Been here twice to wash my comforter. My last visit it was pretty empty in the afternoon on a Sunday and I had the place to myself, but then a few weird interactions occurred with guys. One of them left his old truck running, backed into the parking spot in front of the door and the door was wide open. He went to put his clothes in the washing machine while the exhaust was polluting the inside of the laundromat. Another guy walked in and was circling the laundromat with no clothes and it made me a little uneasy but then he left. I believe the cost to used one of the larger washing machines was around $7 to $8. It's a small laundromat, there's parking around back, but you have to enter off Valencia and go down the alley. It's convenient and later more people stopped in and it felt less sketchy. read more

This place is way cleaner than it used to be ! Alot of The machines are sometimes out of order but I think it has a lot to do with how people use them improperly. I can't believe what I've seen people putting in some washers! The owner seems to be attentive in addressing problems when notified of them. And who can beat FREE LAUNDRy events one or two times a month!?? read more

The machines are maintained and do what you're hoping. There is ac and fans running which is very nice during these 80° mornings. Makes laundry feel less like a chore. The machines, especially the dryers, at this laundromat don't work properly. No hot water. Some of the dryers did not get hot so you have to be careful which dryers you use. read more

The owner will take time out of his day to accommodate you if anything goes wrong it's rare I've been coming to this laundry for over 7years and it's cheap and they also had free dryers on some nights. Also there is also a liquor store and a very great Mexican restaurant nearby so you can eat while you wait!! read more

I have been to this location numerous times and was planning on going tomorrow morning. Unfortunately, the gentleman working made me feel horrible so I don't plan on showing my face there again. I USED to like it because they were open early and late; well, I went to get my quarters in prep for doing all my laundry and the gentleman working came out and told me they were for customers only. I said that I was coming back because it was too late to start any loads. He then responds rudely with "they all say that". Made me feel worthless! More words were exchanged and I offered to exchange the quarters back. He scoffed, rolled his eyes, and said no. I was just trying to get things done in the little time I have and now he has made me feel like dirt. The only reason I left two stars is because I did like the machines. read more

STAY AWAY! I have gone to do my laundry at this place twice and have come away both times having bad experiences. I am now moving on to somewhere else and you should steer clear. 1.) They have a sign that states they will gladly reimburse you for lost money in their machines (which always seem to be broken), but there is a catch. Toll-free number to call? Nope. Hours of operations that a worker will be present? Nada. Willing to wait around for a worker to show up? Good luck! 2.) Their workers (when they do show up) speak almost entirely Spanish. If you are not lucky enough to have a fluent translator present, you're out of luck. Be warned! read more

LOST $$ here again... they make you fill out a piece of paper for a refund with all your personal information which is placed in the little plastic holder which is unsecured so people can see and read your information whatever they want. And bad enough I have to wait 5days for a refund. I've tried the two numbers posted. It's not on a plush side of Fullerton. It's usually crowded with parties of 2 or more. We have always washed here after work and once on a Saturday night (this is when it's not packed at all). The space can appear a bit tight, but squeeze in where you can and book your washers/dryers. One downside now is that the regular sized washers cost $1.75, up 25 cents from a couple months ago. Another sign of inflation on the rise. I guess the free dryers compensate for it. The owner Jackie is very nice and will even shoot the breeze or share a chuckle with you. 4 stars are for her and the complimentary drying. read more

This review is after visiting this location multiple of times. Location: So this place isn't located in the best location. There are strange people that hang out outside. Parking in the front is limited. There are a good amount of stores for such little parking. There is a sign for "parking in the back," but I don't know how to get there. Inside there are 5 chairs for people to sit in if they choose to. Machines: Cost of a 2 load (20#) washing machine is $2 and drying is $0.25 for 10 mins, which I find reasonable. There are plenty of machine we here of various sizes. I've never had any issues with the machines. Washes and drys nicely. There used to be free drying here between 1-9PM, but they took the sign down. The change maker machine is quite old. It does not accept old / worn out bills, stating that coins won't come out if one is inserted. Clientele: Parents allow their children to run around and yell freely like a bunch of mongrels. Overall: I used to come here because of the free drying service, but I might just try a different location to get my laundry done. I don't like to be stared at as I walk around. read more

The new owner has turned this location around and made a good location to go to for doing laundry. They have Mega washers all the way down to double load. There was a attendant on duty and he did a good job of keeping the customer happy and the laundry clean. I had a couple of loads to do, but I was out of their in no time. After laundry I went two doors over and tried the tacos. Very good. Everything you need in one location. read more

I arrived and found new wascomat washers and dryers. It's under a new owner that did a good job of remodeling the location. He has a sign of free dry on Tuesday and Wednesday. It was my lucky day as it was Wednesday. The new washers did a good job and even removed a stain I had in one of my pair of jeans. Don't be put off by the bad reviews as they were from the old owner when nothing worked and before the new owner remodeled. It's really good now read more

They are constantly working on getting new equipment and maintaining a clean and welcoming area. Have been going here for so many years and I wouldn't change it for any other laundromat. some older Asian man, made my visit this time very unpleasant. ....telling me how I should dry MY clothes.....that I should put more clothes in the dryer....and the reason is mainly because the drying is free....he didn't have an issue when there was a small amount of clothes on the washer...of course not I paid for it. But since the drying is free he's being tight. Another issue was that he opened my dryer to flip my clothes....idk about you but I don't want no stranger hanging my clothes. I went before 8. I put my clothes in the wash and went to my car. I had set an alarm and was maybe a minute late inside. The guy who works there (not sure if owner or not) had taken out my wash full of chonies. I had 2 washers going but he only unloaded that one. He proceeded to say he didnt know what time I'd be back. DO NOT GO HERE!! I though this was a pretty good place when I checked it out. I came after it was closed and looked at it through the doors. It was small but very clean and rather cozy looking if you will. Nice plants and wall paper etc. it looked like a pretty decent area in the neighborhood. Looks are deceiving!! I got there about 4 pm and and it was crowded with little kids running all over the place, completely unsupervised. A little boy set up 5-6 of his little trucks right behind me. Thank goodness I saw them or I could have stepped back on them and badly fallen. His mother who was standing right next to me at the next washer over didn't say one word. Then the creepy crawlies started hanging around right next to the front door. They all wanted money. I had to go out to my car to grab more laundry soap and one man got up and followed me all the way to my car and stood there. Very uncomfortable!! I ended up going to sit in my car and locking the doors while waiting for my laundry. Next door is a travel/insurance place and there were 5-6 men just standing around the doorway talking. While they didn't cause me any trouble, being a single female alone it was still unnerving! Believe me, there's a very good reason they close at 8:30!!! Never again!!! read more

I came to this laundry and the place has nowhere to really sit, only two chairs around the front entrance and there was a very creepy older man just staring anytime I would go check on my machines. Super uncomfortable to be here. I made it a point to get in and out quick. Parking isn't the best either, and the surrounding area in general did not seem very safe. read more

Yes they provide free drying 7 days a week after 1 pm but a lot of their machines need maintenence. I washed the machine never rinsed and I told the owner he laughed and said yes sometimes it does that. Like really!? I'm going to have to find a new place read more
