They also removed all the trash cans before closing time, making it difficult for customers who were still using the facility. If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to use the laundromat until then without feeling rushed or treated disrespectfully. Management should address the poor customer service and ensure employees follow the posted business hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Based on publicly listed information, Coin OP Laundry Lavanderia in La Mirada⁠ advertises hours until 10:00 PM daily.

More than half the dryers on the north wall are tagged due to some issue, and several on the south wall don't work, either. Two of the washers I used leaked onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard. I've seen cockroaches during previous visits, but not this time. This place needs modernization and a thorough cleaning.

Then when it's correct, they give you an appointment to come back. It's all done very professionally and the quality of the work is very good. Although it ended up being much more expensive than I thought, we now have two dresses for me and one excellent suit for my guy. And all of them fit perfectly! I went and knocked on the maintenance door to tell someone no answer and there was also no one in the office. Altogether, I think this happened four times today and I know that sounds like it's only a Buck. But imagine how many other people do many load loads that Buck heads up quick! Not sure if this is being done maliciously obviously I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely should be looked into!
