Yo this shout out goes to Jorge and Peter the tag team dynamic duo. These two went above and beyond and delivered a spectacular customer service experience. I went to Brea mall looking for specific shoes the New Balance 9060, shoe palace was the very first store I came to and glad I did. When you step into a store there's two things you expect off the bat, #2 if the item you're looking for is in stock and #1 at least for me customer service. You're shopping experience becomes a totally different experience if you experience excellent customer service as oppose to crappy customer serivice and I've experienced both. Jorge and Peter are the best of the best they delivered the best experience I can get and which is why I decided to come back and buy from shoe palace. Thanks again guys I will be come back! read more

I came in and was helped by Briana. She had an enthusiastic attitude and was extremely helpful. She deserves nothing less than a raise or promotion read more

Prior to my review I have to preface it with my last visit to the Brea Mall 3 months prior. I came to the mall with the hopes to find shoes that fit well and support my flat-feet. I have mild Plantar Fasciitis and finding the right shoe can be quite tricky. For years I had been getting all my shoes at Converse (thinking no support was the best for my circumstances) and my visits were short. I knew what isle to go to and what size I needed. The biggest part of my choice was the color. Anywho. Fast forward to my visit to the Brea Mall in July of 2023. I went to Journey's, Foot Locker, and The Finish Line inside of Macy's. Each visit was HORRIBLE. Little to no customer service. I had to go and ask for help or shoes to try on. Asking about the shoes got me shoulder shrugs and "I don't know" answers. So my recent visit (September 20th, 20223) was a shocker! I came in with the very low expectation of sub par customer service. My first was visit was at The Finish Line, since that was where I found my most recent pair of shoes. Fortunately, the shoe I wanted was no longer in stock and the customer service was a tad better than the previous but nothing to warrant my business. Subsequently I walked into Shoe Palace which happened to be adjacent to my exit. I went in apprehensively thinking my experience would be anything less than desirable. Immediately, I was greeted with a huge smiling face and help was offered. "Ana" (Anayeli), would be my hero for the evening. I told her I was looking for something that had little arch support and something that wasn't too narrow. Off like a canon, she spouted out a suggestion and walked me over to the shoe wall. She pointed out 3 types and I asked if I could try on 2 of the 3. There she went again, like a bolt of lighting! She raced back and handed me the shoes to try. With the right amount of timing she came back and checked on me. I told her I was just curious to see how the 3rd shoe option felt. POOF! She was gone and back in an instant with the shoe. From now on Shoe Palace has my business going forward! I might be a little spoiled with Ana's super great customer service and hustle. Can I call and ask for her prior to my visit? HAHAHA. ... but seriously though, can I? Shoe Palace! You have a rockstar on your hands, commend her to the highest praise! read more

Service: impeccable, selection: value: immeasurable. George was just amazing, from the time we entered until the time we left. He would not stop relentlessly pursuing us until we found what we needed. Yet, somehow, he wasn't pushy! Give this guy a raise!!!! read more

This evening my family and I had the best interactions with 2 employees named Freddie and George. We were greeted as we walked in. We were asked if needed any help to just let them know. I had just left another Shoe Palace in Montebello and had a horrible experience. The store manager that was on duty apologized several times for the experience we had just endured at the other store. As we walked around they made sure to continue to ask if we needed help and if we needed a size to just let them know. Will go to their store without a second thought. read more

I would recommend Shoe Palace for everyone to check out. They had so many options in all big brands! Unfortunately they didn't have a wide variety of sizes. They also have lots of clothes and everything was nice quality. They had some really great prices and deals hear, I was impressed by this store! read more

They were super friendly and helpful bringing me all the shoes I wanted to try. Their customer service and attitude was A-1! Hope they're working when I go back! Major shoutout to George! My guy provided a phenomenal experience. I was between several shoes, had him going back several times and he was awesome, patient, and helped me find the perfect pair. I buy shoes a lot and that experience is rare. Appreciate you G! read more

I had a great experience at Shoe Palace. My foster son and I came in yesterday in the evening to get shoes. He could not figure out what shoes to get. We were there for a bit. Each staff member came up to us with a patient and helpful spirit. I could not get him to choose shoes. He just couldn't decide and then Ana came to the rescue. She suggested he just try a pair on to figure out the size he needs and my kid agreed. And in time he chose shoes, pants, a t-shirt, sweatshirt and beanie. Sweet relief! Ana took the time to grab multiple choices, matching outfits and styles that my kid really liked. We left very happy but with a mess for the staff to clean up. But they were smiling and we didn't feel like a burden. Thank you Shoe Palace staff in Brea and especially a huge thank you to Ana! read more

Worker names Brianna helped me out when I had no shoe intelligence, very outgoing and very on point with sizes when I needed help. I felt bad when I had to ask many different sizes read more

Came into shoe palace today and brianna was just so funny and helpful. She was running all over the place and still made time to make sure i was taken care of. Definitely going back to her next time! read more

The service was awful. I'm 23 and the teenagers working there suck. My shoes were at the front desk and I was standing there for a minute while the 3 workers were yapping to each other right in front of me. No one asked if I needed help or even looked up to acknowledge me. Please go to JD sports or Champs to save yourself an annoying experience. If you have to order online from them so the workers won't get any credit for being even half decent. read more

The service is horrible, every single time I've ever been to the store. I have to look for the workers for help on a shoe size. If I can get the shoes myself, I would. But their crappy attitude every single time I've ever walked into the store to ask them for help on the shoe size makes me never want to come back. All I ever heard them talk about among themselves was what they were gonna do after work not actually working....my husband and I wanted to both buy shoes. But it was like pulling teeth. We ended up buying one pair of shoes today for my kid. They lost out on 2 more pair of $200 shoes as an owner, I would be pissed to hear my employees are not trying to sell my product. All the staff tonight was the same in not being helpful. July 13, 2024 7pm read more

Their service is definitely 10/10! I was looking for some comfortable walking shoes for the gym and the guy (Angel I think)helping me out was super helpful. He was super fast and showed me a lot of options based off what I wanted and his experience with the shoes! And the store manager was very helpful as well! She showed me their shorts and a deal they had on some shirts! Overall my experience was amazing! Only downside is they don't have a fitting room! read more

Great place for shoes and apparel alike. They have a great selection of brands such as Nike, Adidas, Vans, Converse, Puma, and more! I was visiting from out of town and stopped by here to pick up a hoodie. This store has some of the better pricing for the mall and the customer service was fantastic. Thanks again and I'll definitely be back next time I'm out this way. read more

I love this location. It is by far my favorite sports/athletic store! I've bought more shoes and apparel than any where else. Their Jordan selection is unmatched!! They always have the freshest styles and trends. And Tony is The Man there!! Always great customer service and makes awesome suggestions if you're on the fence about something. However, their return/refund policy is really sh*tty. So you buy something, make sure you love it. If you only like it, you're going to regret it! Nevertheless, I'm still a huge fan. read more
