Best Cleaners truly just saved the day and my cousins wedding. The prices were incredibly reasonable, and everyone was so kind. I'd pay double! Last night I picked up my boyfriend's suit rental from another store (Men's Warehouse lol) and it clearly hadn't been cleaned, I frantically found Best Cleaners with their amazing reviews and rushed there. Darren helped me and he was so kind and reassuring. Thank you so much for helping me during my a moment of panic and saving our weekend :) I will be a lifelong customer and will tell everyone I know. Thank you thank you thank you. I am forever grateful for Best Cleaners and their kindness. read more

Clean two comforters at a reasonable price and turn them around quickly for me they are in close proximity to my new home and I will be using them in the future. Staff is very nice. read more

This is hands down the BEST cleaners! Their hours are so convenient, the staff is kind and service-oriented, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I've had countless alterations done here after losing 60 lbs, and every single piece came back perfect -- even the pleat pressing is spot on. Prices are very reasonable, and the level of care they put into every detail makes it worth driving past other cleaners just to come here. Truly a gem -- I won't go anywhere else! read more

Never had a problem with any dry cleaning, laundry, pick up, or anything. Very nice people.

I brought in a designer silk-linen jacket for dry cleaning. I showed them the care tag, and told them, per care instructions, NOT to iron on high heat. When I picked up the garnet it was ironed and starched like a men's white dress shirt. All the body in the material has been destroyed. They completely ignored my very specific instructions. Don't take items that need special care here. read more

Have been several times - they are my new cleaners. Excellent job and super nice people!!!

I was in a small pinch and needed to have a load of clothes dry cleaned before our vacation. I tried my regular cleaners and they were not able to have my clothes cleaned in time. I reached out to Darren at Best Cleaners and explained my situation. Not only was he a gentleman, but he also had my clothes dry cleaned and very well presented the very next day. It is admirable when someone or a business goes out of their way to extend great customer service. All this to say, this was my first time utilizing Best Cleaners, Thank you Darren, you are much appreciated and now have a new regular customer! read more

I brought in a boutique vest with 3 unique wooden buttons for dry cleaning. One of the three buttons had fallen off, which I handed over requesting that it be sewn back on. When I returned to pick up the vest, a random button was attached in its place. The owner had lost the button and said, "this is the first time a button was lost, but that accidents happen." I brought in 3 new buttons and the owner agreed to replace the buttons. I asked that he return the original buttons along with the vest. However, he ALSO lost the remaining 2 buttons! He was apathetic about his carelessness. When I asked that he reimburse me due to the irepairable damage to this article of clothing, he flipped me off, cursed at me, and told me to "...get the F out of the store." Horrible customer service! Horrible quality of care with other people's clothing. Go anywhere else but here if you want your clothes to be properly cleaned and taken care of. read more

The shop does a great job. They are always on time and everything is always done perfectly.

Great job, thanks for great service and keep going to keep you costumer happy and satisfied

Very good cleaner--fast, efficient, and great quality! I brought in several delicate pieces, including suits and silk blouses, and everything came back spotless and perfectly pressed. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Turnaround time is quick, and they even sent me a text when my order was ready for pickup. The prices are reasonable, and the service is top-notch. Highly recommend this dry cleaner to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service! read more

We love these guys! Friendly, quality service and always on time. They fixed a hole in a pair of pants which another business had said was impossible. Fair prices too. Excellent, and close to restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and Home Depot. read more

We've been patrons of Best Cleaners for over 10 years; great service, quality and value.

Very thorough job with super nice people! Fair pricing also. They did a fantastic job cleaning my comforter!

The owner leaves Dodge faster than a convict on the loose. Sign says open til 3pm on Friday's, however the business is sealed tighter than a drum with no one in sight by 2:55pm. I literally pulled into the spot in front of door with another patron hanging their just retrieved Cleaning on their car hook. By the time I walked 5 paces to the door, the door was already locked & the owner vanished. I may have to cancel my plans for the evening due to this run away business owner. This is the 2nd time! Not even banks close this early especially on a Friday. I live right down the street but will no longer patronize this business. I will drive twice the distance just to deal with a reliable business. While writing this review, 6 separate customers arrived to retrieve their needed dry cleaning leaving empty handed & disgruntled by the unreliability of the business owner. Owner: you permanently lost a consistent customer! read more

First time here after searching for a decent, reliable and more affordable cleaner, based on the great reviews I gave them a shot and they did not disappoint! Very nice and friendly service, reasonable prices (way more affordable than the stuffy cleaners in Aliso Viejo) and my clothes came out very clean and nicely pressed! This is a terrible dry cleaner. Don't go there!!! They told an item was to be 30.00 when I dropped it off. I told them any amount around that would be fine. Then a week later they call me and ask if the price increase of $2.00 would be ok but it will take another week. Never going back there. read more

My husband and I have been getting our dry cleaning here for a couple of years now and have been so happy with the service. The owner is very friendly and even recognizes us as regulars when we come back for more dry cleaning. They are very reliable and our dry cleaning is always ready on time. We haven't had any issues with our clothes, are very happy with the convenience and quality, and will keep coming back to support :) read more

Excellent service, clothes cleaned with care. Even my dogs toys are repaired and cleaned like new!

