They bagged and saved it for me, and the lady that helped me, Rebeca, was a sweetheart! The manager replied promptly to my texts and advised me to go see her when she got there. I had already considered the clothes a loss, and was pretty sad about it. It's great to have a nice surprise in life, my clothes being there definitely was! First the coin exchange always run out of coins. The laundry machines are always broken and they don't have the decency to put a sign, because I go and put in my clothes and coins and then the machines don't start. There is a phone number you are supposed to call for help but they never answer and the only time they answered, the owner lady was extremely rude. I decided to forget getting my money back, $6 and $4 are really not worth arguing for. But now on I prefer driving further and going to a different mat.

More than half the dryers on the north wall are tagged due to some issue, and several on the south wall don't work, either. When I got the dress back, the sheer mesh that holds the leaf designs together was completely shredded and ripped. You can actually see the healthy mesh on one side of the dress, but on the other side, it's just gone or torn away. Now there are just frayed fibers sticking to the leaves like Velcro, which makes the dress unwearable. This was a collector's item and it was clearly not handled with the care a designer piece requires. I have photos of the damage and the 1stDibs valuation.
