My go-to dry cleaner for the last 2 years! Turnaround for the clothes is 3 days max, always on time and squeaky clean. Impressive considering I bring a lot of Japanese fashion pieces here in large batches (5 to 7 at a time), and those dresses are SUPER ornate which you'd expect to take longer. I even brought in a shirt with a missing button and it was replaced with a super duper close match without me asking (this kind of button is really embellished and would've been hard to find an exact copy of, so they did pretty well)! Beto is incredibly kind and personable behind the counter. Very professional, makes sure everything's accounted for, and will always ask how you're doing if you're a regular. As someone who used to work in hospitality, I can definitely say that his customer service is cream of the crop. Your clothes will be in good hands. May this location always stay in business! read more

$47 for dry-cleaning 3 maxi dresses - one with tough oil stains that took multiple tries to clean - is a deal especially when you take into account the amazing staff and convenient location. I come in because Beto makes me feel like a community member and friend, and it's fun practicing Spanish with him! Highly recommend for professionalism and quality work. read more

I highly recommend Paradise for your dry cleaning service. I've been a customer for 15 years. They have never lost or damaged any of my garments and have gotten out stains I thought were impossible! Thier prices are a good value and the customer service is AMAZING! read more

Berto has the best service! Always gets the clothes cleaned on time and I have been a client here for years.

Came to Paradise Cleaners because it was the closest option to me. I am more than happy with my service. Beto explained everything clearly to me, considering I was a first time customer. The turn around time for my clothing was quick, and the checkout process was smooth. I'd absolutely come back again. read more

I really had good experience with this cleansers! He is very friendly and kind. I got my dress hemmed and it was reasonable price. I highly recommend this place. Also, they have same day pick up which is very convenient. read more

Great customer service! Today I came in with shorts that had a button with the string attaching it coming loose. It was a minor one-minute job, and he did it right there on the spot for me. He came back, handed me the shorts, and didn't charge me a dime. I go in to Paradise Cleaners whenever I need a button sewn back on and they get it right every time for a very fair price. I'm going to keep on returning as long as I live nearby. They have earned my business. read more

Got my pants hemmed and it only took 2 days. Pressed my pants for me too so they look great!

Absolutely LOVED my experience here! I was about a week out for a big wedding trip to Mexico, had just bought some new clothes that didn't quite fit right. I had two collared shirts, and three pairs of pants tailored here. The service was quick and easy, and it was ready for pickup EARLY! Which was only two days later!! I would have been so bummed going on a trip with clothes that didn't fit. Paradise cleaners not only saved me but have established themselves as my go-to for all tailoring needs! All my clothes were perfectly wrinkle-free at pick up. Extremely affordable prices as well! Only $17 per clothing item. Will definitely be coming back here!! read more

Beto gives the best service! Fast, and at a good price! Always welcoming and kind, and helpful! Cannot see myself going anywhere else :)

I have been going here for years. Beto is the best. He makes sure the clothes are ready the next day if I need them quickly and I have never had an issue with the quality at all. I have also had some holes in my jeans mended. AWESOME PLACE. read more

They over charge without asking you , we sent shirts just for laundry and without telling us they did dry clean and charged double

I've been going to Paradise Cleaners for nearly 20 years and have been very happy with their service. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Beto is very friendly and provides wonderful service. Even though I have moved out of the area, I continue to go to Paradise due to Beto' service. read more

Beto has provided an excellent service. Very straight forward with what needed to be done. Had everything in a timely matter, very fair pricing. Very Happy with the results read more

This is the worst cleaner I have ever dealt with , they over charge if you are not paying attention and they do it intentionally, I tried and ask them to correct the mistake they laughed , this not just happened to me it happen to couple of my friends and the quality is not that great even they are one of the most expensive cleaner read more

Fast and friendly! Quality work at a fair price. Lalalalalalalalala hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Amazing service! my clothes came back spotless . The staff is friendly and always willing to help. HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for a reliable dry cleaner. read more

Please do not make the same mistake as I did. This cleaners establishment scammed me. I just gave them my suits without checking how many he charged me. I gave him 2 suits and was charged for 4 suits. Like a dummy I didn't notice until I left. I came back to let them know, and the cashier nervously laughed saying I already told you the price and I told him I will leave a review if don't fix it. And he was ok with that so here I am. Anyways don't be dumb like me and make sure they don't overcharge you because they will abuse you with a smile on their face. Never coming back here again, it's the closest to my house but I don't deal with scammers. read more

Paradise Cleaners is located close to my office so it's great for convenient drop off/pick up before/after work. I don't think the prices for women's items (dresses, etc.) are the cheapest around, but there is the convenience factor! They always clean my clothes quickly and even do minor repairs if you need. Beto is a great employee, always very helpful and kind when you walk in. I really appreciate a place with a friendly face greeting you and remembering who you are when you walk in. read more

