Their quality of work is exceptional in both their dry cleaning and tailoring departments. However, I was very disappointed when I saw the extremely high price for relatively minor alterations to my wedding suit and two pairs of pants, along with dry cleaning for those items and a white shirt. I ended up paying $219, which is nearly the price of a suit itself! Again, don't get me wrong--the quality of their work and the speed of their dry cleaning service are exceptional. However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unless I receive some type of credit or adjustment from the owner, unfortunately, I will not be using their services again. read more

After many years of using another cleaner who unfortunately damaged some of my clothes, I was thrilled to find Power Cleaners. They truly are a one-stop shop for dry cleaning, shoe repair, and clothing alterations. The team is always friendly, reliable, and consistently delivers on time. Their operation is incredibly organized and modern, with everything nicely automated. They even have an app that lets you track your items, schedule pickups, and manage services with ease. I've been using Power Cleaners for the past few months and have been extremely happy with the quality of their work and overall customer service. It's such a relief to have found a cleaner I can trust, and I highly recommend them. read more

I totally believe Power Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in Orange County! Even though I live 35 minutes away without traffic and 45 minutes with traffic I still choose Power Cleaners in Lake Forest to be our dry cleaners because they dry clean and launder all of my clothes and household items perfectly for reasonable prices. I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful. read more

Power Cleaners - Outside - Shoe Repair Near Me - Lake Forest, California

They were so welcoming, timely and obviously knew how to get alternations done. There were hundreds of clothes waiting for people to get picked up so they are well trained in what they do. The lady was so quick when I went in to try it on, put pins where she needed and I was out. It cost about $180 for lots of alternations done for a bridesmaid dress I had. I would 100% recommend this business! read more

What a great alterations drop off experience! We were greeted right away by Nancy, she was very welcoming and asked if it was our first time and where we learned about them. We went in to get some of my husband's pants altered. Nancy offered me a chair to sit at while waiting and some water/coffee. We worked with Pari (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) and she was helpful and careful. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to do additional alterations beyond the hemming. Before sending us to pay, she gave us a price breakdown so that there weren't any surprises. Izaiah did our checkout and assisted with adding us into the system. He also answered questions we had regarding starting price for other services. We also received a cute little thank you bag with more info. Great first experience at Power Cleaners, excited to see how the pants turn out! read more

Power cleaners exceeded my expectations of what a dry-cleaner should offer. They focus on quality service delivered with a smile. I was very pleased as a first-time customer considering this place is local to my home. I just needed a quick blazer serviced and they got my job done at a time faster than they quoted me - pleasant surprise. I received a bag of useful items and decided this was a level of service I could commit to as a dry-cleaner. I highly recommend taking a chance on this service provider if you have a chance. This is probably my best find in Orange County. Professional, friendly, responsive team. And their services are top notch with the best pricing. I've never had a hiccup with their drycleaning and can confidently say their alteration department is equally impressive. Recently discovered they do shoe repairs so I dropped off my brother's designer wedding shoes (hail mary for what we thought were irreparable damages)... We got the shoes back looking brand new! So grateful for all of their work! read more

Truly a professional cleaners. It is a huge operation with 3 stations for cashiers and they were all extremely nice. They were able to do an amazing cleaning job on my wife's shoes and within a short window that we needed. Will definitely be back to get our shoes cleaned in the future. read more

Power Cleaners is my go to spot for all my dry cleaning needs. Their service is fast, affordable, and some of the best in the city. I have not gone anywhere else since I found them and do not plan to. The team always makes you feel heard, takes the time to listen, and truly cares about doing right by their customers. They are truly a jack of all trades when it comes to the dry cleaning industry. Their alteration department is also phenomenal and does a great job catering to each customer's needs. I recently brought in a pair of shoes for cleaning and they came back looking brand new, just like the day I bought them. I cannot recommend Power Cleaners enough. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars. read more

Great communication and reasonable quote. Also does letterman jacket work too. Happy they were open on a Sunday.

