Small shop with some nice selections of nike dunks, jordans, yeezy, etc. Prices not outrageous bad and pre-owned pairs seem fair. Does take both new and used shoes for cash/store credit and again cash/trade-in value seems fair. Only complaint I had was when I ordered some shoes, it didn't come with everything as listed on the website (shoes were missing extra laces). I'm sure this was just a bad mistake but it did make me upset because I paid a lot of money expecting the shoes to come with everything. I did messaged the store owner and he responded promptly and tried to help me out as best as possible. Was able to get the opportunity of a refund if I returned the shoes or get delivered some replacement laces for free delivered. I decided to do the latter and I will just say I am very pleased that the customer service was high quality. Didn't expect to see how much the guys cared about my displeasure and went out of his way to help me out. Overall: I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the issue I had. Yes, part of the problem was mine too for not inspecting more thoroughly when I initially received the shoes but it should have been disclaimed on the website. Still, giving 4 stars for the excellent customer service and support and the fact selection and prices were good. 4.1/5 Also, beware that owner does video you when selling so make sure to tell owner if you don't want to be recorded beforehand. Not that I didn't mind being recorded but he does posts them on instagram or youtube. Tip: Owner post new batches of inventory daily on his instagram stories so look out for some potential steals. read more

New business in Placentia I found this amazing shoe store with a nice selection Nikes and other shoes that are hard to find checkout out his web plus the owner is on-site and willing to help you find any pair you want. He is very knowledgeable about the shoe game with what's Hot and what's not. He has some very attractive prices better than other shoe stores I've seen. Walked in and was greeted by someone with their back turned to me for a minute or two before they decided to help me. I took one pair of used shoes to sell. I understand the sneaker market is always changing and stores need to make money as well, but the guy looked me in my eyes and offered me close to nothing for the shoes I took in. Again, I understand it's a business, but I took the shoes down the street to another sneaker store and was given a much more fair offer, and even ended up trading them in for store credit and getting another pair of shoes. I know the sneaker game but telling me straight to my face that my shoes are worth almost nothing is disappointing, and I am happy to continue taking my business to a different sneaker store a few minutes up the road. read more

The customer service from the associates working on 3/15 was terrible. When I first walked in, no one was in the front and someone asked me from the backroom "you tryna sell today?" The store is only open for buyouts at the moment so if they took the time to look at me they would've seen was there to sell. Brought in more items than my usual(6 items vs 3/4) so I asked if he'd prefer I go run an errand and give him some time to properly assess my things or if I should just hangout there. The boy looked at me like I asked him do calculus with no calculator and couldn't give me a straight answer. He was unaware of the value of some shoes and rather than finding the price properly, he asked his coworker who also knew nothing about the shoe. 5/6 offers were considerably lower than what the boss would've priced the items at. For some odd reason the associated decided to have a lil laugh at me when I accepted only 1 out of his 6 offers which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. Drove 1 hour total for some disrespect and $5. Sorry for the hardships Austin, hope you turn it around this year! read more
