They have Amazon Return area! I searched for a Kohls to return a few items. I bought these animal tents for my two dogs and they arrived being way too small. The tents are for them to sleep in if they want. My 1 year old Pomeranian loves sleeping in little spaces like that. It was even too small for her lol We might try to find something else for her to sleep in. We do have regular dog beds. Just wanted a "cave" like place for her to sleep in, since she loves that. When I did the Amazon return online, it only gave me UPS and Kohls as return sites. For some reason, those were all I had. I decided on Kohls, since I didn't have the original packaging anymore. The Amazon return area at this location, is in the back right corner of the store. There's signs to direct you as well. I found the area and got in line. Quick and easy return! SUPER disappointed! My fiance was showing me what he got from kohls and when he told me the total I thought it didn't sound right so I decided to double checked his receipt. Turns out he was charged twice for the same sweater and unfortunately didn't realize it when hearing his total. It's disappointing the checker didn't catch this and unfortunately for us the bag sat in the car for quite sometime so now we don't really know how to approach a refund since it's been so long. Other than this one situation we have had good experiences at kohl's but $30 is a lot of money so I'm definitely disappointed. The man behind the counter, who's been there many years is the rudest person and should not be working with the public. He wears no name tag, probably so no one reports him. One time I had my phone on a long cord like a necklace around my neck and he just grabbed that and pulled me towards him to scan a QR code. Again, without my permission or warning. I came in recently with my 13 year old daughter had a terrible experience. An elderly employee named John was very obviously staring at my child's breasts the entire interaction. I was livid but to avoid humiliating her I bit my tongue, hoping she wouldn't notice. I attempted to call and report this but was put on hold for 30 minutes then told that the manager is not in. Kohls has gone down hill for me in the past few years. Their selection for women and men's clothing and shoes are terrible. All I ever use kohls for now is kid clothes and shoes, and sometimes small appliances. They've turned into Sears. This kohls, like many others I've been to before, is extremely slow, especially if you have a return. I went in today to return something which I had been dreading to do, because I knew it was going to be such a long process. I waited in line at least 30 minutes before the ONE cashier finally asked for back up. To have just one person managing returns is insane, especially during the busy holiday shopping season. I don't blame the guy at the register, he was doing his best and really was providing good customer service, but there needs to be more than one person running the show. read more

Right now they have a lot of seasonal items on discount. They have the gingerbread house pillow and more seasonal favorites. Kyla was fabulous within Sephora. My mom's not the most confident when it comes to picking or applying makeup, but she was patient and so incredibly helpful, making her feel confident in her choice. Sephora kohls hi ! I came into the store with my mom and we were smelling perfumes and trying to find a good scent to use and the girl with short hair and tattoos seemed very annoyed with us . We were ready to check out and the girl had very passive aggressive attitude towards us and was getting annoyed that we asked to be checked out. And once we finished the transaction she folded the receipt kinda sassy and put it in the bag and walked away without asking if I was ready to check out my stuff . So my mom and I waited to pay for my things. And the other girl that was there helped us out with the transaction. I've worked retail for 10 years and I would never give this kind of experience to a customer shopping . They didn't even come up and ask if we needed help with anything ????? I visited the store with my mom and was helped by an elderly man named John. From the start, the interaction felt off. When I asked about discounts for Kohl's cardholders, he flatly responded with a "no." While I understand that discounts aren't always available, his tone was very dismissive. My mom's card wasn't active, so John asked for her ID, which is standard. However, he held onto it far longer than necessary. While I was translating for my mom in Spanish, he repeatedly called the card "garbage" loudly and rudely, even though the account was active. I also noticed an unsettling stare from him, which felt intimidating toward my mom. His behavior was unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable. Good customer service is rare, and this interaction with John was very poor. Although he referred to the card as "garbage," I felt there was an underlying tone to his words. Horrible customer service and semi illegal marketing :( I was in need of some hand soap and decided to stop into kohls as I was already there making an Amazon return. Since I recently had surgery, and am limited on mobility I decided to just get some overpriced soap at kohls. Well apparently the sign that says "bath and accessories" does not include the unlabeled hand soap from "Europe" even though it's placed on the shelf below the sign. I was not about to pay $9.99 for a bottle of hand soap..I could get this at a dozen other stores, and was told to meet the lady in home goods department meet me there to "read" the sign back to me, and as I explained that this was a bath product and directly underneath, I got a condescending response and was told I could speak to the manager Elizabeth who was upfront. (Assuming the cashier I had already spoken to whom was unhelpful) I don't think my time is worth fighting lack of logic, rude employees and clear product displacement. I will make it a point to not stop/shop here anymore, as the last few visit have been an utter disappointment. Don't come here. I go to this location bc it's the closest location to me but every single one of my visits turn into someone kind of joke. Employees are rude or don't seem to know anything about promotions, sales, or pick up orders. They don't know how to handles complaints bc all they say is "ok" so now I feel like any feedback I have is pointless. No wonder why they don't change their behaviors. On my last visit I pulled up a pick up order barcode for 4 items I placed a week ago and when I come to pick it up they tell me they can't find the other half of my order. After waiting 25 mins for them to look for it they finally call over a manager who decides to look for it herself. No apology and no product. I'm not complaining to any manager this time. This store is horrible. Example, today I went to buy slacks and a belt. The slacks are stacked randomly in each display,, very few hung up,, small mixed with large sizes, blues