Impressive considering I bring a lot of Japanese fashion pieces here in large batches (5 to 7 at a time), and those dresses are SUPER ornate which you'd expect to take longer. I even brought in a shirt with a missing button and it was replaced with a super duper close match without me asking (this kind of button is really embellished and would've been hard to find an exact copy of, so they did pretty well)! Beto is incredibly kind and personable behind the counter. Very professional, makes sure everything's accounted for, and will always ask how you're doing if you're a regular. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. This cleaners establishment scammed me. I just gave them my suits without checking how many he charged me. I gave him 2 suits and was charged for 4 suits. Like a dummy I didn't notice until I left. I came back to let them know, and the cashier nervously laughed saying I already told you the price and I told him I will leave a review if don't fix it. And he was ok with that so here I am. I took in 4 items for the first time: two pull over sweater tops, a t shirt, and a polo. I was charged extra for the t-shirt and polo, both of which are simply cotton, because the brand is "fancy," as written on the receipt. The polo and a sweater returned looking as if little was done to them, with wrinkles and new stains. On principle I will not frequent a place that upcharges me due to the brand of a shirt when there is nothing otherwise unique about the shirt (i.e. not a delicate material). My husband wears dress slacks and a dress shirt daily for work and it takes too long to iron (pure laziness), so we go to these cleaners every other week. Came here over the weekend to get my coat tailored and cleaned. When I arrived, Beto (the gentleman behind the front desk) told me that because of the type of coat it was, he wouldn't be able to do the tailoring properly. Normally that'd be a disappointment, however he was kind enough to call a nearby shop for me and verify they'd be able to take my coat in that day and have it done by the following day. Once he got off the phone, I went to the place I was referred to and then picked it up the next day. I took it back to Paradise at that point to have it cleaned and just picked it up today. I couldn't be more happy with the experience I had. Even though I had to go somewhere else to have the suit tailored, I'm extremely pleased that Beto was kind enough to go out of his way to assure that I was taken care of, even if it wasn't at his store. He could've easily said he couldn't tailor the suit and then leave me to figure it out, but he didn't. He went the extra mile and I'm extremely grateful.
