I highly recommend this spot for anyone that need to wash your cloths I've been going here for a few months now and out of all the ones I've been too in the area, I like this one the Best. The place is clean and kept up well Every time I've come in I'm always seeing Fatima and Arisa cleaning (Arisa is no longer working there) but it seem every time I've had a problem or question "Fatima" came to the rescue! She was always happy to help! She always so hard working and gives great customer service... whether it was when I poured soap on the floor accidentally or when I couldn't figure out how to stop the washing machine to add somethings I forgot...etc she was there willing to help with a smile. This review is very late and overdue. I visited this laundromat business on February 14, 2026. I was in a rush that day to get at least 2 loads of laundry done. It was raining and seemed very comfortable , nice, and clean there. Fatima and Christina were very helpful and very kind. I felt very comfortable and confident to get my laundry done in the nice and clean atmosphere. I will be a bit there most definitely. It's one of the nicest and cleaner laundry facilities that I came across. read more

Unfortunately, my washer broke down and I had a huge pile of laundry to deal with. I searched for the nearest laundromat and stumbled upon this gem of a place. I had a very pleasant experience throughout. Edward was incredibly helpful and kind--he guided me through handling my mountain of laundry and patiently explained how everything worked. I really appreciated his assistance. I also spoke with the owner, Glenn, over the phone before going in. He was so sweet and thorough in explaining the process that I felt completely at ease choosing this place. The attendant today, March 9 Monday at 2pm I came to wash a twin size comforter I was it in a $4.25 washer she was not happy me using this size machine. She tell what to do on how I should wash the comforter. This not the first it's the 3rd time she gets into my business on how to wash my clothes. It's not fair. She upset me. I came calm, she just keep talking. I just came to wash 1 PC of comforter. She made such a big deal. Im not going to wash here if this is around. Im sorry. I meant business I pay for what ever the machines requires She did not even say please. She tells me what to do. Double standard she it's notice when it's not busy. I come & wash every Saturdays too. My washer went out and I hadn't been to a laundromat in many years. I found this laundromat on Google. Before unloading my dirty clothes, towels and 15 tablecloths; I had to inspect the facility. Definitely would not be returning. Their card system payment makes fraudulent charges. I spend 33.00 dollars but my account shows 41.00 dollars is damn bs. Will contact my bank tomorrow. Clean laundromat and newer washers and dryers... it needs air conditioning inside the laundromat. It does get really warm inside on a hot day. Clothes came out, clean with my favorite detergent and softener. I would go back there again. read more

This is my favorite laundromat. I live near Huntington Beach but I love coming here to the Spinning Suds Laundromat in Cypress. The laundry attendants are amazing especially Dee Dee with her beautiful smile & her wonderful personality. She is a people person and an excellent problem solver. The owner is friendly and amazing too. I've been coming here since approximately 2008. They are prideful on cleanliness. read more

It was quiet, a little warm and there machines of all sizes. There are big machines, larger machines and gargantuan machines. No waiting for machines. While the washing and drying machines accept credit card payments, the drink/snack machine does not. Carry some extra cash because one load is going to take about 40 mins for a wash and 22 mins for a dry cycle read more

This laundrymat is very clean and organize. The attendant Didi is very nice and very helpful. Didi answers any questions about the place. Didi attends immediately when issues with the machine occurs. I love coming here on Fridays and seeing one of my favorite attendants Fatima. I hope I spelled her name correctly forgive me if I didn't. BUT this young lady is so kind and helpful. She never hesitates to answer any question or lend a hand with your laundry. She goes above and beyond to keep the laundry mat very clean. She never stops cleaning or moving. (The same with TRACEY always cleaning) So if you are needing a clean place to do your own laundry or hire the attendants to wash them and fold them for you this is the place to come. I Came To Spinning Suds to wash my clothes, and Dede is always so attentive and always making sure if there's anything I need help with. She's always greeting you and making sure you feel welcome. I had trouble with a dryer not wanting to accept my payment, and she was very nice and helped me resolve my problem. @glenn you clearly do not read. I did NOT arrive after hours. I arrived at 8:38 to DRY. Not wash. Your hours state last WASH at 8:30 and that you close at 10pm. No privilege expected here. I am not wrong for expecting to be able to dry well before the stated closing hours. The 1 star is valid. And it's very disappointing that you as a business owner responded so negatively to a customer. Two weeks ago I left a nice review about your worker Dede. Don't you dare say I'm trying to tear down a community business. I should've expected a nasty reply from you since that's how you've replied to everyone who's left a compaint. I stopped coming here due to an issue with their card readers, gave them another try today because I needed to wash comforters and blankets! Ms. Anna WHAT A JOY!!!!!!' She has such a Beautiful personality, very helpful, friendly and personable!!!!!! I was having a problem with the card reader on the Dryers and she pleasantly helped me and I was able to Dry my clothes!!! We need more people like her in this Hateful world!!!!! I went right before their 8:30 pm cut off time for last wash and Dede was so helpful!! We had a lovely conversation while we waited for my blankets and dog beds to be ready. She even gave me tips to ensure my blankets get well washed and helped me with the folding. Granted I was the only one there so we had enough time to chat it up! I've been here multiple times now and the staff is always helpful. It's always clean and they have multiple big load washes which I need for my numerous blankets!! New customer here- Sadly disappointed. I utilized Machine #5,6,7,8. Hardly any water dispensed by each machine. Although it says it's good for 2 loads. Also selected COLD water and got HOT water in all 4. Yes its clean but for what purpose if I'm coming for the function of the machine which obviously the settings have been set to a low water amt. If you are going to increase the prices, to which I am willing to pay. Don't be a cheap af and change the settings. I literally put 1 single white blanket in the second machine, could not possibly be more than 20lbs if u are truly going by weight. The second one, sure I put more items, but again could not possibly be more than 20lbs. So going by the 20lbs max is a flawed system. I don't carry a scale with me to measure exactly the weight, I simply went by the 2 load max sign, which i figured would be equivalent to 2 loads from the white machine across from it. The third machine however did wash it nicely but had only 4 garments (not blankets). However, that's sort of a rip off, that definitely does not equal to 2 loads tbh. read more

Very well maintained facilities with attendants that are very friendly and hard working. My home washing machine was broken, so I had to find somewhere to wash all my clothes (Ugh!). It was an intimidating task (I haven't used a laundromat in forever) and (wow) has stuff changed. All the machines are linked to an App (DexterPay) or debit style card. I'm old, so I brought in all my loose quarters from home. Thankfully the attendants spotted me right away and helped me navigate towards the back of the shop where the 8 coin operated washing/drying machines were located. After I used each machine, the attendant came by and disinfected each machine I had used. I was very impressed with the housekeeping and I felt very safe throughout my time at the laundromat. Cameras everywhere and signs explaining everything. Super clean and very well maintained. read more
