When you step into a store there's two things you expect off the bat, #2 if the item you're looking for is in stock and #1 at least for me customer service. The only frustration was that many items in the XS section were mixed with M, L, and other sizes, making it a little harder to shop efficiently. The associates at the register were friendly and professional, and they listened when I shared feedback about the loud music in the fitting rooms. Overall, I'm glad I finally found a shopping method that works for me. What used to feel intimidating now feels manageable, and I left with some wonderful pieces for my summer wardrobe.

I don't know how he did it but I wasn't questioning the process! While trying on the NB sneakers the same staff member brought me a pair of cream colored Brooks sneakers in my size! He told me they're close as it gets to the Hoka sneakers in terms of comfort and quality. And honestly he wasn't lying , they felt amazing!
