Not all machines use the app, the ones that do have a QR code to scan using the app. If not, just use your change. The big washing machine was $11 for a 20 minute wash. The attendant, Jennifer, very kind, friendly, and helpful. She has this location clean and well maintained! Snack and soda machine available, bathroom also available (Customers only), bill change machine available, and a sink in case you need it. This location has plenty of machines, nice bright windows for open fresh air, and the best part was the lady working there. She was extremely patient with a snappy older lady, was able to help the Spanish speakers, & she was sweet to me! Definitely recommend this spot. read more

Best Customer Service! First time ever using a laundromat to wash my comforter, and I had such a great experience. The manager, Edwin, was incredibly helpful and kind. I came totally unprepared with no coins, but he provided everything I needed and patiently explained how the machines work. He even suggested which washers and dryers to use for the most efficient wash and dry. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my big comforters and blankets! read more

Great laundromat! Went there for the first time to wash my cal king duvets as I needed the industrial size which they had two! I tried calling to schedule the laundry service to save me time, but, unfortunately, the phone line wasn't working at the time. Will definitley use their service another time! They charge .25$ for drying and it's 4 mins each. So basically for 1$ worth- it was 16 min dry time. I did have to run it two additional times to get it to fully dry, but I didn't mind. I started going here because it's the closest one to me and i heard it's not the worst. I've been here for about 5 times and each time I always notice something that i can't ignore because it's truly not fair. Whoever runs this place needs to check their workers they have people they know come in and just give them their money back. Doing it right in everyone faces. To add on, one time it was such a busy day and there was a washer not available because there was a sign stated it's "out of order" but then his friend came took off the sign and let her use it well how convenient for her. I absolutely LOVE this laundromat. They just replaced a lot of the washers and I haven't had an issue since the machines were replaced. The price isn't too bad for washing myself. I spend about $25 every time I come in and I usually wash about 3-4 loads of clothes, towels, bedding. They have a great laundry service where they wash, dry, and fold all your clothes for a fee. You just drop off your dirty laundry and it's ready within 1-2 business days. The price is based on weight and was twice as expensive than doing the same amount of laundry myself. Went in today and was disappointed, there's no hot water!!! People wash there dog beds, patients bedding, car wash rags, commercial cleaning mops....so hot water is needed to disinfect the washers. Over priced washers, dryers don't work and no hot water. Santa Ana has better laundry services than this place. read more

Went here about 4 days ago. Put a 20 dollar bill in the coin changer expecting I would get some $1 coins back but it was all quarters. By the time it had kicked out $13.75 worth of quarters it stopped working and the light signaling out of order turned on in red. The 1 saving grace for this place is that they have an attendant. She was able to reimburse me for the $6.25 the machine shorted me. Like the 1st review said, no washers and 50% not working. It's just a bad vibe overall. Really depressing and no signs of life here. It's the worst laundromat I've been to in a looong time. What a joke of a business. No love for the lower class in South OC, AKA White Flight. read more

This place has changed hands, aka "under new management," and it sucks. They have shifted to a wash and fold service business model. They basically put lipstick on a pig. Their genius move was to remove half the washing machines and replaced them with "counter space." They did add some of the not really bigger machines that cost more per wash. The normal sized machines have a 50% chance of being in working order. Not a fan of the new "direction" for thus place. read more
