I had 3 pairs of pants hemmed all three pairs were dragging on the floor with the same shoes on. I went back and told them. Wearing the same shoes again they altered them again. When I went to pick them up the second time they charged me for all of them again. To get 3 pairs of pants hemmed the total was $100. These people will screw up and blame you for their mistake and charge you double. If you feel like being ripped off go here. Danny's cleaner's are much better and they're easier to deal with. These guys are deceitful. They don't honor any of the rates they say. I took my dress for alteration. I was quoted a labor rate what I thought was reasonable. But when I picked up my dress- it was $15 more than I was quoted. They claim because the dress had multiple layers. They had examined the dress before quoting me the price to alter. My work recently transferred me to the area and I was in need of a new cleaners on my way to work/home. This cleaners seemed to be one of the better cleaners along Chapman, but each time I drop off my shirts, they continually want to charge different prices. Other cleaners that I have used have always had one price for my hang up shirts. This cleaner's idea is that if a men's hang up shirt is a shirt that would NOT be worn with a tie, it is more expensive to launder, regardless that it is the same material. Most recently when I picked up my shirts, they had spots on them. The store 'laundered' the shirts and when I picked them up, they told me that the shirts would have to be dry-cleaned to get the spots out. With so many options up and down Chapman Blvd, I would think that Cleaners would be more focused on customer service and quality of workmanship. read more

Our shirts always look fresh and new and they are always done on time. The owners and employees are all friendly and courteous.
