More than half the dryers on the north wall are tagged due to some issue, and several on the south wall don't work, either. Two of the washers I used leaked onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard. I've seen cockroaches during previous visits, but not this time. This place needs modernization and a thorough cleaning.

When I got the dress back, the sheer mesh that holds the leaf designs together was completely shredded and ripped. You can actually see the healthy mesh on one side of the dress, but on the other side, it's just gone or torn away. Now there are just frayed fibers sticking to the leaves like Velcro, which makes the dress unwearable. This was a collector's item and it was clearly not handled with the care a designer piece requires. I have photos of the damage and the 1stDibs valuation.
