5/6 between 4-5pm. The older guy cleaning made me and my son uncomfortable. He kept trying to clean near and around my child when I had my back turned to the point where I had to get in between them. And I asked him if he had kids he got all up in my face asking why. all of a sudden he only speaks Spanish. He put his hand on my kids shoulders said something and walked away and came back trying to sweep near me and my kids feet. Maybe your LG washing machine is flashing a strange error code and off you go to Yelp to find a nearby laundromat. LaunDream in Placentia is a very good spot to solve these types of issues. Upon a couple visits here- this place is pretty spotless, bright, and offers convenient in-app payment and notifications when your washer is done. Located in a strip mall, there are convenient coffee, bagel and lunch options a few steps away. I stuck mainly to using the commercial side load washers and there were plenty of open machines- but keep in mind the top load washers seemed a lot busier and had customers waiting by them. And just to reiterate, because purchases can be made in the FasCard app via CC- you don't have to worry about lugging in a bag of quarters. Super convenient! read more

We've been coming here for several weeks now while waiting for repairs on our laundry room. The place is mostly clean, with plenty of washers and dryers to choose from. It's located in a nice, quiet commercial center with small shops, cafés, and snack spots nearby, which makes waiting more convenient. However, about three weeks ago, we had an issue where one of the washing machines took our money twice due some system Error. At the same time, we deposited money into a dryer three times before realizing it wasn't heating at all. Luckily, their IT person happened to be on-site and helped us report the problem to management. He assured us someone would follow up. A week went by--no call. We ended up calling the company ourselves and also reported the issue through their loyalty card app. Still, no response. We returned yesterday, and fortunately, Bonnie the manager was there. She helped us immediately and credited our account for the amount we lost. She was great, and we really appreciated her taking care of it on the spot. That said, I don't think it's acceptable that no one from the company followed up with us for three weeks. It felt like our complaint was ignored, and if we hadn't run into Bonnie, we probably never would've heard back. Will we return? Yes--mainly because it's convenient for us, the location is safe, and the facility is generally well-kept. But we hope they improve their customer service response moving forward. read more

Bonnie and Saul are the managers here and they are both very friendly and helpful. I'm new to the laundromat and Bonnie took time to happily show me how to use the machines and show me features I was unaware of. They also have good Gen X music playing haha. This location is very clean, has plenty of rolling laundry carts for use and a ton of machines and plenty of Mega size machines as well. I will be using this location and highly recommend to others as well. Oh and a perk, there's a coffee shop next door too. read more

This laundry mat is very clean. They have laundry detergent and softener to purchase which is convenient if you run out. The machines take your ATM/credit card so you don't have to stress about getting quarters. It's $3.00 a load to wash. read more

I'm new to area looking around for a laundromat and was glad to have found LaunDreamLaundromat location near Placentia. The place is clean and machines don't have mildew smell! My only issue was their dryers always lost money with their coin operation not working. Frustrated that after trying to get 3 dryer to work. $1.25 each It didn't start, also unable to adjust temperature control. I called the phone number listed and spoke to Bonnie. She picked up the phone but her 'landline had issues' unable to hear her, so had to call me back on her cell#. When she did she right away apologized, understood problem and took care of the matter. We had some dire circumstances and ended up needing to do laundry on our trip when we had not planned for it (long story...). This place was clean, reasonably priced and even had wifi!! It was blazing hot yesterday my washing machine broke I took my stuff here because it said AC and TVs but the AC wasn't running it was an oven in there other customers said the same thing. :( I spent $28 please turn on the AC and TVs... This is not a reflection of the staff, but the OWNER of the laundromat. The AC is not on, it's 85 degrees inside...unbearable. Not sure if broken or if they have the heater on. So sad for the staff (who didn't complain) and has to deal with the unbearable heat all day. There are elderly people and families with young kids just trying to make it through. The owner needs to fix this immediately. It has been this way for long time - long enough to fix! I don't recommend supporting this owner. Horrible horrible. read more
