Which was perfect since I was wearing the dress for an event on Sunday. I came into the shop on Friday and picked up my dry cleaning and was told the dress wasn't ready, and to come back the next day. Which to be frank was annoying. I drove out from Dana Point to Santa Ana since I had read amazing reviews. Later I got a call from the shop that the tailor had to order more zippers and the dress wouldn't be ready till sometime next week. Which sucked, since I had to scramble at the last minute to find a new outfit. While I appreciated the heads up from the store, they need a better prepared tailor. I sadly will not be returning again.

When I picked up my dress, it legit looked like I JUST bought it. I also had some loose threading that pulled from my previous event, I didn't even mention that but somehow they fixed a lot of it!!! I won't lie, i was really nervous about the dry cleaners because my last place I went to last minute did a terrible job.. they did things that weren't asked of and didn't really clean the clothing at all..... But Frank and his team really out did themselves. Thank you guys SO much for fixing my dress, I got many compliments and how great my dress looked that night :-). Given the $100 total cost for the service, I expected this standard detail to be included. I did not notice this until I returned home to hang the curtains. My coats all looked good as new; I wish I would have taken a before and after picture of each one so that everyone could see what I'm talking about. Unfortunately, I was told the streaks were from the pants being burned (probably from ironing) which was done by a previous dry cleaner. They still took it back again and I was not charged for it. Also one thing to note is that if you pay with a credit card, they do charge a small fee for it. The dress pants came out better than last time when I picked it up even though they couldn't fix the burn streaks. Great price and service. I will come back again.
