    Burlington needs to take better care of their employees. This location has been without air conditioning for YEARS now. It's barely tolerable for those of us shopping there, but at least we can escape the building. The employees are stuck there. It's even worse on the second floor, there are times when I've been there where the upstairs was so unbearably hot it's a wonder that the staff weren't all passed out on the floor. The bathrooms are always filthy and smell awful. There's rarely any paper towels and they've done away with all toilet seat liners. The elevator is full of graffiti and dirt. Not to mention it stinks too. It's obvious from how poorly maintained this place is that Burlington doesn't care one bit about their employees. They could all die from black mold and heat stroke and they'd just shove their corpse off to the side and bring in more people to slowly torture to death. Do better by your employees, Burlington. Fix the AC and get this dump cleaned up!

    One star for the long line and only 2 cashiers, and poor attitude. I asked the cashier to see if they can ask for help (there was a young mom with twins and a toddler and only buying a pair of shoes, so I felt bad we had been waiting for 10 minutes already) they said they didn't have a walkie talkie to radio someone. I told her I don't mind to ask, she directed me to the entrance were there is a greeter. There were 2 additional employees talking to the greeter and didn't seem to mind the long line there was. I asked if someone can help and Monica said sure. She seemed bothered. I mean to be honest I don't understand that attitude of being bothered. It's your job, it's something to be grateful for. She helped the young mom and then turned of her #4 light to help the other cashier with a transaction #3 (that had been going on for 15 min. Now) Like serious turned the light off ? It's the "I don't care attitude" for me Some People have lost there common courtesy these days.

    20 minute wait just to checkout. Really ridiculous especially when there were loads of employees just walking around doing nothing.

    I just spent about an hour shopping here, it's actually where I do most of my clothes shopping since the clothes are generally good brands or at least they're known brands. The prices are absolutely reasonable and if you're looking for the larger sizes, this is certainly where you will find everything needed except for 4x underwear. So after my impatient ass saw that the checkout line was almost half way through the store, i got discouraged and almost threw in the towel and abandoned the cart full of shit. But I mustered enough to bravely take my spot at the end. I was just thinking at any moment I would give up but it moved and then it moved again it was moving faster than I ever seen it before, after maybe literally 10 minutes I was at the front of the line where I noticed they actually added 3 additional make shift registers and every register was open and it didn't take anywhere near the time I thought it would. 10-15 minutes with at least 30 people in front of me. The checker was new and was being trained but she was sharp as a tack and quick quick quick. All with a genuine smile and friendly attitude. All this while under re-modeling construction You guys are doing very good and all the new checkers are on point. Good job everybody. Whoever hired you chose well.

How can their policy be a final sale when I can't even try on the clothes??? I returned the first dress because it was too small and now this one is final sale?? It's one thing if I can try them on first but I can't. I will never EVER shop here again. They have the WORST customer service and policies.

My first paycheck was provided two days late due to an oversight, as it was forgotten. Approximately one month later, all employees' paychecks were delayed by one day without any advance notice; staff were only informed on the day the checks were expected. Additionally, holiday hours were not distributed evenly among employees, which created confusion and concerns regarding fairness. While I understand and respect the company's policy regarding cell phone use on the sales floor, break policies were not consistently followed. During five-hour shifts, only one ten-minute break was provided, and the standard thirty-minute break was not offered. While it is possible that employees could request this break, doing so appeared to cause stress or discouragement, which made employees hesitant to speak up. In terms of management, most managers were generally kind; however, there were instances where communication felt rude or unprofessional. Furthermore, employees were strongly discouraged from speaking with coworkers during shifts. It was communicated, implicitly or explicitly, that doing so could result in reduced hours, including being scheduled for only one four-hour shift in a week as a form of punishment. To add, the environment looks very dirty. I am sharing these concerns to bring attention to workplace practices that affected morale, communication, and employee well-being. I believe to be the only employee who would speak up about these issues. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the work environment and ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees going forward. Thank you for your time and consideration.

    A Flashback to the 70's…read more.. If you're looking for some very authentic-looking 70's replicas, this is the place to go! Nothing over $30, as far as I've seen. And not everything is polyester junk like the similarly Asian-owned fashion stores of the 90's. There's some real decent threads here, and you'll be shocked at how many outfits you can find that look like they just came out of "Go Ask Alice" or other similar 70's cult films! She takes us to the fitting room and shortly after, from a small crack on the fitting room "cloth", I can see the employee standing out there looking inside the fitting, trying to not make it obvious. I also said something to the other employee, who was a man in the front. I honestly felt violated with my privacy! Maybe they're used to having customers come in, stealing items, but that is absolutely no way to treat potential customers! Since it was the tail end of Lunar New Year, the selection wasn't as large as usual, but we still found beautiful áo dài that each of us loved. The store had dresses in every color and style--traditional, two-piece silky sets, and options for men and children of all ages. Sizes ranged from S, M, L to XL and 2XL, and everything we saw was great quality. The neckline and stitching were well made, and I loved the flared sleeves--so much more comfortable than the tight ones I'm used to. One thing I really appreciated is that everything is clearly priced, so there's no need to bargain like in many other Asian shops. It makes the whole shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend trying things on because every dress fits differently. There are only three fitting rooms, but each one has heels you can borrow to see your full look with the áo dài--such a thoughtful touch. If you can't find your size, definitely ask one of the helpers; they were all incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. The shop itself is small but truly has everything you need. The owner mentioned that the store is open year-round but only sells traditional dresses during the two months leading up to Lunar New Year. After the holiday, it transitions back into everyday clothing.
