Paid $100 for dry cleaning and stain removal services for my after party dress. When I showed them the stain, they said they would be able to fix it. The did clean some of the stain but not completely. The dress was ready when they said it would be, but disappointed the stain couldn't be removed, especially for the price read more

Front desk service is prompt, and staff is pleasant and informative on talking about pricing. Did also ask if you were a new customer, but unfortunately, the coupon only applies to certain type of service and not to overall cost, which is unfortunate. As a new customer, having some of that availability for discount would be much appreciated and likely would earn my repeat Business. I realize owning a business in the local Irvine area, likely has higher rent so margins may be more difficult to meet. However, just a mile or two within its radius or other dry cleaners where hemming is much cheaper as well as laundering service. Hemming at this location was $20 for any type of material and length. Laundering for dress shirts and lab coats alone was 5.50 alone, if I recall correctly. I would use this location if I'm in a pinch in the future. read more

This is our favorite dry cleaner in OC. They are honest, affordable, very kind and dependable. For many years we used their pickup and delivery services for our suits and work outfits, and they were excellent. Never had one single issue. Also great with alterations. We moved from the area years ago, but I always go back to them with my dry cleaning needs! read more

Amazing personalized service! Been a customer since 1999. Like the service and will carry items and hang in my car! read more

Everyone except one person who works the front desk is super friendly and personable. My only gripe with this place is that they charged me $55 to hem the bottom of a dress. No hemming cost that much. I called to follow up to see if my dress was ready at the scheduled time and the lady on the phone told me it was not without checking. After she finally checked she realized it just needed to be bagged. And no, she did not apologize for her mishap read more

Efficient and reasonable price, Norma specifically was very helpful.Everything turned out great

$83 ! to dry clean 8 items consisting of sport blazers and a few pants! Think I'll go somewhere else next time. read more

Washer broke & needed Fluff & fold service. Least expensive in the area (cost is per pound) and offered me a government employee discount! Clothes were freshly laundered & service was excellent! read more

Requested dry cleaning for my suit pants few months ago because it was close to my home and it shrunk a lot. I assume they just threw them into the washer instead of dry cleaning it. Their price is higher than other nearby places so I thought they would put extra care, but the quality of their service and work is very low. I didn't go back and ask about it because I didn't want to complain and put on an awkward position, and I felt like they would just make some excuses based on their behaviors. I don't want to crap on small businesses but I'm not coming back and I don't recommend this place. read more

I've recently started taking my uniforms and suits here and I love their service and attention to detail! Not only that, but they are very quick with their turnaround. Their uniform press is solid and they recognize their customers as they walk in. Lastly, amazing price for the quality they serve. Won't be taking my uniforms or suits anywhere else. Thank you! read more

I now know to ask how much they charge to dry clean. I dropped off one sweater and it cost $12 to have it dry cleaned. The sweater was $35 originally. read more

NEVER COMING BACK! Very bad experience, very racist, dirty, rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, terrible service. I can't believe what they did to a loyal customer. The manager has zero customer service skills and will never be apologetic ( I will say that all the employees are like that there) about an unpleasant experience. Long story short I brought my dress to be fixed at the beginning of the zipper and walked out with the zipper not being fixed and two holes in my dress, not to mention that they cheat on their chargers, CHECK YOUR BILL before you hand over your credit card. When I confronted them, they acted like they were in as much shock of their stupidity as I was. I stood there and went back and forth with them as they implied that I was lying about the job not being done, two holes and over charged. Same problem with the dry cleaning clothes, they never getting it done right!!!! Do not go to this place. They are NOT qualified at all!!!!! read more

I'm a healthcare professional and bring all my lab coats to Tustin Ranch Cleaners for laundering. Very reliable and always have my items done on time as promised. I love that they have a night time drop off too. This place does a great job getting out stains and dullness, the lab coats turn out beautifully white and crisp. I look professional even when I'm exhausted! Very friendly staff and a "punch card" for discounts for frequent customers. Highly recommended THANKS read more

Had a great experience here at Tustin Ranch Cleaners (Cleaners & Alterations). I have taken my comforter here multiple times and every time it comes out spotless! Additionally, while getting ready for work the button on my pants completely came off. Norma at Tustin Ranch Cleaners was nice enough to sew it back on for me at a moments notice! Not only did she do a great job sewing the button back on, but she also did not charge me a penny for the service! Thank you for the great customer care Norma! I highly recommend Tustin Ranch Cleaners for all your dry cleaning needs, you wont be disappointed. read more

I have been using Tustin Ranch cleaners for over a decade. They are the best. great customer service, quick turnaround When needed, reasonable prices. Kudos to Mike and Norma And the rest of the team. read more

Not happy with the fact that I wasn't told how much my total was going to be when I dropped off my clothes. The women took my clothes, gave me the ticket then walked in the back. When I came to pick up my items, I was charged $40...for 3 items. When I asked why so expensive, I was told I should have asked when I dropped them off. I now know to make sure to ask how much it will cost at whatever dry cleaner I use in the future. read more

