This company is great and they always do an amazing job. The turn around time is extremely quick and they are always kind and pleasant to deal with. Anybody on here complaining about prices... do you complain about every single item/service being too highly priced? The staff here is really kind and approachable. I like that their open early so I can drop items off on my way to work. I've never utilized the 1 hour service however their turn around time is pretty quick. 1 star off because the prices can be a little steep for certain services. read more

I just dropped off for first time based on location and reviews and statements about reasonable pricing. My hope was to get a regular local dry cleaner. All seems great BUT the price to clean a jumpsuit is almost $16! That is their price for one shirt plus one pant x 2 . And is nearly $6 more than their price to clean a dress. I'm very disappointed by this bc I have several jumpsuits that will need cleaning and that is too expensive for each wear. Bummer. read more

I tried two other cleaners in the area before trying Serrano. The other two were just not as friendly as the lady at this one. I understand that my main goal is to have clean suits that are promptly serviced but the other places were just so unfriendly it was a bit off putting. Serrano cleaners has all three: clean clothing, prompt timing, and friendly service. I have also had pants hemmed and my pants now fit great. Absolutely love this place! The people are wonderful, extremely nice and so efficient. Prices are also incredible. They have great dry cleaning services and I've also taken a ton of items there for alterations. The alterations are perfect and honestly underpriced. Highly recommend this place! And great location too - always places to park. They also utilize a text message service so you know exactly when your items are ready for pick up. During Covid they are very sanitary and wear masks. This place is wonderful! I brought my wedding dress here 4 weeks before my big day and had no idea what it needed. My family kept telling me I had to take it to get dried cleaned before the wedding, so I gave in. Sure enough, Susie knew immediately that the dress needed to be pressed. She said she would have it done in a week and I'd be all set! She was super sweet and was completely honest when I told her I knew nothing about wedding dress care. My husband and I have used this cleaners for about 15 years. Great service, family owned, very attentive, and good quality. This is a good review from me, I am extremely picky when it comes to dry cleaning because my father owned a dry cleaners for over 20 years. They do the work themselves (plant on premises), so it isn't brokered out. That's important to me. They are professional and extremely polite. I know they offer same day or rush services but we have only done that a couple of times. They accept cash or credit cards and have occasionally offer discounts for cash when the bill has been over $100. Their prices are reasonable. There is the occasional broken button (only occasionally), but that is common in this business. read more

Please be aware that their receipts never show itemized price for each item dropped. They should make receipts clear and should respond to their customers politely under any conflicting circumstance. So I was a little worried to try this dry cleaner because it didn't have any reviews yet. But I was in a pinch and needed some shirts dry cleaned in a hurry. My wife dropped them off and I picked them up 4 hours later. They looked and smelled better than the place I normally take my clothes to! They look amazing - clean, pressed, crisp and they smell good too! The lady who works there is really friendly too. The cost was about normal I think - $3ish for 2 shirts. Given the speed and quality of their services I'll gladly pay that. I will be back again! read more

Due to their lack of professionalism, putting it mildly, they have lost me as a customer. I was willing to pay more to give our local store the business. I have been coming here for 6 years. I don't know why I haven't left a review sooner. Amazing. I am never disappointed by the quality of work that is don't here. They are fast on their turnaround and make sure everything is perfect before you take your dry cleaning home. They also do alterations but I have not used them for it. I originally went to another dry cleaner to get my daughter's prom dress pressed and dry cleaned a couple days before the dance- they RUINED the dress. It hadn't been pressed properly, it had green fuzz all over it because they didn't dry clean it, and they pulled the threads which created a hole in the bodice of the dress ! The man "helping" me was rude and wouldn't call his manager or reverse the charges. I was furious!! So I asked a couple of my friends what the best dry cleaners were around so that I could hopefully get the dressed fixed 2 days before the dance. Serrano Cleaners is right across the street from my local bank, and the lady who originally took the dress said that they would try to do everything they could to fix it. I came back the next day and the dress looked brand new! They did an amazing job and honestly saved my daughters prom dress. To top it off, the lady who fixed it would't let me pay because of how upset I was about my other experience at the other place!!
