Won't go back. Got phone quote on cost of altering shirt, when there, pulled out a credit card. "Oh, there will be an extra charge if you pay by credit card." Required 100% prepayment. Service is not friendly. Had to have alteration re-done by them. Shirts returned somewhat wrinkled, no plastic cover. When I first came in to pick them up, he looked at me like he had no idea, then he remembered and retrieved them. Commented that it had been a long time. It had been more than a month, frankly, was not eager to go back. Now I don't have to. read more

Recently used pro alterations to repair a zipper in an expensive dress. They did a great job and delivered the dress as promised in a week. It was $40 for a zipper replacement which seem to spin pricey, but it does appear they do good work. read more

My go to tailor in the area. I originally found this place because I needed a dress tailored for a wedding on short notice. I requested they shorten the straps of the dress, reinforce the stitching and hem the dress. Everything was done perfectly in about a week. Service is fast, high quality, and fairly affordable compared to some of the other places I received quotes from. I paid $120 for hemming and making the straps of a dress tighter. I did ask for a rush fee as I needed it in 5 days. Went to the tailor off of Santa Clara and tustin, $90 total for two dresses and the same altercations, and he got it done within 4 days, no rush fee... idk if it's because I was a new client and they wanted to overcharge me, but damn read more

These guys are super solid and do great work, but most of all, they're fast. I've used them multiple times before and had them turnaround a suit in 2 days or less. Most recently they helped me get get a last minute suit tailored to emcee some weddings. Their prices are a tad higher than other spots, but their location in Old Towne Tustin can't be beat. Super convenient and always cheery. Highly recommend if you live in the area! read more

Guy hemmed my 300$ pair of double knee iron heart jeans from 36 inch length to about 29-1/2 inch length. I told him to save the excess material as it would obviously be a lot. I hi pick up my jeans and ask him for my excess material. He looks for it in the back for 20 seconds and comes back empty handed. This denim isn't cheap and all the extra material was obviously valuable. Cannot recommend this place. The guy is a thief. read more

Among the many tailor spots in the area I went with these guys and I was very happy I did. I brought in a jacket they gave me at work I really liked and a sweater that had a destroyed zipper. They gave me a good deal for both items and had it in the agreed upon time and day. After taking a closer look at work it is indeed amazing. Very happy!!! I took my daughters prom dress here to get it altered after asking around on my neighborhood app. The dress is really tricky with a lot of fabric (it's a giant wrap around) and a ton of pleats. They did an amazing job and got the length just right so my daughter wouldn't be tripping all over the place on her special night. Highly recommended this place! Very very happy! read more

I just went in to get a simple hem job on an evening dress, I needed it shortened about 3 inches. An older gentleman helped me, and he is so nice, a little soft spoken. I tried on the dress (make sure you bring the heels you are going to wear with it, they have some loaners though), he then measured where I wanted it, pinned it, and that was about it. I brought some jeans in that could have gone a little shorter, but he folded it a certain way so that they looked fine without hemming. He did not pressure me to still get them hemmed, *I can't stand high pressure sales*. I was not in a big rush to get it back in time, but he was definitely willing to work with me if I needed it in a rush, which is good to know for the future. The price was very reasonable, $25. And they did a great job with my dress! Definitely be back for my alteration needs. read more

Customer service is friendly, quick, and to the point. I like coming here because they charge a reasonable price for their great services. For a pair of jeans to be hemmed, you'll be looking at a $10 charge (bring cash). Most of the time, they finish within 1 hour. If you can't pick it up the same day, no worries. I've once come 20 minutes before closing, and they offered to hem a pair of pants for me on the spot in less than 5-10 minutes. Overall, I really recommend coming here! read more

Since then I have probably gone back a dozen times mostly hemming pants and shortening jacket sleeves. During my visits I've noticed numerous men and women with all kinds of clothing getting fitted - and never heard a complaint. I'm picky about clothes. I'm not anywhere near fashionable or stylish. But I like what I wear to fit well. It's a lovely little shop. Tina the owner and the other tailors and seamstresses are all working right there. They are open Tuesday through Saturday. They do excellent work. I've never needed anything in a rush - but have heard other people needing work turned around overnight or within a day and it sounds like they do their best to deliver. Oh - and Tina has a great eye: where sleeves should fall. Pants should be hemmed. Trust her judgement. I don't have the best eye for color and she helps me know what color shirts to buy. Sometimes I wish I could just take her shopping with me so I could pick out the best fits and fabrics and styles for her to make comfortable and attractive right from the beginning. Last time there was a customer wanting a total reworking of a jacket she had owned for several years and I watched as Tina explained what to do with the length, the sleeves, the width at shoulders and the tummy. Later I got a call from the shop that the tailor had to order more zippers and the dress wouldn't be ready till sometime next week. I made it a point to make sure that he was going to be able to do this the way that I wanted before dropping it off because I would've spent more time looking for places that were capable of following instructions. Thankfully, I recorded our conversation and reported it to the Better Business Bureau.
