I had a suit for example with clear simple instructions to simply press the collar of the jacket and not only was the simple instruction missed but moreso was laughed at when asked about the collar not being pressed upon pickup. Put this off as a mistake we all make from time to time and with caution went back another time today to drop off an expensive gown and hat etc made with silk velvet etc and got the distinct impression from the way the person at intake answered my questions that they had no ideal if they could dry clean an expensive garment. I called about 5 locations in OC that specialized in wedding dress cleaning and some either didn't get back to me or their price quote was out of my budget. Trust me when I tell you, Frank will take care of you. As soon as called them, I was given Frank's cellphone number for a quote on my dress. He picked it up the day I called him and kept me updated through the whole process of the dress cleaning. He also offers free drop off but I was easily able to stop by and pick it up. If you're not sure who to go with, go with him!! He also offers regular dry cleaning and tailoring. I lost some weight coming up to my wedding so I will definitely be bringing some of my pants over to him to get tailored.

I described several times the article of clothing in detail. He said Arnold was on vacation, so he called a woman. It was evident by how described the article of clothing he wasn't listening to me. She finally figured it out, and said the blouse was old and couldn't be repaired. This was a lie. I had just bought it. This company is disorganized, with slow delivery (one week), does not communicate with the customer when an update about an item occurs and lacks integrity by attempting to blame the customer for their article of clothing ~ Ralph Lauren blouse in excellent condition. If they had the courage they would call me and apologize and compensate for the cleaning, since THEY CAUSED THE DAMAGE. Be accountable. It's easier to keep an existing customer. Word gets around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANER. I have moved on and suggest everyone do the same. Note: If it's not easy for them and they make mistakes they beat the customers up and blame them and their article of clothing. This could have been handled in a much easier, friendlier fashion.

I've used like 10 other dry cleaners and no one is as good as Power Cleaners! Also, Power Cleaners offers a pickup and delivery service which we use all the time. They deliver/pickup from a large geographic area so even if you live farther away like in Newport Beach, you can still get their service super easy without leaving your home. I've been using Power Cleaners for over 5 years and they've never lost nor damaged anything. Everything is perfect and all of the employees are very nice and helpful.

I ended up paying $219, which is nearly the price of a suit itself! Again, don't get me wrong--the quality of their work and the speed of their dry cleaning service are exceptional. However, marking up alteration prices by approximately 50%-60% is simply not acceptable. Unless I receive some type of credit or adjustment from the owner, unfortunately, I will not be using their services again.
