I went on their website and booked with Jennifer from South OC! She did a phenomenal job! I was hesitant at first, never using a service like this before, I decided to try it. I had dirty laundry piling up, and I didn't want to go to a laundromat. And afterwards, getting my clean folded laundry back, I wasn't disappointed! Very effective and efficient! My clothes arrived fresh and very clean, in a timely manner. I felt that the price was a little high, but I was desperate for clean clothes. Overall, I felt that it was so worth it!! I was washing all of my white blankets, towels, and expensive quilts in Machine #36 when it just kept spinning and never actually began the wash cycle. I had also paid extra for the Ultra Wash option. I went to let the staff know the machine wasn't working. One employee came over and tried to help but didn't seem to know how to resolve the issue. She noticed I had selected the Ultra Wash with hot water and then informed me that there was no hot water. If there was no hot water, then I didn't receive the wash cycle I paid for. I explained that these were my white blankets, towels, and quilts, and I wanted to make sure they were properly cleaned. I asked if they could simply restart the machine so I could rewash everything, but I was told they couldn't. Then Martha stepped in, and unfortunately her attitude was very dismissive. She again stated there was no hot water and said the best she could do was give me a rinse cycle. She also told me that if I had informed them before starting the machine, they would have refunded me. How was I supposed to know there wasn't any hot water before I started the wash? What upset me the most wasn't the machine malfunction--it was the lack of concern for the customer. Instead of trying to make things right, Martha told me I could go to the laundromat across the street. I had just spent well over $60 washing my laundry, including $15 for a single washer load (DOUBLE WASH), only to be told to take my business somewhere else. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply expected to receive the service I paid for and to have confidence that my laundry was washed correctly. Instead, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude that made me feel like my business didn't matter. To make matters worse, after our conversation, the employees gathered together and appeared to be talking about me. Every time I walked by, I could see their reactions, which made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable. I still had several loads of laundry to finish, but instead of feeling like a valued customer, I felt unwelcome and embarrassed. The owner has always been kind and has always seemed to genuinely care about customers, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I have a hard time believing they would approve of the way this situation was handled or how I was treated. I sincerely hope Martha receives additional customer service training so that no other customer is made to feel the way I did.

Please note, you need to use your laundry card for the restroom so you are technically paying to use their facilities. Our laundry came out fresh and clean, no wrinkles! I definitely recommend stopping by next door (7 eleven) for any laundry stuff you may have forgotten to bring for doing laundry. I spoke to Mike initially about getting the patch removed and he was honest about it potentially leaving a mark where the patch was initially sewn on, which I didn't mind. The turnaround rate for the services was approximately 5 days, though I did say it was a no rush service. Not sure if it would have been more expensive had I not said that. Either way, satisfied with how both requests turned out. It was around $12 for removal and $14 for sewing on.
