Cleanest laundry mat in the neighborhood. I normally come here once per week to do laundry like anyone. But one day I had issues with the washing machine and I called the number on the wall and the owner James quickly resolved the issue remotely. He was easy to talk to and very helpful in getting me store credit for future washes/drying. This place is newer and super clean. Very clean layout and best of all you can use credit cards to pay Anyways, I would recommend trying it out at least once read more

just moved to the neighborhood and i get off work later nights, so i was able to come around 9:05. the time on maps says 10pm as well as on this yelp page. the lady who works here was in her car on the phone talking, sees me pull in and immediately gets out her car and locks the door. She tells me they're flturns out, they actually close at 9pm and even have a sign saying "DOORS LOCK AT 9pm IF YOU LEAVE AND COME BACK AFTER 9PM YOU CANT COME BACK IN." i definitely can understand a business wanting to close at whatever time they want, but at least change it on your business page to say 9pm is closing rather than 10pm. read more

Very disappointed with the customer service at this laundromat. The man and woman who work at night are extremely rude and often give customers dirty looks, making people feel unwelcome. On my most recent visit, they locked the doors around 8:40 PM even though the business hours state they are open until 10:00 PM. They also removed all the trash cans before closing time, making it difficult for customers who were still using the facility. If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to use the laundromat until then without feeling rushed or treated disrespectfully. Management should address the poor customer service and ensure employees follow the posted business hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Based on publicly listed information, Coin OP Laundry Lavanderia in La Mirada advertises hours until 10:00 PM daily. read more

I have been using this laundry mat for about a year or more. I always appreciated it because it was kept clean, the machines were working, and I felt it did a good job of cleaning my clothes. Since new management, I noticed that the laundry mat is not as clean as it has been kept in times pass. I also noticed that now there is never any soap in the dispenser and the hand dryer does not work. Before management these items were never a concern. I would really like the new management to please maintain this laundry mat like the previous owners did. read more

Clean and well maintained. Wasn't crowded. I went during early morning hours.Parking area is little too small read more

Had to stop in due to a sudden issue with my dryer. Location is small but clean with various size machines that were available to use. I would definitely return if needed. Just a heads up though would recommend going during the day although it might be busier but would seem safer due to where the business is located. The area is pretty dark and a little sketchy due to surrounding businesses. read more

Everything is clean and all machine working. The only thing is there is no restrooms available. That's why I rated it 4 stars.

I haven't been to a laundromat in ages. Decided to cut my laundry time in half by doing several loads at a time so I came to Coin OP Laundry in La Mirada. They have relatively new machines that take credit cards! Had I known that, I wouldn't have scrambled for cash before coming here. I met the very nice attendant, Cecilia, she was so pleasant and helpful. She showed me how to use these machines with all the bells and whistles and recommended I adjust the time needed for the dryers. Also, this place is spotless. She was non-stop, sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping. Thank you Cecilia, I'll be back. She even gave me a rose ; it happens to be Mexican Mother's Day. read more

The place is very clean and easy to use. Thank you Cecilia for taking care of my family. It was our first time washing at the laundromat in a long time and so much has changed. This laundromat is always clean! The staff (hispanic lady) who maintains the cleanliness of this place is very kind and definitely deserves a raise! read more

After the new management, this laundry which was once my go to laundromat has changed for the worse. More machines not working and not getting repaired in a timely manner. It seems this new management is all about making money and not interested in keeping customers. Well if the customers continue to lose money over their non working machines, the place will lose customers sooner than later. I have tried to contact the manager to advise of dryers not working. Called, texted and I never hear back. I really miss the old management team. Time to wash elsewhere! read more

Our washer had broken down and luckily I found this gem of a laundromat. I've never seen washers so clean and establishment so well kept. I want to say that I met Cecilia who is part of the staff and she was great. Very helpful & sweet on top of making sure every thing was spick and span. Thank you again Cecilia for your help and being a sweetheart read more

This is my first time coming to this laundry mat. I usually go to another one closer to my house but decided to give this one a try. This place was very clean and the washers and dryers are clean as well. Minimal seating, but better than nothing. Unfortunately there aren't any bathrooms, but that's understandable. I like that they actually have supplies you can purchase incase you forgot anything.the pricing to wash isn't bad at all. read more

Be very careful with what washing machine you choose to wash your clothes. I washed a few shirts and it ended up smelling like hardcore fish stench due to old pipes. It's a clean place inside but very old water plumbing or too much sulfur within the water pipes will Have you wearing Clothes smelling like You just came off of Bubba Gumps Shrimp Boat! read more

If I could give a zero, I would! Said they close at 10 came here at 8:50 walked up to the door. It said no retry after 9 PM. It's not even nine. Why say you're open at 10 if you're not even open at nine read more

I come here to wash my clothes every week and it's always very relaxing. The place is always clean and the machines are brand new. You can pay by credit card and quarters . I like the cleanliness of this laundromat because everything was spotless. I think she could tell it was our first time here and was very kind to help us right away. read more

Great local laundry place!! Place kept clean with machines and dryers always working. Usually, there's always a person cleaning the laundromat and answering questions you may have. The owners often come by to check on the place and stock the vending machine. Furthermore, they are VERY nice people who actually interact with the people using the laundromat. read more

Very clean laundry mat. All machines are always working and are very well taken care of.

An absolute clean and great laundry facility! This is our regular place for me and my family. The equipment is great and clean. Its always clean, the staff is great and the cleaning ladies are always so pleasant. If I had a complaint, it would be the music station. It's petty but when you're doing laundry for hours and hear the same song/ music over and over=it's a bit of a drag. Call me old school but it takes away the joy of doing laundry. Overall, this place is it! I will continue to come here! read more

Loved my experience coming to this Laundromat. I work over at Biola University for the Men's Basketball team, and our laundry machine broke for the jerseys for our team and we had practice quickly approaching. I drove over and met James and his wife and they were more than helpful in helping me use their machines so that I could quickly wash and dry our uniforms and make it back to practice on time. It's this day and age where people are always in a rush and too busy to help others, I truly appreciate James' help. I was able to wash our jerseys and dry them and get back to practice in time! read more
