All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The drop off laundry service is awesome, only $1.50 per pound and $25 min. It's a small place so limited machines and folding/sorting stations. I like that most of the machines can be used with an app where you can load money into, but none of the single loaders use the app. Coins only. I recommend getting there early so you have access to all the things without having to wait or having to always move around other people. read more

The laundry is clean and not much people. They also offer free water and cheap vending machine food and drinks. Attendants are also accommodating ang patience. This is now our favorite spot doing laundry even though it's a bit far from home. read more

Went to Refresh Laundry to wash an oversized quilt. They had plenty of huge washers and dryers. Loved that you could use their pay system or coins. Money changer worked well for our simple needs. Place very clean and pleasant attendant helped us as hadn't been to a laundromat in years. Place felt safe, well lit, and easy parking lot in front. (You can also drop off your laundry. My partner and I have been coming here for almost a year. Within the year the price of the big washing machine has gone from about 5$ to 7$ and the big dryer about a 1$ to about 2.50$. I don't really use the small machines but they've also spiked in price. Unfortunately in comparison my income has not increased at the same rate and we can't afford to come here anymore. Came here to wash my comforter and it was pricey for $5.50 to wash for 4 loads and $2.00 for 30 mins to dry. It is a must to pay $2 for drying it's not 5-6 mins per quarter. It was clean but the aisles were small to pass through to get to your machines. Good customer service as the machine was not working properly. Would i come back? No not enough space to walk through. I was looking for a place to wash my big items that I can't wash at home, like my blankets, comforter and dog beds (yes my dog has multiple dog beds lol). This place was nearby and had good reviews! It's located in a strip mall on Lemon and Valencia, on the right before the overpass if you're headed towards Downtown Fullerton. There is a parking lot so parking is abundant and super easy so you don't have to lug your laundry too far. It's very clean and not too crowded, and I appreciate that there is always an attendant here. It's well-lit also so I feel safe coming here at night. There's a TV that you can watch while you wait for your laundry, and vending machine snacks if you get hungry (though there's also a liquor store in the same plaza that has a pretty big selection of snacks and drinks too). They sell detergent and dryer sheets here if you forget yours at home. I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices - these are cheapest that I've found in the area! Only $2.50 for a front load washer and $2.75 for a top load washer. I used the biggest washer for $6.25 for my dog beds, and it even got all the dog fur off the dog beds! read more

The best coin laundry by far. The facility is clean and spacious with vending machines for snacks and food. Since an attendant is present it feels a lot more safe and secure. The bigger washing machines have options to Extra wash and Extra rinse at no additional cost. There is no card payment on site but if you download the app you can pay through your phone and it's super hassle free. Would recommend to anybody looking for a new laundromat to try out. read more

Great facility, clean and at 7am I was literally the only person there so it was peaceful. It's 9 am now and only one other customer is here. Reasonably priced and huge capacity dryers. Alex is always there when I arrive, he greets me with a pleasant attitude and attends to every patrons needs, cleans every machine as soon as they have been used. He keeps the establishment very clean and attends to machines with whatever problems arise (very seldom are there problems with the machines or dryers as they keep them all in great working condition!)
