I needed a polo and pants cleaned and pressed the next day! They were able to get it done for me. Super friendly and amazing service. They have a drive thru service, never had to get out of my car. Definitely will use them again and again.. read more

I recently had four sheer curtain panels shortened at Pink Panther Cleaners establishment. While I am pleased with the quality of the alterations and the final length, I was disappointed to find that the weighted beads were not included in the new bottom hems. Weighted beads inserted into the bottom hem are essential for sheer fabrics to ensure they hang and drape properly, prevent flaring, and improve drapery, particularly for light fabrics and sheers. Given the $100 total cost for the service, I expected this standard detail to be included. I did not notice this until I returned home to hang the curtains. While the alterations workmanship is good, the panels feel incomplete without these weights. read more

Family owned, clean and green with drive-thru, which I absolutely love! Closed on Sundays, and work 'til 6pm Mondays - Thursdays, close at 5pm on Fridays, and at 4pm on Saturdays. My clothes were done in 3 days, and the price was pretty standard. They take cash and card. It's my go-to for dry cleaning from now on for sure! read more

The drive-thru service is wonderful. As a disabled person it's so convenient & hassle-free not having to search & [hopefully] find a handicapped parking space, get out of the car, setup the walker just to pick up dry cleaning. They hang them on the backseat hook or lay them in trunk, whichever one I say works better for me. They call when the clothing is ready for pick up earlier than expected. They offer a clothes 'washing' (fluff & fold) service which I've utilized. Had ALL my laundry done! Also have had pants hemmed (I'm short!), elastic replaced, & a long skirt repaired. Prices are comparable & a value when you consider the drive-thru aspect. Family business. Friendly people. Convenient location in a mall. Highly recommend! read more

I love this family-owned business so much! Ms. Charlotte and the rest of the staff are so friendly and the customer service - along with the quality level of care of garment items, etc. - is impeccable! These folks really value you as a customer. Pictured below is an evening gown that Ms. Charlotte tailored for me, in celebration of 16 months of sobriety last month on Valentine's Day! I have taken all of my professional and casual/leisure/specialty attire & dresses to Pink Panthers ~ and they have never disappointed! Thank you! read more

Pink Panther Cleaners - Custom-tailored evening gown. The item was dry cleaned as well! Top Notch & Elite Customer Service! - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Tustin, California

Incredible, professional, inexpensive service. This is absolutely the spot you should go to for all your dry-cleaning needs. I called on extremely short notice to get a blazer, shirt, and trousers cleaned and pressed for my senior portraits the next day and I was expecting to pay a lot extra for the expedited service (totally reasonable, everywhere else I called quoted me about 60 dollars for everything). At Pink Panther Cleaners, it all worked out to about 30 bucks, expedited service included. I was blown away and my items were returned to me looking pristine and perfect for my photos. The customer service was fantastic, everyone was friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to address my needs. I will certainly be returning to this business for all my dry cleaning needs, just not on such short notice. At Pink Panther Cleaners, they care about their customers and it shows in the quality of their customer service and dry cleaning! read more

Super friendly and helpful staff. Have had some alterations done and the work was quick and exceptional.

I didn't use them this time, but used to use them a lot when working. But I went for an estimate on some curtains, the owner man was so nice and told me the cost and that it would be difficult to clean them completely. I very much appreciate the honesty here, many would have said, just leave here and we'll clean it... but knowing that it cannot be completely clean. Thank you Pink Panther for being an honest company and honest with customers. read more

Too much dough$$$ otherwise the drive up is cool. People are not super friendly but the work was good. I just think it would have been less expensive elsewhere. read more

I have used Pink Panthers as our dry cleaners for about 10yrs now! They have great customer service, pricing, and do a wonderful job with not only dry cleaning our clothes but can also do minor repairs, as well as alterations! Highly recommended! read more

Drive thru is super convenient and helps offset the cost concerns. Best part of this dry cleaner is the staff, especially the owners. They remember their patrons and treat them well. Love Pink Panther, highly recommend them. read more

