I came here to have my wedding dress and husband's suit - and some older hand me down jackets - cleaned after our wedding, as well as did the dress treatment with them. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the value, quality of care and cleanliness of everything. Turn around on the suits and jackets was a couple days. The dress took about 3 weeks for the cleaning/treatment/boxing (please note this is not an air packaged type boxing - I did not ask for that so I am not sure if it is an option here, but I did not seek that type of boxing). The skirt of my dress was one piece but had many layers, which made it large and poofy (pic included shows dress bustled so the train looks like an added layer) so I did not expect it back as fast and they did advise it would be a couple weeks. The dress had dirt along the bottom layers and had been stepped on by just about everyone we took pictures with at the wedding, as well as some make up on the inside from covering my tan lines. I did not pull the dress out of the box, but did look through some of it (I was afraid I could not get it back in the box as neatly) and it looks beautiful. I was told by family members beforehand that you always expect your dress to get dirty on your wedding day somehow and to not worry if the dirt stains, so I am very delighted in how clean the dress is! The make up was able to be cleaned off the inside and the skirt looks clean, too! The hand me down jackets are not machine washable and are decades old. My husband was so worried about taking care of them himself because he wants to be able to wear them while keeping them wearable over the years. Those were also returned in great condition and appear to have been cleaned well. We will definitely be using their services again and recommending them to those looking for these services! read more

This place is absolutely trash. Lesson learned. The prices were lower than my usual cleaners and they were willing to do next service. I called at 2pm to confirm my 5pm pickup, got there at 5:30pm, they're nor ready. hung out for 2p minutes and still not ready. i left and came back half an hour later in order not to rush them, its 630pm now...... i returned and still not ready. Stayed around for 20minutes waiting. The young lady behind the counter offers to give me one of the two dresses with no explanation or time when my other dress would be ready. smh. #complete #shitshow i inquired and she says, what color is the other dress. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS CLEANER! Yelp won't let me leave a lower rating but if I could give them 0 stars, I would. I took a one of a kind, vintage sweater here to get cleaned. When I got it back, two buttons were missing. I immediately called that same day to let them know and was told they'd get back to me - no one did. I called again and still got no answers as to where my missing buttons were. Called again today and spoke to the owner (I think) who told me the best she could do was put replacement buttons on for me if I first went and found them at Michael's. Didn't offer a refund or anything and they're vintage buttons. I can't find them anywhere! I don't understand how they don't cover the buttons on your garments before putting them through their machinery or check afterwards to see if something has been done wrong. I have had pieces from items get lost here before but this takes the cake. How did they not notice there are missing pieces items on my sweater? I've had other garments come back with rips and snags from here with no notice. They don't value their customers AT ALL and for that reason, they've just lost another. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I was a new customer and took 3 shirts and 3 sweaters they were $3.75 per item so about $22.05 for all they cleaned 2 of the sweaters good and one sweater they couldn't clean it and not only that they put holes on my tags in stead of putting a piece of paper through the tag so there was damages to the tag I'll post the pictures so you can see what I mean, the other 3 shirts still had the same stains on them I don't recommend this place. read more

I've been coming to Bronco cleaners on and off for a couple of years, and I'm usually not very happy with their work, but since I live around the corner sometimes convenience wins. This last time, they actually lost one of my silk tops and lied about it! When I picked up my items I was told I was over charged, but in fact they lost one item and tried to cover it up. It was a new, expensive blouse and somehow "disappeared".I have reached out to them several times, left messages, sent texts and no reply. I would NEVER prepay for cleaners! No cleAners establishment should be asking for a prepay when you could easily misplace or damage our clothing after we've already paid!!!! This has to be the worst policy for this type of establishment and I truly hope your other customers feel the same! I am disappointed. I have come here for 8 years. They ruined a brand new top from Macy's. It had one little spot but needed a press on the pleats down the front. I loved at new top. Pink and pretty. I picked it up a few weeks ago with other tops and pants. I pulled it out on Monday morning to wear it and it had three yes 3 snags on it. Ruined! I was pissed. Angry. I called but they did not offer to replace. When I looked at the rest one top looked like they forgot to stream or press it. Looked wore not freshly dry cleaned and one part of pants looked awful same thing. I wonder if two different people handled my order because half was good the other was crap. I brought my bally white goose down jacket with red corners in for dry cleaning, I specifically reminded the store clerk to follow the dry cleaning instruction labeled on the jacket, a week later I called the store to check if the jacket is ready... I went in but it was even dirtier than before... they gave me some blue scotch tape to mark the area for re-cleaning... after 2 weeks of calling I finally got a return call about my jacket. When I saw the jacket I was shocked because the red color bled into the white jacket, and created pink spot on white jacket. I asked the manager to help with the situation... they insisted they did not do anything wrong... and offered to re-clean, I accepted but then after 2 weeks of follow up same result. I checked in and wanted to make sure I speak to the owner in person when I pick up my jacket, he told me there's nothing he can do at that point and said I needed to pay him to send the jacket into "the lab" to do analysis. I was furious, then he backed out and said they will send it to the lab... I questioned, what is the lab going to do for me? With a little glimpse of hope, I accepted "the lab". 2 month later after dozens of calls they said there's nothing they can do, offered to refund my dry cleaning cost of $2. ... seriously, anyone who is reading this stay away from this shop. read more