Always the most friendly service. Their quality and affordability are exceptional. Took my king white down comfortable to be cleaned. More than 1/2 the price of 3 other cleaners I called. I drive way out of my way to continue to use Best. Used them for YEARS and moved but trust me when I say the drive for me is well worth it. read more

I used this place, even though it wasn't exactly close to my house, thanks to the Yelpers out there who said it was good. I have a king, very thick, quilted comforter that weighs a ton. I doubt it would have fitted in one of those jumbo sized loundromat washers. I also have a labrador puppy. Labrador puppy didn't realize thick quilt is not an appropriate item upon which to deposit solid wastes. The comforter stayed in the garage for a few days, then moved outside for several more, getting dirtier each day. We figured we might just throw it away, but I saw that Best Cleaners only charged $30 to clean a queen comforter, so I figured I might give it a shot. This big, heavy comforter thing ended up being $35, still a very reasonable price. It was ready three days later, and looks great. Oh, another reason for choosing Best is that they are open on Sundays. Very few are. Nice guy, nice service, fair prices. read more

Darren always takes such good care of our clothes. Been going here for years and the service is great. Thank you Darren.

Just moved into the neighborhood and this was a great dry cleaner and at a fair price They cleaned several button downs, dresses, and linens and everything was ready for pickup the following day. read more

My first time at a dry cleaner and I was hesitant to leave one of my favorite dresses anywhere for cleaning. This one had decent reviews, so I decided to give dry cleaning a try since my dress really needed cleaning. I picked up my dress 3 days later and it's definitely clean. I was happy nothing happened to it. I have another dress that needs cleaning and I plan to bring to this place again. Tip: check-in for 10% off dry cleaning of $10 pr more. (I didn't get to use it myself since my dress (shorter in length) came out to be less than $10) read more

Service was amazing, they were fast and do everything on site. For the price, service was amazing

I don't get much dry cleaned, but they were great when I had to launder my bedding due to flea infestation a few years ago. Recently, I took in some shirts for cleaning & sewing buttons that had fallen off. When picking up, I noticed another button was broken. It's highly likely the shirt was already like that (since 2 buttons were previously defective). Darren was kind enough to find a replacement button and sew it on with no additional charge. Thank you! read more

While the services here have always been great, this time not so much. My girlfriend's skirt was safety pinned onto one of their hangers, which has left a very noticeable dent in the back of it. Other cleaners have folded it nicely over the hanger instead, which doesn't leave this damage. This might have been fine if the material was different, but please take this into account before taking your things here. read more

So here's the Deal... found this here on Yelp, a lot of great reviews and some bad ones. I tried this store out, the first few dry cleaning we had great results. No issues... then we tried alterations. HORROR BEGINS.. Wife drops off a dress with a belt for a wedding. Came to pick up- no belt.. asked where the belt is, was told no belt was given. The owner, some Asian kid says there never was a belt- so instead of owning up to a lost item, my wife cut 6" off the dress.. to make a belt. And they charged $20, but said it's of 50% off due to lost belt, they never lost. Both of us tried talking, but to the owner it was funny, he was laughing the entire time.. laughing in my face. Is this how he treats every customer? By laughing at the situation? Is the customer not right? Is this kid too proud to want my business? And was told he doesn't want my business in the future, told me to leave and kept saying he doesn't want anymore business as he continues to laugh.. I'm sure there will be more bad reviews and good reviews, but when you are on the end of a bad experience, you will remember this review and wished you gone elsewhere.. like I am, because of his unprofessional conduct and not owning up to losing the belt, and charging to cut 5 more inches off a wedding dress and charge $20 to the bill, and telling me he doesn't want my $$$ for future cleanings and alterations, 1 star is generous as YELP needs negative stars because places like this needs stars removed not added... and he kept laughing.... No clue why it's so hilarious.. and I'm sure the owner will respond with his own follow up trying to say it's not his fault and he never received a belt and say he split the charges... but his words as he was laughing at both myself and my wife was the customer is not always right... That's some great customer service.... Do yourself a favor and don't chance your clothes here for any service, because it's your fault and he will laugh in your face as he tells you, he doesn't want your business, just an FYI.. notice how the good reviews the laughing owner doesn't appreciate the good reviews and thank the customer, but will quickly try to save face by responding to bad reviews by putting the blame on you, the customer.. is this a place where you want to do business with? Especially when he makes fun of another customer because she asked for a first time discount? Wow,? Really? Good luck buddy read more

I've been using them for years - great quality, hard working, and super nice! I like their convenient hours as well.

I highly recommend this dry cleaner as he does a very good job of getting stains out and his prices are very reasonable. Since moving here he is the only dry cleaner I use and I buy nice designer clothing. You can trust him with your fine things as well as your bedding, etc. read more

They really are the best cleaners! There are cleaners that are closer to me but I take my dry cleaning here.

I have used Best Cleaners for years. They are always efficient and do a great job. I just brought a quilted bedspread into them to clean. They do a wonderful job!! This is a great time to get bedspreads, quilts, down pillows cleaned. I also just went through my closet and had some sweaters and coats cleaned. Other things I packed up for Laura's House or the Salvation Army. I washed what I could of these items but I also cleaned a few of them. Best Cleaners is reasonable and it felt good to give clean clothes to others in need. Please do what you can for others and keep this local business in the black. Sincerely, Karen J. read more

After having major knee surgery, I needed to have my laundry and bedding washed. I called Best Cleaners and they came right to my door and picked up my items that evening. Two days later at the same time they dropped it off. It was folded nicely and handled with care. None of my items were damaged. I highly recommend this business. It gave my a peace of mind to know my stuff was in excellent care. read more
