Service: I've been going to Bronco's for about a year and have begun to realize that there is some minor damage to my wool sweaters after each visit. These are also brand-new clothes. However, once they ruined my brand-new Everlane silk blouse, that was the last straw. The silk top originally had a crepe texture and luster to it that was completely gone when I picked it up. In addition, there are tiny tears on both sleeves. Let me say it again: this was a brand-new top that has never been worn before. So now my blouse is ruined and I have to roll up the sleeves in order to hide the tears. Customer Service: the employers here just don't seem like they want to work. Literally every visit for the past year, there is no form of salutation and they look annoyed seeing someone walk through the door because they have to get up from their seat to serve the customers. The only thing that comes out of their mouths is the price you have to pay and they don't even look at you in the face when interacting with you. The vibe is very unfriendly. But it's all good because since don't like working, they now have one less customer to attend to. Overall, you get what you paid for. This place completely ruined my jacket and returned it to me without any acknowledgement. Please see pictures in the photo section. It was a very apparent damage so I confronted the clerk. This gentleman walked over from the back to tell me that it's not their fault because they followed the care instructions. No apologies. He didn't want to reimburse me for the damage or the charge for cleaning. I paid $2.25 for them to ruin a perfectly fine jacket. I'm never going back there and I suggest you do the same. read more

Really, the only reason I go here is because it is next to where I train and you get the clothes back next day. But their customer service is abysmal, which simply makes me insane. Is it so hard to say, "hello" to a customer when they walk in? Or "thank you" when they leave? That is all I am asking. Well, wait, it isn't: I also HATE the fact that they fold some of my sweaters and hang the rest on wire hangers. The last time I was in, I specifically asked them to fold ALL the sweaters rather than hang them, and little miss I-Couldn't-Care-Less-About-Your-Clothes responded that they always fold sweaters. I replied that they don't and we had this little three-second stare off. I then repeated, "well, it would be great if this time I could get these all back folded." And what do you think happened? I've been going to this place for almost 4 years. I have tried other dry cleaning establishments before I came upon this place and have been loyal ever since. They can have your items ready the next day unlike other dry cleaning establishments that won't have your stuff done for up to a week! Their price is still unbeatable! I have never had a problem with their work. The people are always nice and my clothes always come out spotless and on time. I used to think I would give this place 5 stars but over the past year the service and my satisfaction level is weaning. Price hike (still an ok deal) worse and worse service. It seems that it's all family/sisters/cousins that work there and one of them is downright unpleasant. I come here once a month and spend about $100 for dry cleaning. I guess they've got some real ballers going there that I'm not a valued customer. You can really tell there has been change within the last year because I don't like going there anymore but haven't found a new place to go yet. The only pro is that you can turn your clothes in at before 10 am and get it the same day. Well..... sort of. They've misplaced at least one item every time I go now & I have to wait about 20min for them to find all of my stuff. It used to not be that way. Wonderful place! I made a visit a few years ago, i lived far. But now that i am back in the OC i decoded to revisit. And wow! What a difference a few years makes. A lobby with hardwood floors, a new friendly staff, and apparently even a brand new dry cleaning machine! This is a family owned/operated business. I was rang up by the owner herself there on a monday morning. She was very courteous to all my questions. Glad to have seen this place grow, i heard they even now have two more locations. Each regular item only cost $2, including coats! You definitely cannot beat that price. I've never had an issue with missing clothing or clothing not being finished on time. I've used them regularly for the past 3 years and don't really have much to complain about- i mean, it's $2! I know for larger items, like blankets, and formal dresses cost more. I had my bridesmaid dress cleaned and it cost $7. Still, not bad. There were two instances in which I had stains (from food? coffee?) that they couldn't get out- but they put a tag on there saying they tried. I have been coming to this dry cleaner for a long time now. Once a while when I forget my coupon, the girl that usually help me give me the coupon price and I usually bring the coupon when I come back to pick my dry clean. This time, I was helped by this girl and this is the second time she helped me. Both time she was unfriendly. I asked her if I can get the coupon price and will bring the coupon later at pick up. She said no. Then I saw a stack of their business cards on the counter that said every garment $2.00. So, I asked if can I get it for $2, since the new price is $2.25. Again she said no, and said that these are old cards. So, I told her that they should put those old business cards away since it still state the old price. She said "you are the only person that complains about that!". When I came back the next day to pick up the dry clean, the same stack of cards were still there! Also, supposedly that if you drop off before 10 a.m., your dry clean will be ready after 5 p.m. That has not been the case for the past few months. Great place that always does a thorough job. They are fast, efficient and get the job done. It's also nice to support a local business that has been around for a long time. The staff is friendly and I've never had any problems here. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because they require cash up-front and don't accept credit/debit cards and you have to pay at drop off. Only place I take my clothes to. I've been going to Broncos for a little while now but my mother has been going for years. The prices are great but more importantly the service is quick! It is with great disappointment that I write this review. What I once considered to be a great dry cleaning establishment has become a point of great dissension. In early December I dropped off a few sets of duty uniforms (shirts and trousers) and a long sleeve flannel/wool blend shirt with leather patched elbows. I purchased the shirt at Nordstrom's, on sale, for just under $100.00. I normally do not make expensive purchases. To me $100.00 is a lot to spend on myself for "one" shirt. I am normally quite frugal. I have been using Bronco Cleaners for under a year now. On three different occasions I have had to return a day or two later to pick up an order that was incomplete. I understand it is my responsibility to ensure I have a complete dry cleaning order, so therefore I do not place fault on Bronco's. Incidents such as this happen. With each incomplete order I was able to successfully recover my clothing at a later date. So here it is, a different day.... I pick up my my most recent dry cleaning order, I drive to my office, I remove the cellophane and I place the uniforms in my locker. Later at home, I realize my order did not include my civilian shirt. Damn me, I did it again. I figure I would drop in later in the week to pick up the missing item. I do so, and I speak with the lovely Pacific Island girl who has assisted me many, many times. I do not recall her name, but she has always been so very friendly, helpful and kind. She makes an attempt to locate my shirt, but it was to no avail. Ok, here is a short backstory on my last order, and I am certain the employee remembers due to the fact we had a good chuckle about it... My last DC order/pick-up, had a different name on the claim ticket, something like "Michael Moore", a Caucasian fellow, of course that clearly was not me. Fortunately the employee knows me on a first name basis and located my uniforms. She then tossed the claim ticket into the trash and mentioned she had never crossed paths or heard of that particular customer. "I am not done with this review!!" I dropped off 3 items on Saturday and then came back Monday after 5 pm for pickup as indicated on the receipt. They lost my black slacks! They picked up random pants and asked them if they were mine. I stood there for 10 minutes while other customers asked if they lost my clothes. They told me they would call me before they closed to let me know the status. No call. The next morning I called and they said it must still be cleaned. Finally I picked it up Wednesday and the pants were ruined and when I asked about it they said it was "regular wear and tear". No apologies, no compensation for having to come back. Bad customer service. Would definitely not recommend. You get what you pay for with that price. Will never come back. read more