This our go to shop. People have always been friendly and we have never had any problem receiving our items back. This is a family-run establishment, and I enjoy supporting local businesses. Items are done when they say they are, never lost any of our things, and they will try to rush certain items if you need them cleaned more quickly. Drive Through Operation: they operate by a drive through on the right-hand side of the building (I have also walked up before), service is always prompt and they usually come to me and open my door to take out and receive items, great service! I usually never actually get out of my car. Cleaning and pricing: I really appreciate their fair pricing and thorough work. I dropped off my wedding gown (after deciding to clean it after more than 1 year since I was afraid of the cost of cleaning it, and was debating if it was worth it), and they had to clean it 2X since there was so much sand in it, and it cost me $30 to clean. Amazing price! Note: my wedding gown isn't uber fancy or frilly, but definitely looks like a gown. read more

I will echo the unsettling sentiment of paying more to clean name brand clothes. They claim that they have to charge more because they have to be more careful. But do they use better cleaning agents? Is their process different for name brand clothes? read more

Simply put, the best in the business. My family has been going for ages, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my clothes.

Money hungry dry cleaner repeat money hungry. I went to drop off my clothes for dry cleaning just moved to the neighborhood. So the lady gives me a price list I have 7 items and saw it and it was fine. I pull out my clothes from the bag and as soon as she sees they are designer she's like oh these are the prices for children clothes then adds on roughly an extra 5-10 dollars an item. Now I'm looking at her price list and no where does it state it's childrens clothing. I leave my clothes and then decide to come back coz I could see she is blatantly ripping me off. I come back get my clothes and explain to her how I feel. She then says to me "I actually didn't charge you enough as your clothes were Versace and Louis Vuitton" since when does the brand of clothes decide the price rather than the material it's made from? Totally unethically read more

Pink Panther Cleaners is an honest, reliable establishment. I've been coming to this business for years and recommend them to everyone I know. I appreciate their attention to detail, kindness, and good work! read more

The nicest people, this family run business is one of the best dry cleaners I've experienced. I've gone thru many that do basic work and sometimes can't even do basic steaming for whatever reasons. But The main owner always assures me he can try his best to remove stains and never fails to surprise me. Even on items I don't have expectations on, they always figure out how to remove. I don't want to hype the attention on having every stain removable but their honesty and effort to try VS other cleaners that won't take certain ems at all is what keeps me coming back. Reasonable pricing and ALWAYS A pleasure to see the Couple read more

Fast friendly drive up service. My lazy behind can stay in my car. This is my first time in many years going to a dry cleaner. My items were done in two days. It's convenient to me and I'll definitely return. read more

Great family run business. Always so friendly. Awesome work. They are always on time and will put a rush on the order if you ask them.

Love their drive thru. They probably wonder why I'm always in a hurry... either quickly picking up on my way to work or skidding through at closing time. The owners are always super kind and accommodating. The staff brings my things out to my trunk even though it's a drive thru... and even when I'm sure they want to go home after a long day. They're also upfront about what is and isn't possible in terms of cleaning certain types of fabric which is also very appreciated. read more

Had some really tough (oily and sticky) stains on a light-blue suit jacket made from a silk-wool blend. The stains had a "splatter" pattern from unknown source. A fellow dry cleaner recommended taking my suit to Pink Panther as they have the highest quality equipment. The owner was friendly, patiently answered my questions, and charged a reasonable price. Service was fast (completed in 2-3 days). Very reasonable price and time. Stains are completely gone. Like new. read more

In all the years I've been on Yelp, I have not written a negative review. This is dry cleaner is so bad, I'm writing my first. Do not take your clothes here. Poor attitude for disappointing service. They ruined my new clothes, and when I professionally expressed disappointment, the owner said, "I don't need your business, try another place". If a product is not serviced to satisfaction, customer service has the ability to aid a situation -- however that is not the case here. As an influencer at a Fortune 500 company and active in the local community, I'll be letting everybody know not to use this place. read more

I love Pink Panther Cleaners. They are always very quick and they have a convenient drive through service, which is great when you have a baby. A friend referred me to Pink Panther Dry Cleaners. They were professional, friendly and quick to respond upon my arrival. Their prices seem comparable and the service is well above average. A super-nice family runs this business, and drive-through service can't be beat! The prices are reasonable. Whenever I've tried to pick a cheaper cleaner to save money, I have regretted it every time. There are other cleaners around that charge more than Pink Panther, so I don't think they're overpricing.
