I have tried several other local dry cleaners and this cleaners is the best. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can't beat the quality and the prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend them. read more

This company is great and they always do an amazing job. The turn around time is extremely quick and they are always kind and pleasant to deal with. Anybody on here complaining about prices... do you complain about every single item/service being too highly priced? EVERYTHING is more nowadays and I've found that their prices are in line with everything else in 2024. It's not 2017 anymore. read more

I would like to say how pleasant it is to come here. Highly recommended place to come for good service

I personally have never dry cleaned before and still haven't, this is purely based on my time here. The cute Asian lady working did her best to describe the materials, prices, and how long each item would take (I had leather and suede jackets) I unfortunately wasn't able to get this service Bc im going out of town in 5 days, however my interaction with her was great and professional :) read more

The staff here is really kind and approachable. I like that their open early so I can drop items off on my way to work. I've never utilized the 1 hour service however their turn around time is pretty quick. 1 star off because the prices can be a little steep for certain services. read more

I recommend everyone to come here. Hard working, amazing work, detail oriented. I bring everything here and they do an amazing job sewing. Your order will never be late and will most likely be on time like my stuff has been. read more

Had 2 nameplates sewn on. Needed it in 2 days. They had it ready as promised. Recommend! Thank you!!

We love this cleaners! Been with them for over a decade! Amazing service, so polite and always on time! Alterations are simply the best too! Highly recommend! read more

I just dropped off for first time based on location and reviews and statements about reasonable pricing. My hope was to get a regular local dry cleaner. All seems great BUT the price to clean a jumpsuit is almost $16! That is their price for one shirt plus one pant x 2 . And is nearly $6 more than their price to clean a dress. I'm very disappointed by this bc I have several jumpsuits that will need cleaning and that is too expensive for each wear. Bummer. read more

I love this place! It's a very clean and organized establishment. The woman working at the register was the sweetest and they had a very quick turn around time. I took my husband's wedding day tuxedo to be cleaned and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back for all my dry cleaning needs. read more

I tried two other cleaners in the area before trying Serrano. The other two were just not as friendly as the lady at this one. I understand that my main goal is to have clean suits that are promptly serviced but the other places were just so unfriendly it was a bit off putting. Serrano cleaners has all three: clean clothing, prompt timing, and friendly service. I have also had pants hemmed and my pants now fit great. I recommend Serrano for all your dry cleaning and alterations. read more

Absolutely love this place! The people are wonderful, extremely nice and so efficient. Prices are also incredible. They have great dry cleaning services and I've also taken a ton of items there for alterations. The alterations are perfect and honestly underpriced. Highly recommend this place! And great location too - always places to park. They also utilize a text message service so you know exactly when your items are ready for pick up. During Covid they are very sanitary and wear masks. They also always leave the front doors open during business hours for fresh air and other customers have always been respectful to wait to enter after you're done. read more

This place is wonderful! I brought my wedding dress here 4 weeks before my big day and had no idea what it needed. My family kept telling me I had to take it to get dried cleaned before the wedding, so I gave in. Sure enough, Susie knew immediately that the dress needed to be pressed. She said she would have it done in a week and I'd be all set! She was super sweet and was completely honest when I told her I knew nothing about wedding dress care. I have talked to numerous dry cleaners about the dress and everyone was just plain rude. I'm so glad I found this wonderful cleaners, they are my new go-to for all my laundry needs! If you're looking for a cost effective, honest and reliable cleaner, definitely come here! read more

Amazing service and customer service as well. They were so nice and spot cleaned, dry cleaned and tailored my husband's clothes for such a great price and so speedy! We will definitely go back! read more

Please give this place a try! I had a wool kilt that was pretty shabby (I got it from a thrift shop and wore it often for 5 years). I took it to this place and it looks brand new!! The prices are fair for Orange County and it is family owned. The ladies who work here are super nice and friendly. read more

