Great place for laundry. Mostly I use it to splurge and take advantage of their drop off service. They have fairly quick turn around and my laundry comes back to me clean and folded at reasonable prices. Never had any issue with any attendants and the last few times we've gotten Fatima who does a great job. Also, they have both digital and coin machines for variety. I usually go to clover Laundry in Lakewood, but was willing to try something maybe closer to home. I was ready with my coins lol n then noticed it was all apple pay or credit or atm pay. Guess I am old school. I wanted more control about the money. I like where you don't need coins but I was in Such a rush I didn't notice the App you could also use. The smaller washers do take coins by the way Anyways I used my credit card n seemed like it wouldn't read n I was over charged long story short I wasn't in the end but it seemed that way. This was different for me. I would come back and recommend to others except I didn't like the environment. Shady people outside smoking pot, and the employee there was just giving us dirty looks. Like why even work with the public if u hate it.... just an overall Uncomfortable feeling. I will just go back to Lakewood for now. read more

All the machine are BRAND news.. it pay thru by APP CALLED DEXTERPAY.. where U select machine number and u control temperature how you want to wash. U can either pay thru Apple Pay, Debit card and Credit Card. All big washers and dryers are pay thru App. It wash my clothes clean and dry my clothes better than ever.. I would definitely recommend people to give it try. They do have small machine to wash clothes by coin.. just found out they open LAST WEEK, I will definitely come back again.. More u used the app n come wash ur clothes there promotions.. read more

WARNING!!! RIP OFF in progress! I came here because I was tempted by the totally empty facility, now I know why it was empty! This place is something out of a horror movie. The place smell of strong musty odor and mold. The washers do not fill enough water to wash clothes clean of soap or the musty oder lingering insides the machines. There's no attendant on site and inside the machines are filthy of old soap and mold. The owner/manager John wants me to come back for a refund, but does not know when he will be at the lundromat..lol what a joke...Who has time to Come back here...This place is like handing your hard earned cash over to a robber. Do not come here unless you want your clothes more dirty than when it came in. I am owed $6, $3.50 for dryer #55 and #59 plus $2.50 for washer #19. My clothes smell like bleach because your washer did produce enough water to rinse the bleach out of my clothes, so now I have to take my clothes to another laundromat to wash and dry. The water in some of the machines do not get hot...just warm dispite the hot water selection and some of the dryers do not become hot enough to dry two of my towels. Clean clothes are essential is it not? Moreover, I will be reporting this business to California franchise board, cypress chamber of Commerce, the BBB and consumer affairs. You sir, are ripping off the public with your dubious business practices. You are defrauding consumers by taking their money for a service you are not offering. I want to warn you not to go here. Wish I had read the reviews prior to coming in. I only came to this one because it was empty. Now I know why. Some washers are dirty and dont spin well. Dryers took my money, completely cold. No attendant on site. Homeless dude camping inside that I didn't notice until after I started my washer. He was a nice guy but smelled bad and the ventilation is already poor in this facility. I called the phone number on front window to request a refund. The man (heavy accent) was rude, just kept asking "what number!". I told him about the conditions and he argued with me telling me homeless people are everywhere and that the attendant comes to clean daily. Then he tells me to come back tonight for my refund. Decent coin laundry. It's located in a small shopping plaza. So far no damages or stains from using their machines here. I love the BIG washers & dryers! It allows me to wash one large load instead of two small ones. They also offer "Fluff & Fold" service for $1.00 a pound. There is one TV (the Lakers game is on right now), a bathroom (25¢ to get in), and a few seating areas. FYI, some washers smell bad from mold build up. Eew! Have a great day! read more

Completely agree with other two reviewers that gave this place one star. Not only is the maintenance at this place piss poor, it doesn't seem like a safe place to do laundry. Two guys got in a fist fight while I was here. It was a full on brawl that was taken out to the parking lot. I only came here because it's the closest laundromat from my house. I already had an uneasy feeling when I walked in because it was fairly empty for a Sunday morning. There was no staff on site, and quarter of the machines seemed to be out of order. The worst part was the musty, mildewy smell coming from the washers. Detergent trays also looked nasty. I wanted to go to another place but I was in a hurry, and figured the heat from the dryer would kill off any mold if there were any. I got pissed when I came to find out the washer I tried to use was out of order after I had already put the detergent in. There was no sign to even indicate it was out of order. As I continued to go from a broken machine to another broken machine, I realized this place doesn't have a sign on all the broken ones. Dryers were inconsistent. Heat level was different in each machine. One of the ones I was using barely had any heat, which I only realized after running it for 30 minutes. So I not only wasted money on a defective machine, I also wasted half hour when I was in a hurry. When I saw the two guys get in a fight, I just about had enough. I didn't even wait for my comforters to dry completely. I just walked out as fast as I could because I didn't feel safe at this place. Out of the four laundromats I've tried, this is definitely the worst. read more

The big machines that everyone raves about were all out of service, and customers said they've been that way for weeks. Only the 1-load washers worked, costing more money than was necessary. And now half the dryers we put our clothes in didn't have any heat, finding out 30 minutes later thinking they were done. I have my own washer and dryer but I cane to use the big machines to wash my big bulky blankets at once to get through it faster but I felt like I should've just done them at home, the washer was leaking and the dryer took like 6 cycles for one blanket which took a lot more time than doing it at home read more

Probably about half of the machines have "out of order" tape and signs and about another 1/3 should have it too! I used one of the dryers, it ran for about 25-30- mins, went to check my clothes, not only were they still wet but cold! As in no heat in the dryer. I came here because it was close and had about 4 stars (not sure why it did). Attempted to use the restroom, but smelled like a sewer, no toilet paper, no seat covers, needless to say I walked right back out of there. Came here during the afternoon when I realized my laundry machine acted up on me. I needed something quick and on the way, little did I know there was one right by my house. Its a self-serve coin laundry and everything was self explanatory. After 3 hours of washing/drying I was quickly out and onto my other errands. First visit here. Went specifically to wash large bedspreads, so I needed the larger washers and dryers.They had plenty of both. Pretty clean, everything worked well. Including multiple coin changers. No complaints at all. read more

As far as laundromats go, this one is pretty decent. It's usually always clean, most of the time all of the machines are working too. There's one TV and a table/seats in the front and a few in the back. Never have a problem finding parking (there's another lot in the back.) It's located in a small shopping center, where there's a pizza place a couple of spots down if you get hungry while waiting and a liquor store if you need anything else. I've seen the owner come in to sweep, empty the trash cans, etc. a couple of times that I have gone. You can tell they take pride in keeping their facility clean and functioning. read more

Washing and drying are great but that only thing that is bad is that they don't have supplies in the restroom nor paper towels by the sink.

WARNING!!! Total rip off its seems to be quiet and well maintained but the washer and dryers were a big no-no. My clothes literally were soaked after the wash done. Dryers were a rip-off I literally input more than 5 quarters for them not to even be close to dry cold to the touch. And no manager on site. read more
