But one day I had issues with the washing machine and I called the number on the wall and the owner James quickly resolved the issue remotely. He was easy to talk to and very helpful in getting me store credit for future washes/drying. This place is newer and super clean. They also removed all the trash cans before closing time, making it difficult for customers who were still using the facility. If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to use the laundromat until then without feeling rushed or treated disrespectfully. Management should address the poor customer service and ensure employees follow the posted business hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Based on publicly listed information, Coin OP Laundry Lavanderia in La Mirada⁠ advertises hours until 10:00 PM daily.

I love the gigantic washers they have, to wash huge loads all at once, especially the comforters, BUT, sadly they only have 2 and all the savages fight over them. I'm a lover not a fighter, so I back off and deal with my large loads one by one in the next size down of washers. This place is fairly clean. The cleaning lady is always walking around moping and wiping, trying to keep up with the savages that leave crap behind, or water leaking from washers that need fixing. All in all, I get the job done and I go across to eat while waiting for my laundry. Oh! Almost forgot. They have a decent bathroom but NO TOILET SEAT COVERS AND NO TOILET PAPER!

It caught me off guard at first because I wasn't sure how to use everything, but once you get it, it's actually really convenient. I want to give a special shoutout to Sylvia, who works there. She was so sweet, patient, and funny. Even though she was clearly busy, she still took the time to help me figure everything out, which I really appreciated. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained. You can tell people respect the space. When you walk in, there are smaller washers in the middle, and if you head toward the back, there are larger machines for heavier loads. The dryers are all along the left side, and there are plenty of them even when it's busy, it doesn't feel overcrowded. They also have some nice extras like a small arcade area in the back and vending machines for drinks, which makes the whole experience more comfortable. It's located right off the freeway, so it's super convenient, and they're open late, which is a big plus. Parking is a little limited in the front, but I think there's additional parking in the back. Overall, I felt safe, comfortable, and taken care of here. This place exceeded my expectations completely. 10/10, 5 stars, 100% recommend. I'll definitely be coming back.

I'm convinced the same washers and dryers I used 35 years ago are still in use - barely. More than half the dryers on the north wall are tagged due to some issue, and several on the south wall don't work, either. Two of the washers I used leaked onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard. I've seen cockroaches during previous visits, but not this time. This place needs modernization and a thorough cleaning.

We found Linda's tailoring using yelp, called them, and they gave us an appointment right away. The shop is nice, with some dressing rooms so you could try on your clothes then they both come in work on pinning up your clothes exactly how you wanted to fit. Then when it's correct, they give you an appointment to come back. It's all done very professionally and the quality of the work is very good. Although it ended up being much more expensive than I thought, we now have two dresses for me and one excellent suit for my guy. And all of them fit perfectly! We will definitely bookmark Linda's tailoring and be back every time we need something to be perfectly altered

I went and knocked on the maintenance door to tell someone no answer and there was also no one in the office. Altogether, I think this happened four times today and I know that sounds like it's only a Buck. But imagine how many other people do many load loads that Buck heads up quick! Not sure if this is being done maliciously obviously I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely should be looked into!

When I brought the issue up to the owner, a couple of other customers overheard and agreed the dryers haven't been working properly. Instead of addressing the problem or offering a solution, the owner chose to ban me for complaining. Really disappointing to see a business lose loyal customers over poor maintenance and even worse customer service.
