I have been a customer of this lady since she bought Continental Cleaners many years ago. That location had always had a known problem of breaking buttons on men's dress shirts. The previous owners were aware and always replaced the buttons at no cost. The new owner, a Pakistani lady, was aware and also honored replacing damaged buttons at no cost, which I appreciate, but it was still an inconvenience to be getting ready for work and having to change shirts because buttons were broken or missing. I always try to support local small businesses, so I dealt with the inconvenience. She recently moved to this new location, Another Cleaners. I had shirts from the old location with broken and missing buttons so I brought them in with an order and asked that they replace them, per the usual. When I went to pick them up, I was told I needed to pay for the buttons so I asked to speak to the owner. She was very rude. She argued with me saying her customers know buttons break during the cleaning process and she charges them. She also started telling me my buttons were cheap and my shirts were old, neither being true. I bought these shirts from Nordstrom and had them tailored. She went on to boast that she does all the shirts for the local dry cleaners, suggested no matter where I take my business, she would be cleaning my shirts. To make matters worse, she charged me for the buttons and didn't even replace them all. I would strongly reccomend everyone to avoid this dry cleaners. I had been coming here since 2005. The older owner gentlemen was not only running a great business but was a very kind human. Based on that mans legacy, I drive past several dry cleaners to go to Another Cleaners. Until now. Today, I had one of the worst customer service experiences that I can remember. I took a mens dress suit to get cleaned here a few months ago (not a high end luxury suit, but not a cheap suit either). I went to wear it a few days ago and noticed that the coat was mine but the suit pants had been been switched to another pant (another brand and another size). So I returned them today and the man there said, "I can't do anything about it" I said, "That is your protocol, you lost my pants and you can't do anyting about it?" He said, "when did you bring it in?" I said, "I have no idea, I only come here". He said, "I don't know you well". I said, "I have been coming here for 15 years, I know no other dry cleaner" He said, "you don't come in here often" I said, "I wear t-shirts to work, I don't have a need to come in often. "So then I said, "In order for you to to address giving away my pants, I need to come in every week?" He had no response. He was also on his cell phone the entire duration of the time I was speaking with him. So in summary, if you encounter an issue here, you will likely get a smug response from the man who works here. No sympathy, no customer service, no attempt to resolve, just a smug little response. If you want my advice, you should move on and find "Another Cleaner" besides this one. I will recover financially from Another Cleaners losing my suit pants, but I not sure if I will ever forget the lack of customer service experienced today. read more

Price isn't everything. I left some stuff to be done while of town. It sat for about 4 weeks. When I finally picked it up I noticed my white dress shirt and a few items were dirty. The girl at the counter was very helpful...however her boss (older Indian guy) was not. His response was "it's not my problem". Loosing a customer over a $3 do over of a shirt!!! I have literally spent hundreds of dollars in cleaning here. I will never comeback again. The lack of consideration for the customers items is terrible. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! read more

I've been coming here for about 5yrs and never had issues with service. Reasonable rates and only takes a day or two to have clothes ready.

I've been going to this cleaners for probably about two years now and I couldn't wish for any better. The people are extremely friendly, never have an issue with my clothes and a GREAT price. Can't really ask for anything more than that. read more

This place is one of the only places that press clothes n the weekend! I went to local other cleaners and they all said a week was needed as they send out their clothes for someone else to do the work. Basically they are all middle contacts so you get charged someone else's fee plus the mark up cut. Or...come here and pay one fee as they do everything themselves! Great quick service! Thank you! Not only is this place over priced they also lack in customer service and overall quality and pride in their work. I took in a few pairs of clothing items to be altered hemmed and dry cleaned. My mistake was that I did not check their work when I left after picking up my items. When I got home I inspected my dress and my dress was only hemmed half way and they did not dry clean my dress. The hem around my dress needed to be sewn all the way around. Well their lazy employees only hemmed the back. Total cost for hemming and dry cleaning was $15. When I took my dress back to the cleaners a small Indian man argued with me that I did not pay for dry cleaning. Luckily I kept my receipt and I clearly paid $5 for dry cleaning. My dress was dry cleaned but the hemming was still pretty awful. I had to take my dress to my regular dry cleaner who always does an awesome job. Be sure to skip this place and find ANOTHER cleaner. read more

The comment by S.M. is obviously a competitor because this place is extremely fast and efficient. In and out within under one minute...ALWAYS. Never a line because they are so quick. Staff is friendly and always smiling. It's a shame when comments like S.M. are not accurate of such a great cleaners. The new owner has taken over the store and remodeled the front shop and painted etc etc. I will be back 100%. read more

I always had good experiences for years. After they moved a few units in late 2014, they lost 4 pants and 7 shirts and left black sharpie marks on two shirts. I will not ever patronize again unfortunately. read more

This placed changed owners last year (5/2010 approximately) and the service and quality has gone down. I've personally experienced clothes not coming back clean (creme slacks with a dirty tinge); several instances of "double creases" in pants from slopping pressing and most recently they lost $54 sweater! Almost all of the experienced staff has been replaced with the new owner's family members. Drop off and pick up used to be smooth and effortless, but now I can plan on 10-15 minutes for a large order and have to make double sure of the number and type of items I dropped off. The good news is that since their popularity is seems to be waning, there is never a long line of customers like there was before. read more

The staff here is great (very friendly and efficient) and the prices are reasonable. I've been taking my clothes here for awhile, and I actually go out of way to do business here. However, I'm reconsidering my decision. Over the years, I've caught calculation errors in my bill with the latest occurrence happening recently. They may have been innocent errors by the Owner, but I have my doubts because this has happened several times. The calculation errors are immaterial, but it's the mistrust that bothers me. Really hope these were just innocent errors. read more

I have been using this cleaner for about 8 years, I have found them to be very fair on pricing and they do a great job on my cleaning. They gave me a wrong shirt 1 time and I took it back, they were so happy and they found my shirt, so no problem. I use them at least 1 every 2 weeks. read more
