When it's busy, it's not great. One day I had an employee take my stuff out of the washer when it was literally 3 min after it ended bc another customer told him to. I had that same employee question why I am drying on low then no heat. I was only using 1 dryer and he claimed I was taking a long time to dry...it was total 45 min. Tonight, is what made me come here to write a new review. I went to wash 2 loads but the smallest washer was being used. So I did one load and when I came back the small washer was available at 8:54p, I was about to load it and the employee cleaning stopped me saying 8:50p was the last load. I looked at the time and said isn't it 9pm, and she said no, 8:50p even though the WEBSITE and FRONT DOOR says 9pm. I know it's bc there was one only other family almost done drying and this girl wants to go home. Not fair or good business. I didn't argue, just took my load that had just finished to the dryer and started it. But the inconsistency is not fair. We do laundry here weekly, sometimes more.

It was one of the lowest quotes I received as well as the quickest response which I really appreciated. This dry cleaner is located in a cute center diagonal from Pinnacle at MacArthur. I like that they have a parking spot designated tor the dry cleaners too! (Even though they have plenty of parking spots) When I came to pick up my suit jacket the next day, it was ready as promised. The suit jacket looked in good condition and was well cared for. Frank even offered me still or sparkling water. One thing to note is there is a 3% surcharge for credit cards, so bring cash if it's an option for you. I recommend Crest Cleaners and will be taking my suit jacket back to be cleaned after the wedding.

The place is spotless, all the machines are always so clean. If there's a problem with any machine there's a notice on it tagging it to let you know not to use it and the problem is usually taken care of before my next visit. There are so many machines in so many capacities, both washers and dryers. They also have machines for pets! The people I've spoken to that take care of the place are very nice and always happy to help you with any concerns. The price might be the main reason for the low amount of stars but personally, I think they definitely deserve no less than 4 stars at the least.

I definitely recommend stopping by next door (7 eleven) for any laundry stuff you may have forgotten to bring for doing laundry.