I gave a real challenge for the team at Power Cleaners. I brought them my 25-year old wedding dress, which had gone from our beach reception to a plastic bag in our garage as we had and raised our 3 kids and moved homes 4 times. The staff put their hearts into giving my dress a new life, and were able to get out 'gawd knows' what pink drink I had gotten on the front. And as an added bonus they lovingly bagged my dress, safely packed with a cardboard frame and bow, giving her a fighting chance to survive another 25 in my less thoughtful (but no less loving) hands. read more

Power Cleaners - 25 years of neglect erased in 2 weeks! - Shoe Repair Near Me - Lake Forest, California

I want to give you 5 stars but I can't I wanna actually give you 2 stars . Been coming here for 4 years since I moved to irvine. Last two times I came you shanked my hat said you can only hand wash . Why would I come here for hand wash when I can do it myself . And my chrome jacket it smells sour now ... You guys need to replace whoever is messing your business up . Cause like I said I've been dropping clothes off for 4 years and now this is happening . I have no choice to check my clothes and sniff them on the spot. That's crazy read more

Great pricing and very efficient! I had leather items, one of them being a bag I adore and have owned for several years. They were able to get stains out of my leather jacket, bag, and boots, which I didn't think would be possible. They look brand new! They also cleaned my items in only a couple of days, which, given it was President's Day weekend, was a pleasant surprise. Would 10/10 recommend! read more

Fast. Efficient. And friendly. You can tell the business operates really well. Id come here to dry clean anything move forward, even though it was a bit of drive for me. They give you coupons so you get discounts for a couple times! read more

I've been going here for years and years. They honestly always do an AMAZING job on shoes and clothes alterations. Nothing is cheap these days, alterations sometimes cost more than the shirt or pants depending on where you buy your clothes but you have to pay for services. I just got my shoes altered (too loose straps from cute shoes I bought online), and clothes altered. What I love about them is all the staff are so sweet and friendly AND honest about if they can even do what you want to get altered or cleaned (not every material and shirt/pant can be altered to what you want if it's simply not possible). Great job guys ! I went here recently and it's my go to spot for alterations and cleaning. read more

Wow. Wow. WOW. This place is amazing, seriously. I've found my forever dry cleaners. The hours are super helpful since I get off of work kind of late. They're open until 7pm M-TH & open as early as 6:30am also M-TH. They even have a 24hour dry cleaning drop-off! Like what? I'm mind blown. & they offer SO many other services, so many. & the location is huge. At first glance, it's easy to miss because it's tucked in a dark plaza & the first sight is dark so it almost looks closed. However, once you drive into the parking lot you can see it actually takes up majority of the plaza. The service is phenomenal. Everyone is friendly, helpful & genuine. (Sadly, this seems hard to come by nowadays.) I dropped off five items (I typically don't like to drop off so many items, because it can feel like I'm breakin' the bank) but it came out to about $40. I can totally manage that. Pricing is incredibly reasonable & the clothes came out great. Service is speedy, they had my clothes ready by the next day (not at my request) it's just their norm. Wild! Most dry cleaners have it ready in 7-14 business days haha. This business had me in awe. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. read more

Amazing fast service. Took in a leather purse to be fixed, done next day. Prices fair. Great work.

A disaster! I marked my two bags of cleaning. One bag only contained a small blanket and was clearly marked to be dry cleaned. The second bag was clearly marked as to be washed and pressed. Power Cleaners ignored my instructions and dry cleaned everything. Then they charged me $206!! When I called to say they charged me way too much, they said they clean everything according to the tag in the item. And that was a lie to cover up that they ignored my instructions. All items were cotton/polyester blends that had already been washed and ironed many times before. I asked to have a price reduction since they did not follow my instructions, but now they refuse to respond to my emails or return my phone calls. read more

The service is good here, but can be a little pricey depending on what you get dry cleaned. I've gotten a few dresses altered here and it was very expensive and the elastic didn't last. I like their dry clean delivery service but sometimes my order gets delivered on separate day/weeks since a few pieces get left behind. Also, on some scheduled pick ups they didn't show up for my items. Overall, I'd recommend this business for dry cleaning but would be cautious on the delivery service. read more
