So happy I found this place! Came in from out of town for a wedding in OC and my suit was a mess thanks to the airlines. I had 24hrs before the ceremony and stopped by here after a quick google search. They don't typically do super rush jobs but told them my situation and they took care of me. My 2 piece suit and shirt were dry cleaned and pressed next day , I was able to pick it up in the afternoon and made it to the ceremony in time. Total life savers. The staff here were amazingly friendly and understanding. They even took my number to call me when it was ready for pick up and that extra step of awesome customer service really shows why local businesses are better than the big chains. They charged me their normal rate which I super appreciate and made sure to leave a tip for their kindness. Always love supporting local businesses, and if I lived in the area this would be my go to spot for dry cleaning. As far as I could tell area was save and easy to park and cash only. Mr Best One Hour Cleaner is my new go-to dry cleaner! With reasonable prices, friendly service, and quick turnarounds, it's been a great find. As an added bonus, they also have a tailor that can fix clothes. I went on a Monday with 6 dresses with beading and other intricate designs that are more difficult to clean. On top of this, I was stressed because I needed to get a rather large tear fixed on a $500+ dress. I wasn't in a rush, but to my pleasant surprise, I was told everything could be fixed and cleaned by the end of the week. All in all, cleaning textured, formal dresses and a small but slightly challenging tailoring project cost me less than $15 per dress. A great deal! I still have to test out the dress that had the tear, but the seams looked clean and nice like brand new. These two brothers are a gem. Straight up family business who are kind, honest and friendly every time you visit. My husband and I have been going to them for years since our college days. I recently discovered this spot through Yelp since I needed cleaners that was closeish since the ones in Irvine is $$$$$. It was very reasonably priced and it was quick. Had it dropped off on a Saturday and told them I was in no rush and it was ready on Wednesday. I'm sure it can be quicker if you need it. I highly recommend those in the Tustin Irvine area to go here. The parking lot is tricky but ppl usually go in and out so you will find a spot if u wait a few minutes. Got my wedding dress dry cleaned here at a super affordable price of $180. They provided a general idea of the dry cleaning cost over the phone. Some places wouldn't give me an estimate and required me to visit for a price range. The owner is super sweet and doesn't try to upsell you. I told them I wanted to resell my dress and didn't need my dress to be preserved. The only reason why I knocked down one star was because it ended up taking 3 weeks. This business is dishonest! The first time I went in I asked a question: "Do you do the dry cleaning on the premises?" The answer was yes. Today when I called to see if my second order was ready the person said, "Yes, the cleaning just arrived." I asked if that meant the cleaning is sent out. He said yes. When I went in I asked the guy I saw the first time, who is not the person I spoke to on the phone, if the work was done there. He said yes. I said the other guy said it wasn't. The guy pointed to a work area and said "What are they doing in there?" I said "Were my shirts cleaned here?" He said no. Finally admitted he's a liar. That's two lies. The guy lied to acquire me as a customer then doubled-down on the lie when he had a chance to fess up. Too bad, because the liar guy seemed like a nice person. I guess liars have to seem nice to trick people. Comes with the territory, evidently. This cleaners is dishonest. Double-dishonest. That guy looked me in the eye and lied to me, then loooked me in the eye and lied about the lie. I bet there's an honest dry cleaners in Tustin, not one lacking in integrity and morals. read more