New in the area, a professional was looking to give them my business, however after seeing thier prices for just pressing a couple of brand new shirts I immediately realized how EXPENSIVE this place was. Almost $12 dollars to just press 2 new simple shirts... I explained to the lady there that I can give you my business but this is a ridiculous price... everything was simply bad here. Will not go here again. read more

Have been coming here for years and has always been my go-to place for alterations or hard to clean items. They quoted me a price for alterations and cleaning that I agreed with. When I went to pick up they said a price that was 20% higher. When I showed them my drop-off quote they said, "Oh, the person entered the wrong code." The new price was high and would not have been worth doing. I held the quote error was their fault, not mine, and must honor it. They finally did. read more

I cannot get enough of Tustin Ranch Cleaners!! Talk about a place where the staff is so warm and inviting!! Their prices are the best (trust me, I've been around). Tustin Ranch Cleaners - Tailoring (necklace, buttons, belt) much better than I expected! Super affordable & timely. Perfect costume for Halloween! - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Tustin, California

This place is amazing & I cannot recommend enough! This review is over due. I've been going here for months, but today I was floored. I had taken in a white blazer with a huge stain on the back-I thought for sure it would t come out, but wanted to try. I picked up my jacket today & it was pristine! Nicely pressed, all stains removed, it looked brand new! The cherry on top of this experience was a pair of trousers I'd brought in. I'd only worn them a few times, they were very expensive, and the hem had come undone on one of the pant legs. I didn't say anything because I wasn't expecting anything more than having them cleaned. To my surprise when I picked them up today, they had repaired the hem at no additional charge! The customer service and results are amazing-if recommend them to EVERYONE! read more

My family recently moved about 20 min away from this place but we still choose to come because of how reliable they are. Every time I take my clothes I can trust that they will come out perfect and always done with great quality. I highly recommend!! read more

I came here on a Saturday at 8:00am and was surprised that it was already open! Most places don't open till 9-10 on Saturdays. Their hours are... 7am-7pm on weekdays 8am-6pm on Saturday 10am-4pm on Sundays Convenient hours for a working gal like me! They were really professional and for one pants alteration and 2 dry cleaning jobs I paid only $22. Not bad at all. Great hem job on my pants, I couldn't even tell they were hemmed! One negative - they don't have any changing rooms so you kind of have to know how much you want hemmed prior to coming in. You won't be able to change and have them measure you for the hemming. I probably wouldn't bring dresses in here to have them altered. read more

Regarding Natalie's review below. I was standing behind her while she was complaining (yes Natalie it's me). First of all, absolutely NO racist comments were made. Natalie was yelling at the poor cashier about dress repairs. The cashier explained she couldn't do anything for her "now" but she could come back when the manager was present (he was out of town) in a week. The cashier even called another employee, Norma. for advice. Natalie refused to accept the cashier's choices and kept yelling at her. This is when I asked Natalie if I could pay so I could be on my way. She then starts yelling at me to mind my own business. I stepped to her side and handed the cashier my credit card. She continued to yell at the two of us. I suggested she either come back when the manager was present or just move on. Natalie then started screaming profanities at us. Oh, doing all this while holding her infant daughter. This cleaners does a good job and will fix any problems. They offered to help Natalie but she didn't want to come back to speak to the manager. Natalie needs either anger management or seek psychiatric help. read more

Im not one to complain about small businesses but there are some things that are simply not justifiable. First of all the prices are much higher than other places that provide better customer service. But what takes the cake for me is the utter disregard for personal items. I left 2 suits for dry cleaning and a dress shirt, a white dress shirt. Due to travel the items were left there longer then I would have liked, but when I picked up my items the lady mentions they were unable to fix my dress shirt. Imagine the look of confusion when I asked fix what? Apparently a hole had formed on my sleeve, that mind you wasn't there when I dropped it off. Additionally the shirt itself had looked like it was laying in a corner of their store, there were black stains on the collar and dirt stains on the other sleeve. Mind you I had worn this shirt to a business meeting not the rodeo. Then to have the audacity to say it was my fault. Yikes. Thank you but no thank you. read more

I have been a customer of this establishment for over ten years. They are extremely courteous, efficient and timely in their transactions. I'm there 2-3 times per week dropping off a mixture of clothes to be cleaned in different fashions. Many of my dealings are with Mauricio whom I have found to be very conscientious and attentive; no job too big or small. Having lived in OC for some time, I have frequented a number of dry cleaners. These folks do quality work, the orders are ready on time, and they will go out of their way to help if you are in a pinch or a time crunch. They have earned my highest recommendation. read more

I really hated this cleaners as they lost two of my nice expensive dressing shirts a couple years ago. Today they charged me $18.95 for 4 short sleeve shirts. After charge, I asked why that much, she said one of you shirts needed more attention!!!! So charged me $10 more!!!! I said :Did you ask me whether I wanted to spend that much on one shirt or not. She said we do it automatically!!! Shocking. I will tell my friends and family Not to sue this Cleaner at all. They steel from people during this hard time. They ripped me off and I felt VIOLATED.
