I really hate doing laundry and OC Mobile Laundry took such a huge load off of my to-do list. I tried their services for the first time this week; I took advantage of their free pickup/delivery (please tip the staff!! they are amazing!) and set a laundry bag of dirty clothes out per my pickup schedule through the site. Company just stopped picking up laundry without any notice at all. Left VM to ask what was up and they finally texted to say they stopped pick up & delivery service. WTF? Maybe notify your customers before you do that?! Or even after! They just straight up ghosted regular customers. Edit: I spoke to the manager. He was very polite and apologetic he offered to make it right. I appreciated his approach very much. Right now I have clothes all of which will need to be steamed before wear, but there's not much that can be done about that. I started using the service and loved the results. I went away for Christmas vacation and when I got back went to the same website logged in and for some reason now Lucy's laundry was doing my laundry. I thought maybe they changed the name so I logged back in through Yelp and again got a text on the same number. I don't know if they contracted out or what happened but the product I got this time was awful. All of the clothes were wrinkled. My husband and I have been looking for a mobile laundry location for quite some time since we've moved in together here in Garden Grove. We chose to do the subscription plan with and had some questions and concerns about the way that the pricing was being handled, but they were able to clear everything up for us and give us some great customer support! I also love that when I give details for the way that I want them sheets and towels folded, they do it exactly as I ask. Example, fold towels in half and roll tightly. I am so thankful for yelp for connecting me to OC Mobile Laundry. I did get another email from another dry cleaning service but they were way expensive. I signed up for a consultation with OC Mobile and I got a phone call right away from Josh and he was awesome in answering my questions and letting me know that they pick up the laundry for free and have a 24 hours turnaround for a way better price (50% lower than the other dry cleaning place) and they would drop it off for free. Their app is super easy to set up and they text you when they are 10 minutes away. Today they dropped it off as promised and it was nicely folded and packaged and brought to my front door! I was recently recommended to this company By Amanda P. It was easy to set up an online account. They picked it up the very next day because it was later in the evening when I created the act. The driver was so kind! His name was Diego! I gave him a tip for being so helpful. I literally had about 11 bags and 95lbs roughly of laundry. A lot of sheets and towels , light throw blankets and maybe a. Load of clothes. I'm out of town for work and had a minor issue and Bee was so helpful I couldn't thank her enough. I figured I'd have to wait til Friday to get my stuff back but she helped me make it happen literally in schedule the very next day I'm super impressed and plan to use them for years to come and I will be telling others. Professional staff, elite customer service and the finished product is locked in...solid group. Felt embarrassed having 8 black bags of dirty laundry, including dress Shirts, flannels and even baseball pants. Shirts and flannels were clean, smelled fresh and were delivered on hangers. All other garments were NEATLY folded and came in a sealed plastic bag. After I placed my initial call they were at my house within 30 minutes and had all garments returned late morning.
