I like that they have a parking spot designated tor the dry cleaners too! (Even though they have plenty of parking spots) When I came to pick up my suit jacket the next day, it was ready as promised. One thing to note is there is a 3% surcharge for credit cards, so bring cash if it's an option for you. I got this dry cleaned and during the process they called me to let me know that the dry clean cause the tassels to come off. Not only did they call right away and was sincere about the issue they immediately provided a solution of replacing the tassels with a very close match. They even sent me photos of 2 different options. It was pretty custom so I'm shocked of how well they fixed it. It looked completely fine by the time I got it back and they lasted till this day. I truly appreciate the staff and all the great work they do in handling my clothes. I also really appreciate that I've never had anything lost too. That has happened to me before at another dry cleaner so again this place is my ONLY go to. I've already referred my coworker and my parents that still go here too. Last note, I also love the location. It's a little far from my house but I like getting treats and coffee at Paris baguette next door.
