I don't usually go to laundromats since I have a washer and dryer at home, but I had a lot of laundry to get through, so I decided to try this spot and I'm honestly impressed. First off, this place is way ahead of its time. You can still use quarters, but they also have this Bluetooth/app system that connects to the washers and dryers, which feels super modern. It caught me off guard at first because I wasn't sure how to use everything, but once you get it, it's actually really convenient. I want to give a special shoutout to Sylvia, who works there. She was so sweet, patient, and funny. Even though she was clearly busy, she still took the time to help me figure everything out, which I really appreciated. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell people respect the space. When you walk in, there are smaller washers in the middle, and if you head toward the back, there are larger machines for heavier loads. The dryers are all along the left side, and there are plenty of them even when it's busy, it doesn't feel overcrowded. They also have some nice extras like a small arcade area in the back and vending machines for drinks, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's located right off the freeway, so it's super convenient, and they're open late, which is a big plus. Parking is a little limited in the front, but I think there's additional parking in the back. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of here. This place exceeded my expectations completely. 10/10, 5 stars, 100% recommend. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

The worst place to do your laundry. I don't live in an area but just visiting and needed to do the laundry. Found this place on google and they mentioned it's clean so I decided to try - a huge mistake! The parking space is very limited and the customers park at no parking spot and I couldn't park my car. I have a full self- driving Tesla but it refuses to park because of the blocked parking space. I asked around who parked the Toyota and the customer got angry at me saying " don't come at me! " and others told me I could manage to park and that's extremely difficult. I talked to an employee and she said everyone parks at the non parking spot. The worst drama !! read more

He walked me through how to select the right settings and let me know he was around if I needed anything else, he'd be more than happy to help. This place has a good atmosphere. Kind Owners, But Disappointing Experience With New Employee I usually love coming to this laundromat and have been coming here weekly to do my family's laundry. The owners and his wife have always been so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which is why this recent experience was especially disappointing. Today, there was a new employee named Joseph who came across as very rude and unprofessional. One of the washer machines suddenly stopped working, so I asked if there would be any refund or assistance. Instead of helping or explaining the situation, he became dismissive and walked away while I was still speaking to him. He later told me the machines were "out of order" and that I needed to move my clothes to another washer, even though the other machines had already started. The whole situation felt confusing and poorly handled, especially since I've never experienced anything like this here before. Great laundry spot! The place is extremely clean. The place always has an attendant on property. Michelle the owner is positively sweet and amazing! She was very helpful in navigating the use of the machines. The prices for the use of the machines are very reasonable. Our family has been coming here for over 14 years. It's the cleanest and best laundry mat I've ever used. It's busy on the weekends but it's not too bad during the weekdays. They have great washing machines and dryers that are taken care of daily. They have an assistant that is always there to help you with any issues that arise. They have updated their machines so you can use your ATM card or credit card if needed. The owners are very friendly and they are always willing to help you with anything. I went around 11pm on a weekday . Surprisingly busy still. There was open machines , people were polite so was attendant. He was helpful and helped me when needed . Place was clean and operational. Only thing that was massage chairs were not working for me but that could have been on my end don't know for sure lol . this was my first time at a laundromat and I paid three times on a washer and it finally started by the third time. I guess I was using the app incorrectly and I was unaware so i was out about 9 dollars. I called the owner and he was able to explain to me over the phone how to make sure this doesn't happen again and was able to give me a full refund back.
