Kind Owners, But Disappointing Experience With New Employee I usually love coming to this laundromat and have been coming here weekly to do my family's laundry. The owners and his wife have always been so kind, welcoming, and helpful, which is why this recent experience was especially disappointing. Today, there was a new employee named Joseph who came across as very rude and unprofessional. One of the washer machines suddenly stopped working, so I asked if there would be any refund or assistance. Instead of helping or explaining the situation, he became dismissive and walked away while I was still speaking to him. He later told me the machines were "out of order" and that I needed to move my clothes to another washer, even though the other machines had already started. The whole situation felt confusing and poorly handled, especially since I've never experienced anything like this here before. I don't usually go to laundromats since I have a washer and dryer at home, but I had a lot of laundry to get through, so I decided to try this spot and I'm honestly impressed. First off, this place is way ahead of its time. You can still use quarters, but they also have this Bluetooth/app system that connects to the washers and dryers, which feels super modern. It caught me off guard at first because I wasn't sure how to use everything, but once you get it, it's actually really convenient. I want to give a special shoutout to Sylvia, who works there. She was so sweet, patient, and funny. Even though she was clearly busy, she still took the time to help me figure everything out, which I really appreciated. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell people respect the space. When you walk in, there are smaller washers in the middle, and if you head toward the back, there are larger machines for heavier loads. The dryers are all along the left side, and there are plenty of them even when it's busy, it doesn't feel overcrowded. They also have some nice extras like a small arcade area in the back and vending machines for drinks, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's located right off the freeway, so it's super convenient, and they're open late, which is a big plus. Parking is a little limited in the front, but I think there's additional parking in the back. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of here. This place exceeded my expectations completely. 10/10, 5 stars, 100% recommend. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

He went above and beyond to make this experience great! Richard said he never seen me before at this location and I explained my plumbing issues at my home. Richard was kind enough to show me around. I drive about 8 miles to get to this Laundromat because it is so clean, the machines are always operable and they have very helpful attendants. However, the absolute primary reason I come to this Laundromat is because of the music that they play. I'm disappointed because this is the first time that the music is extremely low where the machines are louder than the music . I came here based on the reviews and loved it. I do a lot of my laundry at laundromats and this place has to be top five if not my favorite place to do laundry and I've only been here once! They're located right off the 5 freeway and Orangethorpe in this weird location next to a private school. I parked on the 5 fwy. side, but there's also limited parking on the other side of the building off 5th and Kingman. They're open until 2 a.m. which is rare. Inside it's clean, there's tons of signage and it feels like I'm doing laundry at a friend's house. There's a game room!! OMG! There's a not so comfy sofa in the game room and it has a few arcade games in there. I tried to read a book there, but there were 2 kids screaming their heads off while playing air hockey AND the arcade games are kind of loud. Definitely not a place to nap. Overall, I love the ambiance here and if I lived closer I'd definitely be here more often. If you're in the area or need to do laundry late at night and are travelling down the 5 freeway, Laundry for Less is a must see destination! read more
