I left and came here and they were able to get EVERY set in stain out for ~$35. My jaw dropped when I saw how clean it was - they made a badly stained dress look brand new. Forever grateful to these folks for restoring a dress with amazing wedding day memories. The staff were so kind and helpful too. Not enough great things to say about this place.

I've dry cleaned plenty of my suits here over the years, they've NEVER disappointed. I found an old white dress shirt that was ran through the washing machine and had some unsightly sweat stains on it, I bit the bullet and tried my luck here for their laundry service and WOW! It's nearly a whole new shirt! I pre-measured inseams for a few new pairs of pants to have them altered, took it in and they altered and dry cleaned my pants in maybe a day? Green Hanger rocks! This is my go-to since it's right on Macarthur too, take your business here!

I dropped off 20 pieces of clothing and was charged $488 for dry cleaning. I was completely shocked…read moreby the total. The explanation I received was that many of my dress shirts were designer brands, so they required "extra care" and were charged at a premium price. These were standard dress shirts that simply happened to have designer labels. There was nothing unusual about them that justified such excessive charges. I was never clearly informed that every designer item would incur a significantly higher fee. When I called to express my concerns, the owner offered me a 10% discount on a future visit. After being charged $488 for only 20 pieces of clothing, a future discount was not a meaningful solution. Why would I return after this experience? I strongly recommend that anyone considering this business ask for a detailed price estimate before leaving any clothing, especially if you own designer brands. In my opinion, the pricing was unreasonable, and I left feeling completely overcharged. I will not be returning.

I took the dress to HAMILTON CLEANERS, who removed the stain immediately without any issue. More recently, I brought in my husband's trousers that had a small chocolate smudge and a pencil mark. After the first attempt, the stains remained. They asked to redo the cleaning, so I gave them another chance. When I returned, the original stain area was surrounded by a large oily ring that had not been there before. When I raised the issue, I was told the ring had already been there when I dropped off the trousers, which is a lie. I was then asked to sign a form saying they are not at fault, which I refused. I was also told that no chemicals had been used, despite the obvious residue left behind. And when they called the person who cleaned it in Spanish he told them he used a chemical, and I understand Spanish. So they lied again. My experience has been that not only were STAINS NOT REMOVED but the clothes were DAMAGED WITH NEW CHEMICAL STAINS. THEY WILL ALSO LIE AND SAY THE MANAGER IS ON VACATION SO NOBODY ACTUALLY HELPS YOU Based on multiple experiences over several years, I would not trust this business with delicate or stained clothing.
