Nice & clean got the laundry done FAST!!! I've worked in the laundry industry for almost 5 years. When I have the choice between front loaders & top loaders I will always choose top. I know the issues front loaders have since I work for a company that repairs & supplies them. This laundromat is clean & not very busy. It has a very large well lit parking lot. The employee there was cleaning & helping customers with machine issues. Love seeing a well maintained laundromat. The machines are well cared for and the place is very clean. Nothing but problems at this laundromat. They open at six I was there 8am - 11 and none of the coin machines worked and there is no employees in sight. They do not even have a maintenance number for assisting people. When staff is there each and every employee has been rude multiple times. Not clean nor do they have clean accessible bathrooms. In addition the floors and washers are always filthy. Very unprofessional always. They are only in business because of the lack of laundromats in Fullerton. 3.5 stars. The coin machines always work. The large machines are a good price for doing blankets etc. this place is packed on weekends. I try to go midweek evenings to get my wash done. Recently taken over by new owners and they made some improvements. New clean counters. Decor. Game room. Bathroom is a homeless day spa though. If ya gotta pee walk to Nicks burger stand next door. . It's summertime and these cheap owners have the ceiling fans on a timer from 10 am to 5 pm. NO AC. It gets to over 125 inside the building with all the dryers going. Go to another place in the summer unless you like heatstroke. It's in a sketch area and you're best off not walling away from your machines until you're all done. Just saying..... read more

When the coin machine stopped working, I let the staff know, and they responded within the hour.. the issue was fixed, and I was able to get change and continue my laundry without delay. I found this place via the Nextdoor app and saw that this was a recently new owner family business. My washer broke down in midwash full of water and clothes. 4th of July weekend with dirty clothes, not a good start. I reached out to the number that was provided and found they do pick up and delivery for $1.50 a pound. Reached out Sunday afternoon, arranged to have our clothes picked up that same evening and they delivered next morning before 12pm. This service literally saved our holiday weekend. So I came in Tuesday 5/6/25, and there was an incident at around 8:45 which the MANAGER Regina went into 2 of my 3 dryers that still had paid time left to dry and took out my belongings and placed it on the table. I was shocked and asked if she was the manager which she replied with an attitude that she was. I asked if she had taken out my belongings from my dryer and she stated again with an attitude she did because someone else needed to dry their belongings. I stated there were plenty of other empty dryers as the place was not full in which she replied nastily with "not all the dryers worked" I mean I could literally count at least 10 other empty dryers in the area I was in and some more on the other side. I replied back that it was unprofessional to touch other belongings especially since I had paid time left in those dryers. I asked if they would be refunding me and she nastily replied "we don't do refunds". I would have been more understanding if there was an apology or acknowledgement for the wrong doing but there wasn't even a hint of customer service or professionalism. I just moved around the corner but I don't see myself coming back again. I'd much rather drive a little to get the respect and professionalism when I am nothing but respectful and understanding but this was beyond understandable. When I came home from a trip, I threw in my laundry only to find that my dryer had died! I took my wet clothes to a neighborhood laundromat and held my breath. I was so pleasantly surprised! The place was clean and well kept. There were plenty of machines and I felt very safe as there were security cameras all over. The owners were actually there, and they were super friendly and even greeting their regular customers by name! I saw one of the owners help a customer carry her laundry to her car!! I spoke to both owners (husband & wife) and they told me that they just bought the business in February of 2023. I would not hesitate to use this business again and I highly recommend them! read more

Really bad atmosphere. Doesn't feel safe at night. The dryers burned all of my towels & blankets. Better places to go in the area.

My bf and I had a ton of laundry to do and decided to bring it here. It was clean, there were plenty of available machines, and the people who work there are very friendly. I had to knock off one star because the mask policy wasn't enforced but I'll definitely be back the next time laundry piles up. A big plus is that it's close to a liquor store and grocery store so you can get a lot done at once and there also a couple small restaurants in the same strip mall. Our dryer broke so I've been going here to dry clothes for the last month or so and will continue to do so, until we can get a new one. The place is decent, not overly crowded when I've been there, the equipment is clean and their nighttime cleaning person Kevin is very nice and always helpful. The only downside is they aren't open as late as I would like. Last wash time is 9pm and last dry at 930pm, but I still recommend this place should you need a laundromat. read more

If you use this Laundry do not leave your clothes alone because they will get stolen. My Blanket got stolen and when I went to get help from the owner of the laundry they say they do not know anything. I did not get help for my lost belongings and I never get my favorit Blanket back. Be CAREFUL you do not lose your things. read more
