It does seem that you have to bring your own quarters. They have dollar exchange machines, but I think another attendant was having an issue.

My household washer is currently out of service, so I occasionally use this laundromat. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered an unpleasant interaction here. On this visit, I parked outside and left my trunk open with my laundry inside while I went in to check the cost of a larger wash load before carrying everything in. After reviewing the prices, I proceeded to the change machine. When it was my turn, the machine would not accept my bills. I made several attempts with different bills over the course of a few minutes, believing the machine was malfunctioning. After expressing my frustration and saying out loud what is wrong with this machine, the employee informed me that he had turned it off. What was particularly concerning was that he had been watching me struggle with the machine for several minutes without saying anything. When I asked why it had been turned off, he stated that the change machine was for customers only. I explained that I was, in fact, a customer and pointed to my vehicle, where my trunk was open and my laundry was clearly visible. I told him I had simply wanted to check the cost of the wash before bringing my items inside. Rather than acknowledging the misunderstanding, he responded that most customers bring their laundry in before getting change. My concern is not the policy itself, but the lack of communication and professionalism. A simple question such as, "Are you planning to do laundry here?" or informing me that the machine was unavailable would have avoided the entire situation. Good customer service requires clear communication and courtesy. Unfortunately, my experience reflected neither, and it left me feeling unwelcome as a paying customer. Never again will I be back here.

The signs are posted everywhere around the laundromat stating that there is an authorization charge when using cards to pay for your loads. However, the $5.75 ones was able to accommodate six loads including sheets, towels, and clothes. Yet, there was enough room for the water to tumble around and clean the clothes efficiently. --Customizable settings. They have super wash settings and you can personalized your cycle by choosing an extra rinse, spin, or wash cycle! --Dryers are excellent too! They have the best rates in this area when it comes to the dryer. Definitely a must because a lot of laundromats scam you when it comes to that. --Cleanliness This place is SUPER CLEAN!
