I had an incredible experience with Baroni Cleaners! I brought in my Fendi bag that had a yellow stain on the top, and they completely cleaned it and made it look brand new again. I honestly couldn't believe the difference! The service and communication were amazing from start to finish. They were very responsive, kept me updated throughout the process, and their pick-up and delivery service is SO convenient. I especially loved that they let you know when they're on their way and provide a live ETA update. Incredible service, communication, and honesty. Evan is truly the best! I highly recommend Baroni Cleaners to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their items. I'll definitely be using them again for all my luxury bags! read more

I can't say enough good things about Baroni's Dry Cleaners! I recently brought in two pairs of suit slacks to be tailored after dropping from a 36" to a 33" waist. Resizing pants by three full inches without ruining the cut or proportions requires serious skill, and Baroni's nailed it. They look like they were custom made for me--the fit is absolutely spot-on. On top of the alterations, they pressed my new suit to total perfection. Professional work, great attention to detail, and top-tier service. If you need quality alterations or crisp dry cleaning, look no further! read more

Terrific experience working with Baroni Cleaners. Had a wedding dress that needed to be pressed. The turn around was Friday to Monday, giving us time to breathe and focus on other tasks. The communication was stellar all around. Via phone with Evan, text updates that included driver location. Pick up and delivery service was so helpful during the run-up to the wedding, as both the bride and groom were out of state. Totally recommend. read more

This is an update to my original review following my good-faith attempts to reach a fair and reasonable resolution with Baroni Cleaners. After discovering damage to my garment following their cleaning services, I made repeated efforts to resolve the issue directly and professionally. I spoke with a representative on the phone identifying himself as "Evan," who was not only dismissive of the damage and rude, but also refused to escalate the issue to anyone above him, repeatedly stating, "I am the manager," and "you will need to subpoena anyone above me." This initial interaction was obstructive and vexing, and it set the tone for what followed. Rather than engaging in straightforward resolution, Baroni Cleaners escalated the matter by invoking and copying a purported attorney and law firm in subsequent correspondence in a manner that conveyed legal representation, coercive pressure, and intimidation. These communications included threats of legal consequences and civil action for refusing to remove my honest and accurate review documenting the damage to my garment and my experience with the company. Their emails were written in imposing legalistic language and accompanied by a proposed "settlement contract." The proposed "settlement terms" were conditioned on removal of any existing reviews, permanent non-disparagement barring me from posting any future reviews, confidentiality provisions effectively preventing me from sharing information even in pursuit of outside legal remedies, and restrictions on sharing evidence--all as a condition of compensation. These demands were paired with suggestions that truthful consumer reviews or good-faith chargebacks could expose me to legal consequences. I subsequently noticed that the email address used for their purported counsel repeatedly bounced back as undeliverable, which prompted me to investigate and verify the legitimacy of this representation. That inquiry revealed that the cited attorney and law firm, in fact, have no association with Baroni Cleaners whatsoever and provided no representation or advice in this dispute. The attorney later confirmed in writing, copying Baroni Cleaners, that they do not and have never represented Baroni Cleaners, had no involvement in this matter, and did not authorize the use of their name or email address in any capacity. This confirmation was unequivocal. I found Baroni's response to my attempts at fair resolution deeply troubling for multiple reasons. In consumer disputes, such speech-restrictive provisions are widely recognized as legally unenforceable and contrary to established public policy and consumer protection law. Businesses are not entitled to condition compensation for service disputes on the surrender of lawful consumer speech or statutory protections. When these concerns were directly raised, Baroni withdrew its prior posturing along with any offer of compensation for the damage, denying they had implied fictitious legal representation despite the record, and unilaterally declaring the "matter closed" without addressing the seriousness of these actions, their implications, or the core of the original dispute: my destroyed garment, for which no satisfactory remedy has been provided. What occurred here did not arise from mutual disagreement or ordinary hard bargaining. It arose after a customer sought fair resolution and was met instead with aggressive legal posturing and coercive tactics to intimidate them out of seeking fair resolution. That is why I am documenting this publicly, and why the full record of correspondence has been forwarded to the appropriate local authorities for independent investigation. Customers deserve to know not only how a business performs when transactions go smoothly, but how it responds when issues arise. Based on this experience, I urge caution. read more

Used Baroni Cleaners a few times now recommended by a neighbor! We've been so happy with the ease of collection, and drop off and paying. But of course the quality of the cleaning is awesome too! Thanks for making it easy for us busy families :) read more

