Drove 8 hours long to come here been subscribed since before the shop was a thing. Highly do not recommend never been disappointed like this ever. I was told a different quote I got over the phone, and when I asked for more they would not budge. They made at least a 120% more on my whole lot and I was told my prices are too high and they would never put it up for that price. I was asking 2200 for my chocolates after they quoted me 1800 over the phone. They instead offered me 1300 when last sale was 4k on eBay a few months ago. I reluctantly took the deal because I drove so far to come here. I got 2300 on my red October's and chocolate sbs and they sold the chocolates alone for 2300+ so everything else I gave them was pure profit. Beware. They are not fair. They then sold the ro for almost 2k, when they told me none of these shoes would sell. They sold before their anniversary. When I asked for at least some merch like a jacket they told me I was asking too much and they gave me a hat. That store left a bad taste in my mouth, i sold other heat too but they were being too greedy, especially for a place called "holy ground".. I confronted them and they didn't do anything about it to make it right. I was lied to that they would not price my shoes that high and they did. I just felt betrayed by a company that I've been supporting from afar and made my own vacation based on coming out there. Yes I offered more other places and i could have just passed but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they lied. The staff can be rude at times too they laughed in my face and nickel and dimed me. I was told I was on camera and that this would all be recorded and they never posted it! Maybe cause the deal was so lopsided, I thought at least my consolation prize is I'd see myself on YouTube but nope. Next time you are in LA make the trip to rif, cool kicks or syndicate. I wouldnt waste my time here, they lost a long time supporter. Them getting a new location after this deal was made was a slap to my face read more

Always great store to buy shoes and clothes from, especially pre-owned (where their prices are super fair). They are always super transparent about any flaws or markings on any used items, both online and in store. The main thing I enjoy though is the customer service - everybody is super friendly and accommodating, unlike other resale shops in LA where the employees are looking down at their customers unless you're dropping 4 digits+. For people leaving negative reviews because they feel like they were lowballed when trying to sell their items, just know that you will always be able to net more if you sell your items on your own. It would not make sense for the store to pay what someone off the street would pay you for an item, or else they cannot make a profit. Selling a car to CarMax won't get you as much as if you put in some leg work and tried to sell to a private party in your own; same logic here. And don't sleep on the Saturday deals ;) read more

Please be ware, this place DO NOT take customer's trade-ins as store credit. but as invisible gift cards. According to CDTFA website, store credit is to be treated as Rebate. A rebate/store credit is NOT taxable. The fact that all the other stores in LA take trade-ins as store credit. Only this shop would pay their customers in invisible gift cards should raise some red flags. They give no physical nor digital gift cards for customer's trade-ins. And there are no signs, no instructions on how the "trade-in policy" works. Very scammy behavior. You should report them to Better business bureau & California Deals partment of Consumer Affairs too if you paid more money than you should. Don't let the shady business get away with this.
