I was given a very fast estimate of when it would be done, unfortunately it was not done at that specific time (which was okay since I only needed it by another time). They texted me updates and kept me up to date. Even reminded me that it was ready for pick up when I didn't get it ASAP lol. Miracle Workers!! When I retired from the Navy several years ago, I put my uniforms into storage. Last week, I pulled my service dress white uniform out in preparation for a friend's retirement ceremony. I was stunned to see the state of the uniform which looked dirty and worn, and there were several yellow stains. I thought I would have to go purchase a new uniform, but figured I'd take it to Cleaners 2000 to see if they could at least lighten the color of the stains so they weren't so noticeable. I picked up the jacket this afternoon and the jacket honestly looks BRAND NEW! I don't remember it looking this good when I purchase it new! There is no sign of ANY of the stains! I wish I had taken a before picture to illustrate just how worn and stained the jacket looked and how new it now looks! Service was stellar and the price was amazing! I had a suit and sport coat cleaned. They came out well, but the sport coat was missing one of the two front buttons. I know it was there as I had checked how well the front buttons were attached before I dropped it off. I didn't notice the missing button until I was going to wear it. I returned it to the shop and they looked in all the usual places in the machines, but still were unable to find it. I left it with them and in a couple of days they had tracked down the exact button and refastened it and also redid the other button just to make sure. Great and quick service! read more

Owners are racists, they thought I don't understand Korean and kept insulting me. I saw there are still spots on my clothes, they refused to let me take a closer look. The lady told her husband in Korean "Let this idiot pay and kick him out. I'm older than this asxxxxx, how dare him questioning me." This is my worst experience in a cleaning shop. They can't clean the clothes and are extremely rude to customers. Do not come unless you want to learn all the Korean dirty words. read more

I dropped off 18 items in total, 13 collar shirts for laundry, and 5 other items (dresses and linens) for dry cleaning. When I asked for the price of my order, I was told approximately $3.85 for the laundry and $6 for the dry cleaning. they said they definitely don't make any money on laundry. Well they definitely make money on dry cleaning because sure enough, when I received my bill, instead of six dollar items for dry cleaning, they were charging me an outrageous $30 each on two of them. All in all I was quoted around $90 max, and my bill was $138. Initially they were purposefully vague, unclear, and unspecific when giving me prices upfront, only to gouge me when it was time to pick up. I am very disappointed with this company as I calmly expressed my dissatisfaction hoping for them to have a good explanation, but they got defensive and eventually hung up on me. read more

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! They destroyed my suede jacket and claimed it is normal. The color faded away a lot in large area (not just tiny spot), and the texture became super dry. The lady at the counter is extremely rude and show no respect to customers. At first, She said she will ask third party vendor to restore the color and didn't promise it will work. And when I asked couple times what if it cannot be fixed and the lady just yelled at me and asked me to leave, and didn't even feel sorry for destroying my jacket. Two weeks later, me and my husband came back for picking up the jacket, and the color was not restored. They refused to pay for the damages they cost and didn't want to give my jacket back unless we pay for the rest of the bill even we are really unsatisfied with the quality. We brought the jacket to Power Cleaner for a second opinion, and the people there said my jacket was definitely ruined by previous cleaner. When I came to pick them up, they said they ripped the sleeve in the elbow but said it wasn't their fault. These shirts were in perfect condition when we dropped them off so clearly something happened. They said it was because the material was too thin, but clearly they messed up somehow and wouldn't admit to it. They also said it happens often there. That didn't sound good knowing it's a common occurrence there. They had us pay full price for it all, no apologies, even after us complaining, and now my husband is so sad.