Baroni Cleaners is hands-down the best cleaner I've tried in OC and they are miles ahead of the competition in many ways, including their free pickup and delivery service (I just leave a small tip), they actually provide a complimentary custom laundry bag for customers to use on future orders, they keep the customer updated via text message and email the whole time and I think this amounted to about 7-8 total contact points per order, and they are able to respond to inquires via text (although it might not be immediate). The clothes felt truly clean although the smell was just acceptable (not a fresh and clean smell but not bad). Overall, for anyone looking for a convenient and top-notch dry cleaning company, it doesn't get better than Baroni! read more

Scheduled a pick up online and they came to my door and had everything back in two days looking great! Prices were super reasonable and they even gave me a free dry cleaning bag for future orders. Now I just text them to pick up, so easy! Highly recommend read more

Been looking for Baroni Cleaners since Laguna Hills Mall closed. They only pick up, yet tailor is the same gentleman, and it's what I needed for my jeans. They tailored every single one since before Covid, perfectly. Best price in town, in my opinion, plus they come to you. ETA helps me plan ahead to meet for service. Polite, friendly and super helpful gentleman arrived to validate it is still the same business. Can't wait to send over more clothes and dry cleaning needs. Thank you for tailoring me jeans, and scrubs, and service, everything looks fantastic! read more

Love Baroni. Fast, 10/10 service and competitively priced. I tried a couple local dry cleaners before landing on Baroni as my forever dry cleaners read more

Ran into an issue where I needed pants hemmed and dry cleaning done at the same time. Most places make you do separate trips but Baroni handled it all in one pickup. Scheduled online, they came Wednesday, had everything back Friday. The hemming was done well - $18 per pair which seemed fair and I didn't have to leave my house. My shirts looked great too. What I really appreciated was how responsive they were when I texted asking about the alterations. Got answers right away which made it easy to move forward. Quality was good across the board. Will definitely use them again. read more

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned by Baroni Cleaners and they were dedicated to talking their time ensuring proper care of my gown. I had small spots on my dress as it was a sample dress and the spots are not completely gone after my cleaning. They are sure to communicate with you and are quick to respond. I will definitely use their service again. Pick up and drop off was seamless and turn around is quick! Took just under a week. read more

Last minute panic mode - had a job interview and realized my only suit had been sitting in the back of my closet for months looking rough. Found Baroni through a quick Google search and they actually answered when I texted them asking if they could help. They picked up that afternoon and had it back the next morning. Interview went great (got the job actually!) and my suit looked brand new. Really saved me there. Customer service was excellent and they didn't charge extra for the rush even though I was basically begging. Evan was super helpful and made it happen. Can't thank them enough! read more

Finally found a reliable cleaner that comes to my door. Won't go anywhere else. Perfect value for money.

Super convenient, excellent service, and my clothing came back perfect. I'll never trust anyone else with my dry cleaning!

This company has impeccable customer care. All their pricing is clearly laid out, they pick up your items directly from you and bring them back! Today, I forgot to put my clothes out (completely my fault), I texted their team and asked if there was any way they could come towards the end of the pick up window, they texted back right away and said they'd have their driver make my house his last stop so that I could get home to put my clothes out. Super friendly, very caring and I won't go anywhere else. They're awesome! Thank you Baroni! read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to for this one. I tried Baroni after a neighbor recommended them and was honestly really impressed. I scheduled everything online, they picked up from my front door, and a couple days later my clothes came back clean and pressed. What stood out to me was that they use non toxic, chemical free, and organic cleaning something I didn't even realize I cared about until I saw (and smelled) the difference. There was no harsh dry cleaning smell at all, which I appreciated. They even gave me a free reusable dry cleaning bag for future orders, which makes the process even easier. I also found out they offer rug cleaning and sneaker cleaning, so I'll probably try that next. Shoutout to Evan for being super helpful and making everything simple from start to finish. Definitely sticking with them it's rare to find a service that's this convenient and thoughtful. read more

Evan was so pleasant to communicate with from start to finish. I initially needed my son's jeans hemmed so I reached out. Despite the business being in the process of relocating and not taking in any alteration orders at the moment and only dry cleaning orders, Evan made it happen. Amazing! Just a few quick clicks on their website and my son's jeans (8! in total) along with a few other bottoms added for hemming, 9 of my husband's dress shirts, and a heavy duty Cal King duvet cover were all picked up within a few hours and delivered back with absolute care and perfection within the time frame advertised on their website. Again, amazing! I am definitely recommending this business to you all and I am staying with this business as a customer! read more

Great service, will be returning. I am pleasantly surprised. Huge shout out to the Baroni's!

I recently sent in 3 pieces to be dry-cleaned and 2 pants to be hemmed. I had never chosen to choose a service like this, and Baroni was the best place to introduce me to it! I was met with fast response times, questions answered, and clean, beautiful clothing. I also am in awe of the speed of the service. They really went the extra mile to take care of me! read more
