The washing machines are programmed from the factory to be high efficiency which do not require a lot of water. We use quarters and cash only.

Usually mid week. Tues. Wed. or Thursday

Does your attendant make sure that customers are social distancing ? During this current look down customers were not leaving to sit in there car while their loads are done. Please know how much I wash there. I would feel safer if all customers fld?

Today, while doing my laundry, I witnessed the Hispanic employee on duty treat an elderly Black man with the same level of suspicion and disrespect he has shown me for months. He stares constantly and sometimes follows me around; it feels like harassment and sends a clear message of 'What are you doing here?' I grew up in this neighborhood and have come here since I was a baby with my mother. I am leaving five stars only out of respect for the business's history and my years of patronage, but this behavior is unacceptable. Management, please speak to your staff. Everyone should feel welcome here, regardless of their race.

I came to Miss Coco's Alterations to alter my bridesmaid dress that I got off Azazie. I went in…read morewanting just a hem, but after consulting with Coco, she suggested tightening up the shoulder seam so that the bust of my dress didn't sag as much. I had read the reviews before going to her, so I was aware of Coco delivering a day late on alterations. I went in on June 18th to get my dress altered, and Coco told me to come in on July 2nd to pick up my dress. On July 2nd, I actually called her beforehand to confirm that my dress would be ready. She asked me for my dress color and then said to come by any time before 5pm. My dress was not ready. I drove over, and Coco told me that she was still working on my dress. She also mentioned that the person who usually steams all the finished pieces had already left for the day, so she needed an additional day. I was fine with her needing extra time, but I wish she had said that over the phone before I made the drive. I thought that was inconsiderate, especially since I had already been proactive about calling beforehand to confirm that the dress could be picked up. Nonetheless, the alterations turned out nicely. The hem of the dress worked beautifully with the heels I chose, and the tightened shoulder seams made the dress fit much nicer. I felt so confident wearing this dress at my friend's wedding. The hem and shoulder seam adjustments totaled $80. I don't have a frame of reference for the average cost of alterations for formal attire, so I can't tell if it was reasonable. I would definitely recommend getting your clothes in earlier rather than later to accommodate for any potential delays.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

Not only is it the nicest laundromat I've ever been to but the list of perks goes on when it comes to accommodating anyone & everyone. - They supply free wifi. - 3 TV's on all the time. - A game room with tons of games for every age. - Vending machines w/ a variety of snacks & drinks. - Plenty of washers in 4 different sizes. - Plenty of dryers in 2 different sizes. - Lots of seating while you wait. - Large spaces to fold laundry. - Enough baskets for everyone to use. - Climate controlled during extreme temperatures. - Typically 2 attendants always on site to assist. The world's BEST laundry stop you could ever stumble upon. Please stop by and support this establishment if you have laundry to do!! I fit my whole laundry bag of clothes into this one washing machine and am able to complete my laundry for a FRACTION of the price! Alongside knowing if something falls on the floor I'm not freaking out. This place is immensely clean, welcoming, and delightful as can be. I was unsure of how much I could actually load and Sylvia helped me get my clothes done for even cheaper; alongside making sure I knew how to utilize the machines without feeling uncomfortable! When needing a refund because I messed up the manager Michelle was quick to respond and helped me feel even more assured that this is my go to place. Forever thankful to have found them. The CLEANEST laundromat in town! I have been driving 20 minutes every week to do my laundry here. The machines look like new, and my clothes always come out CLEAN! There are many laundromats near my neighborhood, but it is so worth the drive to come here. If you go to the wrong laundromat, you will find dirty machines that eat up your money. Some laundromats never clean the machines, in which the rust and mold ends up on your clothes....GROSS! I've had to throw some new clothes away, due to the staining! However, this laundromat is different! There is always someone keeping the machines clean and answering your questions! Additionally, they have many high tech vending machines (i.e., ice cream, snacks, drinks) and a game room!!! The only downside is that it can get pretty busy on the weekends. TONIGHT is my very first time coming to Laundry For Less in Commonwealth Buena Park California. I called the location to figure out if there hours are same as what I saw when I go on Google to look up laundrymat that's still open nearby. I also on there web page a paragraph catches my eyes as well it says " if you CHECK IN on Google or yelp as a NEW CUSTOMER,you get a free dry! This place is AWESOME! Very clean and the owners are Angels.... I have come here since they opened... They have a game room all equipped with a variety of games... But my favorite is the ultimate big punch deluxe!.. They always have a clean restroom and restocked soap or whatever you need! Does anybody really care? This Guy is making money off you and me, so he lost a customer or two because of the hired help, the heat, it's too small, not enough machines, bad parking, tight walkway, small tables, people doing their nails, not enough chairs, broken chairs. I go to Laundry for Less every week and the place is always clean, and attendants are always on top of things, making sure the customer is satisfied. Machines are in good condition, well maintained. You can enjoy a snack or hit the play room while you wait for your laundry to be done. Attendants are helpful but I really find Silvia super helpful always keeping the place clean and organized. This is the first time I come to this place. I was in need of washing my large comforters. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean this place was. We were helped by Richard who is the attendant here. He keeps the washing machines very clean. The price is reasonable. You have to use quarters to wash but they have an ATM and change to coin machine. There are vending machines and an area where you can relax in massage chairs and a couch. I will definitely come back here. read more

I had an issue using some of the machines while paying with the PayRange app earlier and the associate helped us out with requesting a refund but we also had another issue but the associate had given me the owner's phone number and we had gotten the issue resolved in a quick fix. Came here because the original place I go to was closed and needed my comforter cleaned after my puppy had an accident on it late at night. I do have to give them an extra star due to them being open late but this pace is dirty, people washing are dirty. Dryer ripped my comforter. Dryers don't work, took almost 2 hours to dry my comforter. WOULD NOT recommend coming here. read more

They are really less expensive than other laundries. They have more of the large machines which I need and the place is kept very clean. I have been to other laundromats only to have my clothes ruined by a dirty machine. They take care of the machines continuously. I hate doing laundry!!! I don't like shoving a big load on a small dryers because I know for a fact it won't dry. But it is annoying when you put a small load and they still won't dry.