I was in a pickle a few weeks ago because I needed a suit cleaned last minute. I went to my usual spot and they don't offer same-day service on Saturdays. I called several places around the area and they all gave me the same answer, no. I decided to stop by Bronco Cleaners and Oli was able to have the suit ready by 2pm that same day! ok, i have been going to this dry cleaners for YEARS. my mom's been going here for at least 10 years or close to it, and i really don't know why! i guess it's because she never found another place cheaper or convenient but even after we moved TWICE we still continued to go here. just like the other review, the clothes are not always done on time and when they started losing or "misplacing" my clothes, that's when i decided to look for a new one. i even marched to the back of the store to look through the pile of "misplaced" clothes and low and behold! i found my cute dress hanging there. shady? quite possible. yes, it's cheap but the service is mediocre but i always thought...dude it's dirt cheap, what do u expect. read more

I did not read reviews and wish I had. I went because the pricing was great. I had no idea it would cost me so much. Took in a brand new, worn once, Ralph Lauren dress that came back completely damaged with some kind of staining that went down the entire length of the dress. They tried to say they did not do it. The dress was worn ONCE and not damaged and eventually they said they would pay for the dress and have the owner call about the details. Went in and called and never got a response. My favorite dress was ruined by this business and the other cleaning came back not looking like it had been cleaned. Not sure what is going on there but it is not worth the discounted rates to have clothing damaged. I do not recommend this place. read more

I've been coming here for 10+ years and I've had only two bad experiences. One was with a shirt they say I brought in that somehow got ripped. (I wish I could turn myself in and come out ripped! Ha). Maybe I brought it in that way, I don't think so. But I don't know for sure. The other bad experience was when my clothes weren't ready. This is two bad trips in about 100. That's 98% people! $2 prepaid any garment, yes any garment. This place opens really early in during the week so if you work in the area you can drop it off before work. I brought in 3 large wool coats they were $2 each. Get the F*** outta here, I'm not sure how this place is in business with these prices but if you're wallet is feeling the economic downturn then your dollar will go a long way here. So far no mishaps with my clothes as I had at several other places in the area, oh yeah they usually have it ready by 5 pm the next day and they open weekends. Took two table cloths in on Tuesday, and they were promised to be ready Wednesday at 5pm. Went in at 5:30 pm Wednesday and it took them 20 minutes to find them and they were in the dryer even though their computer said they were ready. Went back Thursday at 5:30 pm and I was told they had not been pressed yet. I was told they would be ready Friday morning and I waited until the following Wednesday to pick them up, I was not going to make a fourth trip to pick them up if they were not ready on Friday. Once I finally received them the press job was nothing better than I could of done at home with my iron. My father's Calvin Klein Suit that we bought for our wedding him went missing once he turned it in early JUNE! They just kept saying come back in a week. The wedding was in July and he had to go get another suit. Till this day we call everyday and we get no response (its been 4 months!).