$7 per sweater and $6.50 per shirt. For the price (and stunning reviews), you would think they'd do a great job. Shirt came out still wrinkled. Need to pay extra to remove the creases. Also, the 25% discount promised was not honored. I mean, if you can't extend the discount, I'd rather be told than lied to. He probably thought I'd be stupid enough to not be able to do basic math. Definitely not coming back and not recommending this place. read more

I brought in a suit to get dry cleaned and the gentleman was extremely rude to me. He asked me how old the suit was and how long it had been dirty and was extremely disrespectful to his paying customer. I took my suit and walked back out the door to a dry cleaners around the block. I will not be coming back to this establishment. read more

This place is so awesome! They are so fast with my hubby clothes. They knows how to make us happy and will recommend this location

Professional, quick and accommodating. At the last minute, in a bind these guys turned my request around in less that 24 hours to accommodate my business travel plans. A big thank you to the staff @ Paradise Cleaners! read more

I took in 4 items for the first time: two pull over sweater tops, a t shirt, and a polo. I was charged extra for the t-shirt and polo, both of which are simply cotton, because the brand is "fancy," as written on the receipt. The polo and a sweater returned looking as if little was done to them, with wrinkles and new stains. On principle I will not frequent a place that upcharges me due to the brand of a shirt when there is nothing otherwise unique about the shirt (i.e. not a delicate material). I especially won't when the same shirts are not even taken care of. I won't be returning read more

I always take my dry cleaning here for over 4 years and they always deliver. I'm usually there about once every 2 weeks to get my dress shirts taken care of. Prices are reasonable and the owner is one of the hardest working guys I've seen. He's there everyday to greet customers and take care of the shop. read more

I've been coming to Paradise for the last 10 years or so. My husband wears dress slacks and a dress shirt daily for work and it takes too long to iron (pure laziness), so we go to these cleaners every other week. I'm really happy with their service and I've never had a problem with our clothes. Beto is super nice and friendly. I don't think that guy ever takes a day off! Used to go to a different place before this and our shirts would come back stretched out of shape. I thought it was just a normal thing that happens over time. That never happens here. Paradise is the way to go for your dry cleaning/laundry service needs! read more

Service is always fast and friendly! Reasonable price and I feel safe leaving my nicer clothes with these guys. Only place in Irvine I will go. The location is convenient and I love the great work they do here! read more

My sister accidentally stained her silk blend dress with baby oil. The gentleman working the front desk (unfortunately didn't get his name) was so polite and sweet and promised he'd try his best to get out the oil. We knew it was a long shot and even though it wasn't fully gone, it was a lot better!! We really appreciate how nice he handled the whole situation and even recommended we dye the dress black so the stain won't be noticeable. Definitely will be coming back!! read more

The gentleman at the front desk is extremely welcoming! I brought in a nice formal, mocha dress that got covered in dark chocolate. I was worried that they were not going to able to get it back to its original look. The nice gentleman told me that they were going to do everything possible to clean it. I got it back today and I could not be anymore happier. My dress is chocolate-free! I definitely recommend this place to anyone. read more

Another dirty lying cheater Orange County "cleaners". Took three items to be dry cleaned. Not one of them was actually even ATTEMPTED TO BE CLEANED. A shirt that has only been worn once without any major stains was not even cleaned. A jacket was not even cleaned. A pair of pants not even cleaned. Stay away from these dirty lying thieves. read more

Do nor recommend!!! Never come back again!!! I bring my brand new with tag Thom Browne to there. When I get home I found the damage. There have deep scratch on the mental. read more

Came here over the weekend to get my coat tailored and cleaned. When I arrived, Beto (the gentleman behind the front desk) told me that because of the type of coat it was, he wouldn't be able to do the tailoring properly. Normally that'd be a disappointment, however he was kind enough to call a nearby shop for me and verify they'd be able to take my coat in that day and have it done by the following day. Once he got off the phone, I went to the place I was referred to and then picked it up the next day. I took it back to Paradise at that point to have it cleaned and just picked it up today. I couldn't be more happy with the experience I had. Even though I had to go somewhere else to have the suit tailored, I'm extremely pleased that Beto was kind enough to go out of his way to assure that I was taken care of, even if it wasn't at his store. He could've easily said he couldn't tailor the suit and then leave me to figure it out, but he didn't. He went the extra mile and I'm extremely grateful. I'll definitely be coming back for all of my dry cleaning needs read more

The guy that he posted his photo on this yelp page I think he's one of the employees or the manger I'm not sure, he is unprofessional and very rude person i told him you charge me to much for one shirt there is a place close by charges me half of the price and he said just go back there I don't care. He could said something better. read more

Thank You Paradise Cleaners for restoring my beloved Lakers Jacket! I would like to give a special shoutout to the owner, Beto, who is extremely professional and reassured me that he would do his best to remove any unwanted stains from my jacket. I'll be honest, I wasn't sure if the yellow stains would be able to be removed, but I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my jacket. It looks brand new! I will definitely be coming back again! read more