in blacks, various brands and makes mixed together....finding my size in something I wanted would have been easier if they just pushed them all into one big pile. I would have to walk so much to dig! Then I needed that belt! I looked and looked for belts and couldn't them. I walked around and around always ending back in slacks and suits where logic would have placed them.. Logic...not here at this store silly me I asked the store employee working in the slacks and suits section where the belts might be found. She said in pants.....I said we are in pants where are they? She didn't know and didn't care, I don't work this section..bla bla...then off she went. No help for me! So I tracked down two more employees. I had to go to shoes to find anyone as the employees don't go out of their way to help. These two tell me the belts are with the suits. I told them I was just in there and their fellow employee couldn'tfind them, come show me, point at them. Nope, they don't know if they are there. They then got on the radio to ask where belts are. Dead air. No one replie! Managers and all...ignored their call! Sorry we don't know. Really? No one knows where belts are? No one? So no belt. At least I had slacks.... I waited in a very short line for a very long time while two very slow, disheveled and forlorn looking employees checked out people. My turn is suffering numerous sales pitches for credit and rewards and...until I bluntly said I just want to pay and go. Didn't make me popular. I almost never shop here because it is so bad. First time visiting this store. The Sephora inside seeemed nice and had the items I needed, mind you they've been sold out elsewhere. But the nasty face of Noelia was insane. No greeting, no smile, monotone voice. I ignored it at first, I just needed my items but when I went to check out it just got worse. The nasty attitude, the nasty responses, the aggressiveness with the items. I asked her if she was having a bad day cause her customer service was just bad. She proceeded to say she wasn't and I told her then you must. It like working customer service because I haven't even gotten a 'hi' from you, just a nasty bitter face. She immediately said she just got a promotion and proceeded to call the manager on her little microphone without me even asking her. Which was good because I was able to tell the manager as well that her service is horrible. This is a review for the Amazon return side of things as well as the general setup of the store. Super easy location for Amazon returns. Parking lot is big, and easily accessible. The return area for Amazon orders is at the back of the store, and usually staffed by 1-2 people depending on crowd. The staff here is always cleaning the return area due to the pandemic, wear mask and gloves. They ask that you place the item in the bag or box upon returning so no hand contact. Very quick and easy. Plus, you will get a 25% coupon to use in the store. I have shopped around at this store and it's pretty organized and staff is friendly. Have had no issues with this store. read more

I have always had good experience at Kohl's except today where the woman at the register was a 'KAREN'. Her name was Susan and she decided to make a comment about my three years old daughter grabbing a toy. As we walked to the register without saying hi she stated that I shouldn't let my daughter just grab a toy because they never learn. So I just stopped her there and I stated that she has no right to tell me how to raise my daughter and she kept saying that you supposed to do this and that. It's a nice Kohls I never have an issue when I go and I usually do like online pick up or Amazon returns (that gives an extra star) Kohls reminds me of Mervyns or those types of stores and they are always fine haha never issues unless something is out of stock or an issue with an associate but it's never like that and it's very quiet for the most part haha. Like if you found an issue has to be something specific because I never see anyone upset. I can tell with COVID that access to clothes seems to be an issue because a lot of items are either out or limited selection. Such as dress shirts before there were tables on tables of clothing for dress shirts and had such an issue about 2 months ago just trying to find a dress shirt. There's a special location to drop them off and I receive a 25% off coupon to use on my next purchase. The service is fast and friendly too. Came in to return an item it was Black Friday. Customer service was closed, no exchanges or returns. I was told by an employee this was Kohls policy for several years. I called La Habra they had not heard of such a thing, was able to go there do my return and buy some more things. I even received Kohls cash at La Habra, nothing at Fullerton. This store used to provide good service by employees with common courtesy but is no longer the case. I was here with my girlfriend who was waiting to return an Amazon item. We were standing in the Amazon return line for 10 minutes while 2 employees were helping customers. 1 was handling Kohl's returns and the other one was handling Amazon returns. When we were first in the Amazon return line, the girl with long black hair, decided to start helping the Kohl's return customers without letting us know since she made direct eye contact with me. Then it happened a second time. When it happened a third time, I spoke up and asked "Is there anyone handling Amazon returns to which the aforementioned girl said, "They'll be right back." Then the guy who was handling Kohl's returns called us up to process the Amazon return. Guess what happens next? The girl who was originally handling Amazon returns suddenly went back to the Amazon return station and called the next customer up. So not only does she lack common courtesy but she's also a liar. She could have simply said, "I'll be right with you as soon as I help a few customers from the Kohl's return line." A simple acknowledgement would have gone a long way. Instead she ignored us, THREE times and when I spoke up she lied by saying, "They'll be right back." She knew it was her all along designated to handle Amazon returns. Since this is the treatment that customers receive from inconsiderate and lying employees then it's time to shop elsewhere and also find an alternative to returning Amazon items. And yes, I speak for multiple customers because there was a lady and man behind me waiting to return items as well so it's not just my girlfriend and I who were being ignored. The customer service had a HUGE line and one of the employees told her she needed help with customers and Alysha just walked by her. No help what so ever. I'm confused as to why a person like that is one of the managers. After your other employee feeling overwhelmed we saw another employee walk by and we said this poor girl needs help. Alysha came back and began helping but was extremely rude. Can you tell me why the front register employees can supply a coupon at check out but the so called manager cant?
