I really hate doing laundry and OC Mobile Laundry took such a huge load off of my to-do list. I tried their services for the first time this week; I took advantage of their free pickup/delivery (please tip the staff!! they are amazing!) and set a laundry bag of dirty clothes out per my pickup schedule through the site. I had my clothes back, beautifully folded and neatly placed in plastic bags that were contained in my laundry bag the next day. Totally going to use this service more regularly especially since booking is easy. Thank you! read more

Very weird experience. They messaged me immediately asking what I had, but no one will give me pricing. They keep stringing me along saying someone will message you or contact you shortly and having me confirm my phone number. Needless to say, I'm not trusting that kind of service to come pick up and return my clothes! read more

Company just stopped picking up laundry without any notice at all. Left VM to ask what was up and they finally texted to say they stopped pick up & delivery service. WTF? Maybe notify your customers before you do that?! Or even after! They just straight up ghosted regular customers. Really crappy way to do business and caused me a lot of issues with my uniforms (including leaving them on my porch all day because I had gotten the text they would be picking up last cycle but, they didn't). read more

Edit: I spoke to the manager. He was very polite and apologetic he offered to make it right. I appreciated his approach very much. Right now I have clothes all of which will need to be steamed before wear, but there's not much that can be done about that. I started using the service and loved the results. I went away for Christmas vacation and when I got back went to the same website logged in and for some reason now Lucy's laundry was doing my laundry. I thought maybe they changed the name so I logged back in through Yelp and again got a text on the same number. I don't know if they contracted out or what happened but the product I got this time was awful. All of the clothes were wrinkled. It looks like they were left in the dryer for a while before they were folded pictures below. Really disappointed I thought I'd found a service that was gonna be very, very helpful. read more

OC Mobile Laundry is great!!! They have saved me so much time! I have used them twice so far, and both times have had a TON of laundry- and they were still able to get it back to me by the next day! There was an error in pickup the driver went to the wrong apartment. When this was brought to the owner's attention she sent someone out to my house to pickup the laundry and they brought the clean laundry back the same day . My husband and I have been looking for a mobile laundry location for quite some time since we've moved in together here in Garden Grove. We chose to do the subscription plan with and had some questions and concerns about the way that the pricing was being handled, but they were able to clear everything up for us and give us some great customer support! I also love that when I give details for the way that I want them sheets and towels folded, they do it exactly as I ask. Example, fold towels in half and roll tightly. I am so thankful for yelp for connecting me to OC Mobile Laundry. I did get another email from another dry cleaning service but they were way expensive. I signed up for a consultation with OC Mobile and I got a phone call right away from Josh and he was awesome in answering my questions and letting me know that they pick up the laundry for free and have a 24 hours turnaround for a way better price (50% lower than the other dry cleaning place) and they would drop it off for free. Their app is super easy to set up and they text you when they are 10 minutes away. Today they dropped it off as promised and it was nicely folded and packaged and brought to my front door! My laundry was 37 lbs heavy and it saved me time and back aches haha. read more

I was recently recommended to this company By Amanda P. It was easy to set up an online account. They picked it up the very next day because it was later in the evening when I created the act. The driver was so kind! His name was Diego! I gave him a tip for being so helpful. I literally had about 11 bags and 95lbs roughly of laundry. A lot of sheets and towels , light throw blankets and maybe a. Load of clothes. I'm out of town for work and had a minor issue and Bee was so helpful I couldn't thank her enough. I figured I'd have to wait til Friday to get my stuff back but she helped me make it happen literally in schedule the very next day I'm super impressed and plan to use them for years to come and I will be telling others. I found that Yelp does not permit detailed pricing. Instead of giving OC Laundry a negative review for not providing detailed pricing, I should have given asked Yelp why not allow detailed pricing. This is my first time using a fluff and fold service and let me tell you I was not disappointed. I spoke with the owner Andre over the phone. I went the same day and dropped off my clothes. They were washed, folded, and delivered the next day to my house. I can not tell you how much this service has helped my life. I teach at a high school during the day, and I work in administration at night for an adult school. I have very little free time and this service is definitely worth the cost. Professional staff, elite customer service and the finished product is locked in...solid group. Felt embarrassed having 8 black bags of dirty laundry, including dress Shirts, flannels and even baseball pants. Shirts and flannels were clean, smelled fresh and were delivered on hangers. All other garments were NEATLY folded and came in a sealed plastic bag. After I placed my initial call they were at my house within 30 minutes and had all garments returned late morning. I've been searching for a good dry cleaners for my husband's suits and some of my clothing. Many places charge a high rate, have a long turnaround, poor customer service, or horrible service all together. A neighbor recommended I try OC MOBILE. I am impressed. The prices are more than reasonable, the staff is amazing, my clothes look and smell fresh and look professional AND it will save you all kinds of time and hassle because they do everything for you except hang them back in your closet. The pricing here is unbeatable and they do indeed use high quality products to wash your clothes. My laundry has never smelled so good. The clothes were folded nicely and extremely well-packed.
