Guy hemmed my 300$ pair of double knee iron heart jeans from 36 inch length to about 29-1/2 inch length. I told him to save the excess material as it would obviously be a lot. I hi pick up my jeans and ask him for my excess material. He looks for it in the back for 20 seconds and comes back empty handed. This denim isn't cheap and all the extra material was obviously valuable. Cannot recommend this place. The guy is a thief. read more

I took my daughters prom dress here to get it altered after asking around on my neighborhood app. The dress is really tricky with a lot of fabric (it's a giant wrap around) and a ton of pleats. I just went in to get a simple hem job on an evening dress, I needed it shortened about 3 inches. An older gentleman helped me, and he is so nice, a little soft spoken. I tried on the dress (make sure you bring the heels you are going to wear with it, they have some loaners though), he then measured where I wanted it, pinned it, and that was about it. I brought some jeans in that could have gone a little shorter, but he folded it a certain way so that they looked fine without hemming. He did not pressure me to still get them hemmed, *I can't stand high pressure sales*. I was not in a big rush to get it back in time, but he was definitely willing to work with me if I needed it in a rush, which is good to know for the future. The price was very reasonable, $25. And they did a great job with my dress! Definitely be back for my alteration needs. read more

For a pair of jeans to be hemmed, you'll be looking at a $10 charge (bring cash). Most of the time, they finish within 1 hour. If you can't pick it up the same day, no worries. Had three pairs of pants that needed to be hemmed. They wanted to charge $65. That seemed to be awfully expensive to me but I was pressed for time and needed them done. They said they weren't charging me for the rush service either. They agreed to do it for $50. The work looked good and can't complain about that just seemed high priced. read more
