In addition Eddie did the alterations on my wedding dress (taking in the bust, lining up the lace detail and adding a bustle) which both turned out amazing. Some key things we took away and appreciate about the service provided was the effective communication, professional and patience the staff had with me and my father. We were hardly greeted upon entering the store. The staff all seemed extremely casual like they were all on break. My husband asked someone for help after waiting around to see if anyone was around, and all of the employees looked at us like we were interrupting their free time. The store was fairly empty, the workers were all gathered around the check out area joking and laughing. Needless to say they didn't have my husband's size, and we felt very unwelcome so we just ended up walking out empty handed. Shoes seemed overpriced, we ended up seeing the same pair of dunks he was looking for directly through Nike for less.

Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.

He helped me pick out a suit in grey within my budget and let me try on two different ones (I knew I liked the second one better for some reason). He also altered the suit to my measurements and the next day it was ready and ironed. Joe is super nice, understanding, and resourceful. He threw in a matching pair of pants and dress shirt for my purchase (which would have run me a lot more if I had purchased them separately). He recognized my surname and was overall friendly to talk to, and also wished me well for the event I needed the suit for. An overall solid pick and I'm really glad I went with little prior knowledge on the options available.
