I can't prove it other times, but I've always had a feeling because there's times where I show up with a certain amount of money and at the end I have to go get more money to dry my clothes.. but once I realized today, it was happening again. I pulled out my phone and recorded the machine doing it twice! So essentially you put a quarter in I can hear it hit the bottom of the coin catcher but it's still asking for the same amount of money prior to putting the cord in.. I went and knocked on the maintenance door to tell someone no answer and there was also no one in the office. Altogether, I think this happened four times today and I know that sounds like it's only a Buck. But imagine how many other people do many load loads that Buck heads up quick! Not sure if this is being done maliciously obviously I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but definitely should be looked into!

I took some wipes with me to clean up before washing & drying in their machines here and upon inspection I was relieved to see they were very clean (I still cleaned just to be safe) The big washed is $6 & the medium sized is $4.50 (not sure on the small since I didn't use those) & the dryers are free as long as you wash here. My only complaint is that it's small compared to other laundromats I've been too, but it's definitely well kept. I'll be back to wash big items here in the future. Overall this is a nice laundromat & the cleaning lady is so friendly.

A coin machine is available inside and dispenses quarters. I used two double-load washers during my visit. The place is usable, but it definitely needs cleaning and maintenance. There was soap spilled in different areas, no staff on site, and no laundry detergent available to purchase. The laundromat looks pretty worn down overall. There was also a stagnant water type of smell toward the back of the laundromat. There is no bathroom available, only a small sink toward the back. Music was also playing loudly inside. For the dryers, one quarter gives you 8 minutes. I tested one dryer with a very small load, 4 pillowcases and 2 pairs of socks, and it still did not fully dry. For a fuller load, I used 2 quarters for 16 minutes, but if you are drying cotton clothes or a full load, I would recommend using at least 4 quarters. Overall, the laundromat has a good amount of machines and parking, but it really needs better cleaning, maintenance, and basic customer conveniences like detergent for sale, staff on site, and a restroom.

The owner, Jorge, was so helpful in helping me find the right washer and dryer for both beddings. Not only are the machines high quality and left my feather comforter in prime condition, but the prices are so much lower than other laundromats in the area. I had ask the owner several times if he was sure the dryer was only 75 cents. I couldn't believe that I only paid $7.25 wash and dry total when I have paid double at other laundromats! But one day I had issues with the washing machine and I called the number on the wall and the owner James quickly resolved the issue remotely. He was easy to talk to and very helpful in getting me store credit for future washes/drying. This place is newer and super clean. They also removed all the trash cans before closing time, making it difficult for customers who were still using the facility. If the posted closing time is 10:00 PM, customers should be allowed to use the laundromat until then without feeling rushed or treated disrespectfully. Management should address the poor customer service and ensure employees follow the posted business hours. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
