have even that color in my size. *sigh* Their prices were a joke too. For example, their Adidas Campus shoe was marked as "on sale" for $79.99, which was supposedly marked down from the manufacturer's price of $99.99. When I got home, I checked the Adidas website, and they are selling that shoe for $80...which is the exact same price as Deck N Shoe. So, yeah, this store claims to be giving you a deal, when in fact they're just selling stuff at full price. So, anyway, this place was a disappointing waste of time. The staff was fine, but their selection of skate shoes completely sucked...especially for a place that seems to be billing itself as a skate shop. read more

We came to Anaheim for a short holiday and decided to search for a small store that would accommodate us. We found the perfect shoe in the perfect colour and purchased within minutes. I've been to this store a few times now and and my experiences were really great. The store its self has a wooden floor and great lighting and the shoes are displayed in nicely. The shoes are in style and sell what is out today. Theres also a section with skateboarding goods. They also sell parts and will build you a board. They have great customer service and i was readily helped by the beautiful employees there. I love to excercise from distance running to playing soccer at the park. They have all the shoes for my lifestyle needs. I have gotten the best deals from asics to addidas to nike. Did i also mention that they have a wide variety of toms shoes, that you cant find anywhere else. Last time i went there i grabbed a pair of converse. They have so many different styles of all sizes nicely displayed that you just have to check em out. This store is a hidden gem! It's extremely clean and organized. I walked in when it was quite busy, but there was plenty of room to walk around and sit to try on some shoes. Prices are fair, you don't feel like you're getting ripped off. Parking was a breeze as well. The shoe selection is amazing! They carry a wide variety of styles which makes this place a one stop shop. I was looking for new converse and they had different styles and colors. Staff is extremely attentive and prompt. I should've done more research on this store before buying anything. Although the girls here are super sweet and have great customer service, the return policy and credit card rule make me not want to come back. They only allow exchanges, which was ok. The only problem was that the new pair of shoes I was getting was a bit higher in price, just $3 more, and they wouldn't let me use my debit card. Their minimum for cards is $10 so I just took back my original pair of shoes. They also don't have many sizes available. I wish their return policy wasn't so strict and I would actually shop here again. read more

They have a table of shoes that are 60% off outside, shoes look very cheap, they have a deal if you buy one pair you get the other pair free problem with that is the selection is very limited and the price range is $65-90 for mediocre shoes I'd rather spend that on one good pair. To be honest it looks like they get there shoes from the flea market. Staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable, I asked if they carried any roshe run or huraches and she said, "no we only carry shoes like NIKE, PUMAS,ADIDAS STUFF LIKE THAT". It was at that moment I decided to leave and never come back. I recommend making the drive to the nike factory a few miles away at the outlets in Orange or I think they have a shoe store a few blocks away by the Big 5. read more