My husband and I have used this cleaners for about 15 years. Great service, family owned, very attentive, and good quality. This is a good review from me, I am extremely picky when it comes to dry cleaning because my father owned a dry cleaners for over 20 years. They do the work themselves (plant on premises), so it isn't brokered out. That's important to me. They are professional and extremely polite. I know they offer same day or rush services but we have only done that a couple of times. They accept cash or credit cards and have occasionally offer discounts for cash when the bill has been over $100. Their prices are reasonable. There is the occasional broken button (only occasionally), but that is common in this business. read more

So I was a little worried to try this dry cleaner because it didn't have any reviews yet. But I was in a pinch and needed some shirts dry cleaned in a hurry. My wife dropped them off and I picked them up 4 hours later. They looked and smelled better than the place I normally take my clothes to! They look amazing - clean, pressed, crisp and they smell good too! The lady who works there is really friendly too. The cost was about normal I think - $3ish for 2 shirts. Given the speed and quality of their services I'll gladly pay that. I will be back again! read more

Making the long story short; they lost our family as a customer due to their lack of communication and professionalism. Please be aware that their receipts never show itemized price for each item dropped. They should make receipts clear and should respond to their customers politely under any conflicting circumstance. That's how an establishment shows value to their customers and provides adequate customer service. read more

They do good quality work. Their prices are reasonable (too many other places overcharge). The staff is always friendly and helpful. Cleaning is always ready on time. read more

Absolutely the best dry cleaners in Orange County. I have been going here for months, and they are awesome. Best prices, excellent work and no mistakes. You have to try them at least once to see they are worth the drive. I take them suits, ties, alterations, dress whites, they do exactly what I pay for. Starch is perfectly done, stains are removed, clothes are fresh and pressed. I have been to more than a dozen other places and have had nothing but bad service. My clothes come back from Serrano Cleaners perfect everytime. read more

I would not recommend having any alterations done here!! Worst service of any dry cleaners that I have ever tried. Due to their lack of professionalism, putting it mildly, they have lost me as a customer. I was willing to pay more to give our local store the business. If you choose to have any work done here, please get it in detailed writing. Just because they say they understood what you want, doesn't necessarily mean that they do. We left the shop extremely upset and disappointed. read more

I have been coming here for 6 years. I don't know why I haven't left a review sooner. Amazing. I am never disappointed by the quality of work that is don't here. They are fast on their turnaround and make sure everything is perfect before you take your dry cleaning home. They also do alterations but I have not used them for it. I live in Seattle now and I was in a pinch for getting my suit pressed for a wedding and she said she would have it ready early just so I didn't have to worry. read more

I've brought mostly clothes that needed alterations. They do great work at decent prices and on time. They've been able to alter clothes that other cleaners would not do because of the difficulty of the alteration. Friendly and polite service every time! read more

This is the best dry cleaners I have ever tried and I tried several in Irvine and Lake Forest areas. The owner is the sweetest lady with attention to detail and great customer service. Most importantly, my clothes come back looking better than brand new. I would not trust anyone with my clothes anymore. They are also awesome at repairing clothes - such as hem, buttons, rip, etc. This is a gem! I highly recommend. read more

Absolutely the best dry cleaning and alteration I have ever been to! Everyone who works there is so nice and they have great service. I recommend them to my friends and family. read more

I originally went to another dry cleaner to get my daughter's prom dress pressed and dry cleaned a couple days before the dance- they RUINED the dress. It hadn't been pressed properly, it had green fuzz all over it because they didn't dry clean it, and they pulled the threads which created a hole in the bodice of the dress ! The man "helping" me was rude and wouldn't call his manager or reverse the charges. I was furious!! So I asked a couple of my friends what the best dry cleaners were around so that I could hopefully get the dressed fixed 2 days before the dance. Serrano Cleaners is right across the street from my local bank, and the lady who originally took the dress said that they would try to do everything they could to fix it. I came back the next day and the dress looked brand new! They did an amazing job and honestly saved my daughters prom dress. To top it off, the lady who fixed it would't let me pay because of how upset I was about my other experience at the other place!! I recommend this place to anyone- they do an excellent job. read more