*****BEWARE OF THIS CLEANER***** If you value your clothes, do not use this cleaner. Ok, so it sort of pains me to write this review of what was once my go-to dry cleaner, but I feel like it's my moral obligation to warn others of what happened to me. I dropped off 9 items on December 31, 2019. When I returned to pick up items on January 22, 2020, I was told I did not have the correct claim ticket and that my clothes were not in the store. Curiously, the claim ticket I kept in my wallet showed a drop date of 4/5/2019. I thought maybe it was an old receipt I somehow overlooked until I noticed the print date at the bottom of the receipt showed 12/31/19. The clerk could not explain how/why a receipt would be printed for a work order 8 months in the past. Additionally she insisted the claim ticket I received was actually the store copy. To be fair I did not look at or read my receipt when I initially received, but in any case wouldn't it be the stores fault if I had their copy? My only guess is that the clerk reprinted a receipt from an old order (my order was $27 but receipt showed $21; my credit card records showed a $27 transaction). I don't know how their register works, they do. I saw the name Lisa on the receipt and asked if I could speak with her, and it turned out I already was. She did not even attempt to explain or understand how this mix up happened. She insisted I was SOL since it was over 30 days (it wasn't) and barely made effort to look for my items before declaring they weren't there. When pressed she deferred any resolution to "the owner" who I'd have to contact if I wanted any additional assistance. Ok, how do I contact owner? She directed me to their business card. After I left, I called the number, and a familiar voice answered and said owner wasn't available. I'm 99% certain that number led right back to the same storefront. Several hours later I called again, and the person on the phone knew who I was without my identifying myself. I was literally pleading for help. Then magically they offer that they found a set of clothes that matched my descriptions from my earlier visit. I hurried to the store in the evening of the same day. Lo and behold my clothes were found. It was a different clerk who knew who I was again without me identifying myself. As she handed the clothes over she muttered something about how it was my fault for having thee wrong receipt. Unbelievable. I'm glad to have my clothes back, but this service level is not acceptable. I am willing to accept that mistakes happen, but there was zero urgency, effort, or concern to help when my clothes went missing. There was no effort to understand how I received the odd claim ticket, because that would entail taking accountability. I was only offered the chance to take a look at the mysterious orphan clothes after calling back and pleading. No one called me (despite having my information and description of clothes) when the clothes were found. If you value your clothes, do not use this establishment. You've been warned. Know that you will get little to no effort or care if something goes awry. I can't tell you how awful it feels when that panic sets in and you basically get a shrug. It seemed like you'd have to pursue legal remedy if things went and stayed missing. That's not a risk I'm willing to take with my dry cleaner. Sadly, I will have to look elsewhere. I tried this cleaners for the first time and I am so disappointed. I didn't realize until I got home that a garment of mine that I took in is completely tattered on the sleeves. It was a costume I had paid to get custom made and at first I thought maybe it was always like this and I had just forgotten but then I went and looked back at pictures of when I wore it and realized that they indeed messed up my garment. The sleeves are just f*cked up and I'm really upset and I'm sure there's nothing they will do from reading the rest of the negative experiences on here and seeing as I already paid when I first dropped off my clothing. Only 1 star because I can't do zero stars. I brought my Ck blanket in and they didn't wash it at all. They only folded it and accepted my money. My blanket came back with brown feathers and long hair on it along with crusty areas that I don't recall being there before. I have short hair... I'm unable to get a refund and Lisa keeps avoiding my calls and won't return my calls. I didn't have my blanket for a whole week so they could fold it and return it in worse condition. Avoid bronco. I found out I needed to go to an event with less than 24 hours to go, upon checking my dark suit, at a minimum, it needed pressing, but the last time I put it in the "barn" it should have gone to the cleaners. Apparently, it was a party I had gone to when I last wore it and not a funeral and I had a good time!!! I dropped it off on A Saturday at 10am with Oli and she had it done as promised at 4pm.
