While I stayed and waited, I actually watched the dryer door open on its own twice, which confirmed that this wasn't simply a one-time issue. For a laundromat, properly functioning and securely closing dryer doors should be a basic expectation. Customers should be able to step away during a cycle without worrying that the machine will open and leave their clothes on the floor.
